2nd Exam pt 2

-Akizi POV-

As I was running to the next exam site a giant amount of water came falling down onto me I jumped back and waited for something to happen. After a moment nothing happened but once I moved the whole scenery changed and I was suddenly more than 10 thousand feet above the ground.

I couldn't move but the world started changing anyway, the area around me started closing in on me at a faster pace than I needed. Suddenly snakes and spiders were crawling up and around me. I couldn't process what was going on because my brain wouldn't work right.

The next thing I knew up was down, slow was fast, and bright was dark. I couldn't understand anything as my senses were going wild trying to process anything it could. Noticing everything getting closer I tried to move but every time that I did the feeling just got worse.

I was then coughing up blood and crawling to get away but couldn't as everything was getting worse by the second now. Realizing that I was only making things worse I stopped moving and waited for my death but it never came, instead, it was like a screen cracked before my eyes.

Once out I realized it was a genjutsu, I still felt sick but it wasn't as bad as the illusion was. Before I could finish thinking, an ANBU member appeared before me, "Congratulations, you passed this round of the exam, follow me to the next area." I followed him, but at a slow pace.

-Jiraiya POV-

I have been running away from the men for what felt like hours but they never seemed to get tired, and they were so fast! I couldn't keep escaping for long and would eventually be caught, but I couldn't stop now! I kept running away for another hour or so until I was finally caught and tied up.

I tried to escape but had no such luck. I kept trying to squiggle through but the men kept getting closer to my face making the weird kissing face and noises. I finally broke out of the holding and ran as fast as possible. With my adrenaline running fast I got an extra boost of energy so I could get away.

This time I wasn't caught but I was teleported back to the guys! I had to fight now! I used the best taijutsu I knew to fight them off, but something was strange; they were blocking all my attacks! There was no way, THESE PEOPLE WERE NINJA!

The fact that they were trained in the art of combat made everything more difficult. I kept fighting but was only using more stamina as I fought. It got to the point where I could barely stand. After a moment I collapsed but was still awake as the guys came closer.

Eventually, I felt the nasty wet lips touch mine as I passed out from the trauma. When I woke up I was in a room and there were lots of shops around me setting up for something. Somebody looked at me and noticed I was awake so they walked towards me. "Congratulations, you passed the second test. It was very funny to watch you freak out, for payment have some popcorn." this guy was a jounin so I took some and took a bite.

-Tsunade POV-

I was in front of a gambling table that said 'try your luck!' I was about to leave before the person at the table spoke. "You have to play the game to pass the second exam." this made me confused. 'Are they counting luck as a skill in these exams? If so I'm definitely failing.'

But I decided to try and sat down. This game was blackjack so I knew how to play. I got the cards Jack and 10 so I decided to stand. The dealer had a 16 and had to draw again, he then busted. I was confused by this 'why did my luck change? This can't be good! I must lose!'

Because I always lost, it was never a good thing when I did win. I decided to play again, I got a king and an Ace which was 21 while the dealer got exactly 17 and I won. I decided to play again and I won again and again and again, it was like I couldn't lose! THIS WAS TERRIBLE!

-3rd-

Tsunade just kept winning and she felt that she couldn't lose! Which was actually correct. In her genjutsu she would never be able to break out until she came to terms that winning was a good thing and didn't always mean something bad would happen.

The time limit for the genjutsu was coming up and if she couldn't get out the exams would be over for her. She continued to play and play but would never lose. But then she realized something, 'if I win something bad will happen, which means that if I keep winning I might fail so I have to be okay with winning to pass!'

After thinking about this she stood up and left the gambling area. This was supposed to make her give this whole winning is bad mentality up but instead only made it more concrete. This sucked.

-Tsunade POV-

After I walked away the area around me started to crack and break open. Once my vision was restored I saw what looked like a member of the ANBU standing in front of me. "Good job, you passed the 2nd exam, follow me. The third exam is about to start."
