The Way of Pain
Bastian tried to blink and found out that he could not do that.
His eyes were not dry, though, and he felt completely disembodied, anyway, like he was floating in a black void of nothingness.
Then he started to feel sensations on his skin again. They were much like a touch in a dream, more vivid and real than actual caresses.
Oddly, he still felt quite calm for someone who had been made a prisoner of his own body.
"You want me," the honeyed voice of the beautiful witch said. "You have never wanted anyone the way you want me right now. Sure, you have your nice ladies, your spunky ladies, but you have never been with a woman who has magical powers. You want to know what it feels like, don't you?"
Bastian knew the answer. That answer was an enthusiastic YES, AYE, YES PLEASE.
