I am in the progress of writing a new version of the story. All for One will function differently but closer to MHA then the last time. Instead of creating quirks, all quirks will be stored in All for One and can only be used when stored chakra in spirtual space feeds it. I will have it where quirks existence in the tenketsu, thus making his chakra pathways restricted when trying to use ninjutsu and genjutsu just slightly better than Lee. The more quirks awaken the less ninjutsu and genjutsu can be performed. I'll start releasing later this week no later than Wednesday.
