Chapter 7- Clan training grounds

In the morning glow of the sun, Katsuo and his father Kenji made their way towards the clan training grounds.

It was the place where all the young bloods of the uzumaki clan receive their training.

As they reached the training grounds, the presence of Kenji, the clan head, also the leader of the village did not go unnoticed. Everyone in the clan grounds greeted him with respect and admiration, acknowledging his position and leadership.

"Good morning, Clan Head," one of the senior shinobi said with a nod.

"Good morning, Kenji-sama," another bowed respectfully.

Kenji graciously acknowledged the greetings, a small smile gracing his lips as he exchanged pleasantries with the clan members.

"Leaving his father with the greetings, Katsuo swiftly made his way into the open grounds.

Standing there, he took a deep breath of fresh air and basked in the beauty of nature.

This is not the first time he had come here, he has been coming here for months to do training. After-all, he was also a member of the Uzumaki clan.

Even though he is been here before, he couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of this place.

This place would always provoke his aesthetic sense of natural beauty."

The training ground was a spacious and open area, surrounded by dense forests and lush greenery. In the center of the circular ground stood a remarkable building known as the 'Training tower'. Its imposing presence dominated the landscape, and it served as a focal point for the clan's training activities.

The Training Tower was an impressive structure, its architecture blending tradition with innovation. Sturdy walls rose high, adorned with ancient Uzumaki symbols, portraying the clan's heritage and resilience.

Large wooden gates adorned with intricate carvings guarded the entrance, adding an air of mystery and intrigue to the place.

Inside, there were various training rooms with different purposes, designed to cater to the diverse needs of the Uzumaki clan members.

Surrounding the 'The training tower', The training grounds were a sprawling expanse, surrounded by dense forests on the sides, providing a natural barrier.

The circular ground around the tower was well-maintained, with neatly trimmed grass and designated training areas. It offered ample space for the clan members to engage in rigorous training.

The open area itself was meticulously designed for sparring sessions, agility drills, and various combat exercises.

There were various training stations set up for different purposes. One area was dedicated to sparring, where the young shinobi would engage in mock battles to test their combat prowess.

In another section of the training grounds, dedicated to chakra control exercises, small ponds glistened under the warm sunlight.

These ponds were specifically designed for practicing the art of water walking. The clear, calm waters provided an ideal setting for the young shinobi to hone their chakra control and balance.

Beside the training tower, a small river stream flowed gently, its soothing sound adding to the serenity of the place. The ambiance was serene and calming.

The stream served as a natural obstacle course for those who wished to challenge themselves further in their chakra control training. The task of walking on the moving water was not as easy as walking on stagnant water, but it was an essential skill for any aspiring ninja.

Further away, amidst the training grounds, there were also strategically placed boulders and wooden targets, perfect for honing precision and accuracy in combat skills.

It was a place where the young blood of the Uzumaki clan received their training, under the watchful eyes of experienced mentors and the clan's elders.

As he looked around, he admired the beauty of the landscape. Lush green grass carpeted the ground, and vibrant flowers dotted the edges, adding splashes of color to the serene setting. The gentle rustling of leaves in the nearby trees provided a soothing background melody, as if nature itself was encouraging him in his pursuit of strength.

Taking a moment to soak in the beauty of his surroundings, Katsuo let the tranquility of the training grounds calm his mind.

After a initial warm-up session , a seasoned member of the clan, stepped forward and called the young clan kids to gather around.

Katsuo, along with the other youngsters, formed a semi-circle around the experienced shinobi, their eyes filled with anticipation.

"Today, we're going to have some mock taijutsu battles," the seasoned shinobi announced, his voice resonated across the training grounds. "It's an excellent opportunity to practice your combat skills and learn from each other. Remember, taijutsu is the foundation of a strong shinobi. So, pay close attention to your opponents and look for openings in their defense."

The instructor explained the rules of the mock battle. No chakra usage allowed, only pure taijutsu skills. The matches would be one-on-one, and the participants would be paired up based on their skill levels to ensure fair and challenging fights.

Katsuo's irritation grew as he watched the seasoned clan member go through the same explanations and instructions for the mock battles.

"Ahh... come on, man! Seriously~?!! Not again," Katsuo seethed in his mind, his frustration building. "Just start the damn battles, you fool. Why the hell do you always repeat the same lines? It's not as if this is the first time we are doing a mock battle."[A\N: It was good thing he was not born in Konoha, Otherwise he might go mad with all that 'Will of fire'.]

Despite his internal frustration, Katsuo maintained his calm exterior. The slight twitching of his eyes was the only indication of his irritation.

Indeed, Katsuo had every damn right to feel irritated. After all, it wasn't the first time they were participating in a mock battle; quite the opposite, actually.

It happens pretty frequently, twice or thrice a week. Yet, their instructor had the audacity to repeat the same thing every god damn time.

Though Katsuo could understand where the instructor is coming from. While, he might be a reincarnated person with a mature mind in a child's body, but The other kids of his age are just some normal kids; they are not mature enough.

So, it was no wonder that the instructor always repeats his words to instill the idea in their young minds."

But then again, just because he understands the reasons doesn't mean he won't feel frustration.

....

....

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the instructor finished his monologue, and the mock battles began.
