Naruto: Reincarnated Zeus

Over the years of ruling over other gods, Zeus had grown bored. Nothing brought him any joy. Love, death, music - nothing. That's why Zeus decided to do something unheard of - to strip away all his divinity and reincarnate as a mortal. - Hello! This is my first fanfiction, so any reviews or power stones are deeply appreciated. Everything happens in Naruto. There is not a lot of emphasis on romance, so don't expect it here. There is no system as well! P@treon: https://www.patreon.com/Zerga3 Discord: https://discord.gg/djq6WyTrUW Note: Zeus reincarnates as a baby, so we are going to explore everything from that age.

Big Turtle

After an unknown amount of time, during which Zeus lived a boring and monotonous life reminiscent of his days in Heaven, they finally reached their destination. In the distance, far from the ship, an island could be seen. However, Zeus had to say, it looked quite distinctive. It appeared extremely round and had huge spikes protruding from its surface. They spread all around, giving way only to trees that grew alongside them. Its peculiar appearance made Zeus even more excited to explore the island.

"Let's go, Gamaton. I am sick of this place," Zeus mumbled immediately upon seeing the island, his expression full of expectancy. The toad was quick on the uptake as he jumped into the ocean first. Zeus turned around to face Gaara, Killer B, and Darui. "I will find you later so you can start explaining to Gaara how to control the beast."

"Hey, wait, you can't just go there!" Darui shouted, but it was impossible to stop Zeus. Before even knowing it, he was already in the water, swimming in the ocean alongside Gamaton. "Nobody there knows that there will be guests arriving. They may attack you! Come back!"

"It's useless to try persuading him. After such a long journey, you must already understand that when he has a mind on something, he just goes ahead and does it," Gaara answered Darui's shouts, bringing some surprise to the shinobi from the Cloud. They rarely heard the red-haired kid talk.

"Don't fret, don't be afraid, that man might be a menace, but he ain't stupid, his moves calculated," Killer B joined the conversation. "Let's go and put this ship to sleep."

While they continued their journey to board the ship, Zeus and Gamaton were having a race to the island. Gamaton was swimming at an incredible speed, while Zeus ran on top of the water. Lightning gathered at the tip of his feet, and he suddenly exploded from the spot, leaving his fellow toad in the dust.

Complaining that it was unfair, Gamaton tried to keep up but was ultimately unable to do so. The first to arrive on land was Zeus, and he immediately fell onto his back, grass brushing his face. He took a deep breath in, smelling the greenery all around, and not the salty smell of the ocean.

"Lightning abuser." Gamaton, who arrived a few minutes later, cursed under his breath, bringing a smile to Zeus's face. "What's the point of racing with you if you are always going to win?"

"Just because you always win doesn't mean that the victory is less fun," Zeus said, standing back up on his feet as he looked around. "Anyway, this place is really strange indeed. It has an abundance of strange energy surrounding it, but when I am standing here, it can be felt even better."

"I don't know what you are feeling, but I ain't feeling nothing," Gamaton answered, still mad about his defeat earlier.

"Why do you talk like Killer B?" Zeus asked, amused. "Did you spend too much time around him? Just don't start rapping as well. I don't want to have a headache."

"Don't compare me to that octopus." Gamaton hissed. "Toads are superior in every way."

"Tell that to yourself in your dreams." Zeus snickered, causing Gamaton's face to twist into something even more agitated. Gamaton was about to resort to insults when suddenly a log came flying from above. It was so unexpected that Gamaton didn't even manage to dodge, as the log hit him straight in the head, sending him flying away.

Zeus, instead of getting ready for battle, started laughing at Gamaton, who was holding onto his face in pain. Looking back, Zeus saw a huge gorilla with a deep scar on its stomach rushing towards them like a bull. Zeus was about to zap him with lightning, but Gamaton was already back on his feet, madness clearly written on his face.

"Don't touch him, he is mine." Gamaton whizzed, suddenly making multiple hand seals. The ocean's water behind suddenly moved, twisting and rising upwards as it took the shape of a spear. The spear looked much more intricate and powerful than before, bringing a smile to Zeus's face. It seemed like his comrade frog wasn't just uselessly spending his time.

The spear was sent flying straight toward the gorilla, but just as it was about to collide with the animal, the spear moved and missed, causing only a shallow injury on the gorilla's thigh. However, it seemed like Gamaton did that on purpose, as water suddenly moved towards him, encircling him.

To Zeus's surprise, gauntlets of water formed around Gamaton's hands as he jumped towards the gorilla, raising his hands high into the air. The animal roared but was ultimately unable to move due to its injured leg. Thus, Gamaton descended upon the animal with full force, beating the living daylights out of it with his own two hands.

'That's funny,' Zeus thought to himself, moving his eyes away from the ongoing brawl and instead focusing on the strange energy surrounding this place. No, rather than energy, it seemed like something else. Almost like the ground was pulsating, akin to a human body with a heart and all other organs.

Blue circles surrounded Zeus's eyes, and his perception of the world soared to new heights. Suddenly, he felt everything much more intensely. He heard the loud vibration of the ground much clearer than before as he delved deeper into his feelings, eventually coming to a realization.

With a smile, he left Gamaton to continue the fight with the gorilla as he returned to the water himself. He swam down, going deeper and deeper until his ears buzzed from the pressure above. However, before his eyes, the head of a huge turtle appeared. Without a doubt, his assumptions turned out to be correct.

The island wasn't actually an island. Instead, it was a colossal animal that kept swimming, which explained why it wasn't marked on the map. Slowly, the turtle's eyes shifted from their resting position, and Zeus felt the enormous gaze of the creature fixed upon him.

Zeus's eyes gleamed with madness. This reminded him of the times when he fought titans and towering monsters, as the seed of battle ignited within him. Unfortunately, he couldn't confront this turtle for obvious reasons. Nonetheless, the time on this island might turn out to be much more interesting than he had initially assumed.
