In order to do this more effectively they made another system in which they would grant power to these individuals via a wheel that contained a power they would hold upon reincarnation or an advantage they would hold. Greater physical attributes, more magic capacity or perhaps great mana control were all advantages the list held. Then the powers ranged from quite a large amount. (I am not making a massive ass harem one girl per world will be added to the Harem. This story is also going to not have R18 scenes in it but references will be made to it.
