The Date

A lady wearing a short black gown with feminine accessories on her neck walks with grace and poise toward Liam who was standing beside the car, he observes the lady.

She has a big and pretty eye with perfect eyebrows, her gold hair is long soft and silky, her nose is straight and of normal length, and she has a round face that is soft and smooth to touch. Her attractiveness was enhanced by her rosy cheeks and red well-shaped lips, flat belly, and narrow waist. A well-shaped back and legs complete her elegance.

She smiled at Liam showing her perfect-shaped paired teeth "Young Master Smith" she said in her sweet voice.

She was indeed beautiful and a lady of perfection but Liam wasn't a bit attracted to her, he was attracted to cute and naughty like Heemani.

Liam smiled a little bit out of politeness "Lady Frederick, may I know your name?"

"I am Leah" she blushed.

Liam stretch out his slender hand to shake her hand "Nice meeting you Leah, what a beautiful name" he complimented.

"It's an honor, to be praised by you," she said sweetly.

Alfred who went to make a call on behalf of his boss arrived, and bowed "Sorry for keeping you waiting, Young Master Smith" he apologized.

He opened the car door for Leah like a gentleman, he is been polite for the sake of Old Master Smith because he knew his grandpa shared a good relationship with Mr. Frederick, although he was younger than Old Master Smith.

"Thank you, Young Master Smith," she said politely and entered the car. Liam also enter the car, he kept a good distance between them. Alfred sat in the driver's seat "I am about to start the journey" he said and start the car engine.

Leah was observing Liam closely, she wants to initiate a conversation but couldn't because of how cold his facial expressions looked.

The thought of Heemani has been running through his mind, he couldn't stop thinking of her even though he wants to, ever since he knows her real name and realized her past was somehow connected to his family, he felt that he has known her for so long "I guess am attracted to her because she is a cute, naughty trouble maker" he thought to himself.

Liam might be a playboy but he doesn't know what it feels like to be in love because he has never been in love before, he was so attracted to her to the extent that he stole her underwear just to keep her scent close to her, only an insane person will do that "I am not insane, I kept the underwear because I might...." he paused his thoughts for a moment but couldn't find an explanation to his actions.

"I am perfectly fine and not in love" he assured himself.

He said he isn't in love but he paid the hospital bill which cost a lot. Unbelievable!

"I must protect her from getting hurt," he thought sincerely.

The thought of Lalisa and his uncle runs through his mind "I must give them a taste of their medicine" he sneered.

The thought of Heemani kept popping up in his brain and mind, he thought of her to the extent that he recollected that her phone must have been misplaced because of the incident.

"Alfred I need a new phone," he said out of the blue. Alfred wasn't surprised a bit, he knew his boss's mood is always changing constantly "Yes sir" he replied.

Leah's palm was sweaty out of anxiety, she summoned her courage to talk to Liam "Young Master Smith, thank you for going out with me" she said sweetly.

"Welcome," Liam said in a soft cold manner.

Leah smiled charmingly, she wants to continue her conversation but Liam shut her up "I don't like chit-chatting in the car" he said coldly.

Leah was embarrassed but she didn't show it, she wore the mask of a perfect lady, she smiled and nodded in approval of what Liam said.

Alfred acted like he was invisible, his eyes were focused on the road. The journey was a quiet one until they arrived at the location,

Alfred alight from the car, he opened the car door for his boss and Leah. They all entered the fancy restaurant, the waitress leads them to the reserved VIP suite.

Liam pulls the chair out and offers Leah a sit, she smiled politely "Thank you, Young Master" she said and sat down.

"Young Master is unpredictable," she thought.

Liam sat down opposite her, while Alfred was at another table so as not to disturb the date.

The waitress arrived with the menu, she placed it on the table, "What may I offer you? she asked professionally.

"Take her order first," he said. The waitress faced her "What would you like to order?" she asked.

Leah looked through the menu for some minutes before she speaks out "Strictly veggies with a glass of water" she said trying to impress Liam.

"Yes ma'am" the waitress takes note, "Sir, and you," she asked politely.

"Rib eye steak with a glass of wine". The waitress bowed and left their table.

Liam wondered how Heemani was doing, he picked up his phone to call Dr. Mo, instead of a voice call, he video called Dr. Mo. Leah can't wait for the date to start officially.

Dr. Mo picked up the call without hesitation " Young Master Smith" he bowed.

"Go to the ward now" Liam ordered him. Dr. Mo doesn't dare go against him, he stands up from his office and went straight to the VIP ward.

Heemani was eating like a glutton because the drip the nurse gave her contained medicine that will make her eat very well, Sarah was watching over her. Dr. Mo arrived at the ward, he walked toward her "She is doing fine sir" he said and turned the phone so that Liam could see her.

Heemani's mouth was filled with food, she wasn't expecting Liam to video call "What?" she asked with a confused gaze, she munched her food quickly so that she can speak very well.

Liam found her cute with the way she was eating, he didn't realize it when he smiled and said "Cute".

" Young Master wants to know how you are doing, that's why he called" Dr. Mo explained.

"I am fine, thank you for the food" she thanked him genuinely.

Liam realized he was blushing, he ends the call immediately, Leah was curious about who he was talking to.

"Tell me more about yourself," Liam said, he wasn't interested to know anything about her, he did that just to clear the awkward situation"Why the fuck am I blushing," he thought. Leah was happy thinking that Liam was truly interested in her, she began talking about herself.

Dr, Mo looked at Heemani "He has ended the call" he said.

"That's very good, sorry for the inconvenience Doctor" she apologized.

"It nothing, anything for Young Master," he said and left the ward. Heemani let out a sigh of relief "He is so strange" she complained to Sarah. Her friend nodded in approval.
