Kimi, Ayame, and Takashi nearly broke their necks as they turned to look in disbelief at the little blonde, who was staring thoughtfully at his empty ramen bowl. "What?!" The white-haired kunoichi didn't bother to hide her annoyance at what she heard.

"Mmmm, you've never lied before, but can you tell us who it was with?" The dark-skinned teenager asked, somewhat skeptically, refusing to believe a 9-year-old got a kiss from a girl; his pride couldn't withstand this blow.

"Well... do you remember that girl from Kumo, who almost zapped me with a lightning bolt in the last fight of the tournament?" Naruto began, rubbing his head a little nervous about sharing this. Judging by his teammates' faces, maybe it would have been better to keep his mouth shut.

"That sexy girl with blonde hair... who had a big pair of... features..." Takashi stopped when he heard Ayame menacingly moving the frying pan in her hands, gulping, and smiled in panic. "I mean, ahem, that girl who was skilled with the sword and lightning element, Samui?" He asked the last thing, guessing the name by pure chance.

"Yes, her. I never had a fight that difficult, but she was great, strong, and fast, even more than me," Naruto smiled, recalling one of the most challenging fights he had so far. "After I went to see her in the infirmary, I ran into a strange guy who was rapping, but anyway, when I entered the infirmary, they left us alone. At first, I thought she would be upset, but instead... she smiled at me."

"..." Smiling, Ayame saw that her little friend showed a small blush on his cheeks. He seemed so cute that even she, who sometimes had a cold and serious mask, still behaved like a common boy. He got excited about things like these. Who knows? Maybe this is his first crush. While she was having her thoughts, Kimi was grinding her teeth and breaking the two wooden chopsticks she had in her right hand, and Takashi had a blank look.

"AND?" Teuchi asked amusedly, enjoying how the boys were dismayed by the particular story the young shinobi was telling.

Finishing speaking, he heard two knocks—these being the heads of his companions who hit their foreheads against the restaurant counter.

"A boy... kissed a sexy girl... before me! Damn blonde bastard!" were Takashi's thoughts as he felt his pride shatter like glass.

Everyone was brought out of their thoughts by the new voice from the entrance of the store—Hamura Tenko, the old Jounin, who saw with doubt how two of his students seemed affected by what the Uzumaki did. Entering the restaurant, he sat next to the youngest student on his team.

"You knew it?!" He asked accusingly of the white-haired girl who looked at the veteran shinobi, who only shrugged.

"Yes." With that answer, Hamura looked at the owner of the establishment, who took out a bottle of sake to serve the newcomer. Hamura nodded his head gratefully. "This could be good; a lot has happened since a marriage between ninjas from different villages. Seeing that the Raikage admitted that the kidnapping attempt by his council was wrong, he was willing to have a peace treaty... I didn't think I would live to see a possible treaty; the last time it was attempted was almost 70 years ago." Taking a sip of his drink, he gave a heavy sigh.

"Marriage?" Kimi lost color when she heard that word.

"70 years old? How old are you?" Takashi asked incredulously as he was more surprised by his sensei's age than anything else.

"90."

"Wow."

"Yes, I know..." Frowning, Hamura looked at his reflection through the bottle of alcohol, feeling older every day. "I think I should retire..." Saying that, he opened his Jounin vest to take out a scroll. "But before I throw in the towel, I have the last mission for team four."

"Oi hey hey, what's the last mission?" The dark-haired member of the team asked, surprised, not expecting this, just like his teammates.

"Hokage-sama believes that you two deserve to be Chunnin, and I agreed with her." That made the two former gennin surprised when they saw how their sensei took out two characteristic green vests of the Chunnin and threw them at them. "When all the gennin of a group are Chunnin, these teams usually disintegrate, but I know that you three will stay together..." He said in a relaxed manner while taking another sip of his drink.

"Hamura-sensei..." Saying his teacher's name, the Uzumaki got his attention to smile like his teammates. "Thank you..." After almost two years being a team, they couldn't help but form strong bonds between all of them, even if they had rough patches or even disputes. They were a team that went through many things, so that in the end, they were all here and enjoyed this moment.

"Hmmm." With a snort, Hamura refused to return the smile to his students, but internally, this meant a lot. "They won't give them to me tomorrow." Unwrapping the scroll, he threw it to the Uzumaki. "Tomorrow we will leave at 500 hours. I will wait for you without missing from the north door. The details are on the scroll, but get ready because it will be your first S-rank mission." Taking out some bills, he placed them on the bar to leave.

"And where will the mission be?" Naruto asked, taking out his wallet to pay for the dishes he and his classmates ate.

"Yugakure (the country of hot springs)..."
