Light Work

All four figures looked completely different from each other, but each of them excluded some type of craziness. One of them was a large and imposing young man, towering over the rest of his teammates. He had fair skin and narrowed, slanted orange eyes, and three tufts of orange hair on his head.

The other one was a dark-skinned shinobi with black, shaggy hair tied into a ponytail and black eyes. Uniquely, the man also had six arms and an eye on his forehead that looked quite disgusting. This was also the man that had previously fired the arrow at Zeus, judging from the bow in his hand.

The third figure was a slender woman with long, untamed, dark pink hair that fell past her shoulders with long parted bangs. She looked the most normal out of the group, holding onto a simple flute in her hands.

The final figure, which was the most distinctive out of them all, was a man with two heads. Both heads had dark blue hair with long bangs that covered each different eye, while their bangs were on opposite sides.

All this bunch looked so comical that Zeus barely contained himself from laughing, but he managed to do it in the end. Before beginning to play with them, Zeus asked. "Hey, guys, judging from your attires, you are not the prisoners here. Maybe you would want to show me some directions to Orochimaru?"

The bulky man stepped forward, completely ignoring Zeus's question. "That tremor that shook the entire place... was it you? How did you escape from that laboratory?" His voice was deep and arrogant, much to Zeus's dislike.

"Hey." Zeus disappeared from the spot, reappearing right in front of the man. Chakra flowed through Zeus's body, as he grabbed the man by the head, plastering him against the ground. "When I am asking you a question, you answer it. Where is that snake fucker?"

Instead of an answer, he felt another arrow flying towards him, which Zeus caught with his other hand. The two-headed man used this moment to swiftly attack with his kunai, thus severing Zeus's head. However, instead of killing him, Zeus's figure suddenly disintegrated into lightning, thus causing both the orange and two-headed men to get struck by it.

When they once again were enabled to move, they stood back up, much more cautious. The orange man had no more arrogance left on his face, as he instead looked around with apprehension, clearly not expecting someone to overpower him with pure strength.

Eventually, they looked up to the ceiling, only to see Zeus calmly standing there, looking at them from above. His white hair stretched downwards, making him look even more threatening. "So, are any of you going to talk now?"

"I remember him." The man with the bow frowned, mumbling to his teammates. "It's Zeus, the body that Orochimaru has been wishing to take over for a long time, and the only person that has ever resisted a Cursed Seal for so long."

The red-haired woman pointed at Zeus's neck. "But he doesn't have it no longer...did he actually remove it by himself, while being stuck in that tube?"

"I don't know, but he is dangerous. I have once heard that he killed over a hundred prisoners without any chakra." The man with the bow continued, his Cursed Seal suddenly extending in various directions. "Orochimaru has ordered us to not let anyone escape, so if we let him through, we are as good as dead. Activate your seals, it is going to be a tough battle."

Even though they didn't like that the bowed man was suddenly stepping up as the leader, they still complied, understanding that his words held truth within them. From their early interaction, they already knew how dangerous Zeus was. It would be stupid to not go all out immediately.

"Still not answering?" Zeus scratched the back of his head, then suddenly smiled like a wild beast. "Well, I might as well open your mouth with strength then, and I mean that in the literal sense."

With that, Zeus activated Overlock at 40%, but he didn't rush immediately. Instead, he waited till the Cursed Seals completely coated their skin, changing both the shape and structure of their bodies. Their skin color transformed into a red, while their chakra amount grew much more violent and dense.

The tomato head made some hand seals and planted her hands against the ground, thus causing three huge figures to appear behind her. They were bizarre and didn't look like humans, making Zeus quite interested in their origin.

Vanishing from the spot, Zeus appeared in the middle of the group, but their transformation had clearly improved their capabilities, as they have managed to somehow react to his arrival. The orange haired stepped forward, feeling much more confident in his power this time, but Zeus simply feinted a punch and then kicked him in the head, sending him flying away.

The three giants summoned by the red-haired woman moved towards Zeus, controlled by the atrocious sound coming off from her flute. Their movements were annoyingly slow, making Zeus bored as he waited. Thankfully, the arrows coming from that man with the bow seemed to have increased in speed a lot.

Zeus dodged one, then grabbed the second with his hand, causing his body to slide away a few centimeters. While he was playing with the arrows, the three giants opened their mouths, forcing three strange testicles to come out of their mouths. These were much faster and promptly encircled Zeus, trying to bite into his flesh.

As he was easily avoiding all the attacks, the two-headed figure finally decided to step into the fray, emerging from the ground just beneath Zeus. Surrounded from every direction, Zeus finally had enough as he promptly clapped his hands, thus forcing the vicinity to shake from the shockwave.

The flute stopped playing, causing the three giants to stop in their tracks. Zeus grabbed the two-headed man by the neck, admiring him from close while he was still in a disheveled state. It was really fascinating. Orochimaru really did some crazy stuff with this man.

Creating Chidori in his free hand, Zeus penetrated the man's heart, thus killing him without any qualms. The sound of the flute entered his ears immediately afterward, compelling Zeus to jump away and dodge another attack from a giant.

While he was in the air, another arrow came flying straight toward his head, finally making Zeus irritated. He grabbed the arrow in the air, then spun a few times, covering it in lightning and sending it flying back towards the man. The man with the bow managed to escape by jumping away, but he suddenly felt an outlandish pain in his chest.

His body got stuck against the wall, forced by the arrow. He grunted, lifting his eyes, only to notice a third arrow flying at him at an intense speed, straight toward his head. He didn't even register what happened before blackness overwhelmed his sight.

Seeing another dead body, Zeus promptly appeared above the bulky man, who was holding onto his chin, which had been clearly broken. Smiling, Zeus created Chidori, rushing towards the enemy. The bulky man promptly dodged despite his body, but Zeus's Chidori suddenly extended outwards.

It stretched into a laser and Zeus swiped his hands, severing the man's head from his shoulders. Everything happened so fast and instantly that the red-haired woman hadn't been able to do anything. Turning to her, Zeus smiled like a devil. "So, you are the last one left, are you going to answer my question?"

"You..fucking monster." The red-haired woman took a step back, but once again started playing her flute, clearly not giving up yet.

"You know, your music has been getting on my nerves. I had never heard such a disgusting melody." Zeus sighed, pushing chakra toward his palms. "I will show you how to play flute properly."

Zeus concentrated, lightning beaming within his hands. It was the technique that he had failed to do previously, but controlling divinity and chaotic energy at the same time had increased his chakra management, so now it was light work. The electrical flute formed in his hands and he put it against his mouth.

Then, the most beautiful song the red-haired woman had ever listened to entered her ears. The flute in her hands fell to the ground, as she was mesmerized by the ethereal melody. However, her eyes were promptly taken over by fear.

Zeus's body twisted and shaped into something different...something much bigger. All the surroundings disappeared, the walls removed themselves from existence, and only a huge grinning face remained within the darkness. Tears started falling down the red-haired woman's cheeks, as she stumbled backward.

The gigantic dark face stared at the red-haired woman, blinking and grinning with white teeth. "Where is Orochimaru?" Its godly voice echoed throughout the void, forcing the red-haired woman to stumble onto her knees.

"He...he...left somewhere... a mission of some sort." The red-haired woman answered with a trembling voice, then put her hands against the ground, kneeling properly. "Please...don't kill me..."

Instead of an answer, the red-haired woman heard a crunch. Lifting her eyes, she realized the face had bitten off her hand. After a brief silence, she started screaming, but the face simply hooked its tongue around her, putting her inside its mouth.
