Good Morning!

Mo Zhang returned to the room. He saw Xu Lina laying weakly.

According to the maids, she is not completely unconscious. She gulped down the medicine with water.

And now he can see that she was not lying on her back like he put her, instead she is on her side.

Mo Zhang came near and sat down on the edge of the bed. He looked at her palm sized face. His eyes fell on her features. She was much like her in the wedding photo. Just her beauty and attractiveness increased.

She was sleeping there completely unaware of her surroundings. And she did not give off cold aura like that day she blocked his car.

Mo Zhang' eyes fell on the bruises, on her. forehead and arms. The rest of her body was covered but he could feel that these are not the only one.

He gently touched the bruise on her forehead. Xu Lina frowned slightly and Mo Zhang immediately took his hand back. He didn't want to disturb her sleep.

After looking for a long time, he went to take his bath. Then he went to check on the children. They were still awake.

"Your Mommy is alright. The doctor has checked her and gave her medicine. She also has taken it. Don't worry. She will be fine."

Be comforted them.

"Now sleep. It's quite late. You don't want your mother to worry about you. Do you?"

He coaxed them for sometime. The kids were tired as well and fell asleep soon. Mo Zhang kissed their foreheads and went out. He did not forget to close their door lightly.

He returned to his room. He looked at Xu Lina for sometime.

Finally he climbed into the other side of the bed. He covered her with the comforter and kissed her forehead.

"Good Night, my wife!" He gently whispered and pulled her into his arms to sleep.

--- Next Morning ---

Xu Lina moved slightly. She tried to move, but found that she couldn't. She again moved but found a heavy thing on her waist, preventing her from moving.

Slightly she began to wake up. She opened her eyes but closed them again before looking around. she frowned and tried to send away her sleepiness. This was her habbit. She doesn't wake up suddenly. I stead she closes her eyes and chants herself to wake up and tells her the things she is supposed to in the day.

'Yes, I returned. I have to pick up kids.'

'Also a leave from hospital.'

'Last night, I was not feeling well after talking to that old driver. I cried on the sofa.'

'I also remember receiving a call from kids but after that I don't remember what happened.'

'I felt like someone fed me medicine with water.'

'Wait.....!!! Who fed me the medicine.'

With that, she opened her eyes suddenly.

She saw a man and panicked. She tried to get away but the heavy thing on her waist wouldn't let her. She looked at that thing and found out that it was the man's arm around her waist. She tried to break free but no use. She didn't not move with too much vigour to not to hurt her back wound.

When she found out that she could not do anything, she finally looked at the man's face who had these guts to do this to her. She looked and was shocked when she recognized him.

Her breathing quickened for a moment. But then she frowned and tried to remember what exactly happened. She did not notice when the man infront of her opened his eyes as she was lost in her thoughts.

Actually Mo Zhang woke up when she tried to move a little harder. There is no way someone can still sleep soundly when the person in their arms move like that. He did not let her go. After sometime when he found no movement, he opened his eyes and looked at her confused face.

He smiled dazzlingly, "Good Morning! my wife!"

Xu Lina returned back after hearing his greeting.

She was actually shocked but didn't show it on her face.

Mo Zhang waited for her response but came nothing. She just kept staring at him

He raised his eyebrows slightly and asked, "You are so immersed in my handsomeness!?"

Finally he got a reaction.

Xu Lina raised her eyebrows and took a deep breath.

"I am waiting."

"Waiting for a morning kiss?" Mo asked teasingly.

"Morning kiss? Form you? Me expecting? ha!" Xu Lina scoffed.

"I am waiting for you to push me away...."

With that she tried to get away and Mo Zhang let her.

She sat up and spoke as the collected her long black hair and rolled them into a casual bun.

"Waiting for you to shout at me. Then tell me my place and then get out of the room with closing the door with a bang!" She spoke all these things in a light and emotionless tone.

Her every word hurt Mo Zhang in the heart. He felt really guilty. But still he tried to lighten the atmosphere by teasing her again.

"Can't you think of me hugging you and talking to you gently and leaving the room with your hand in mine."

Xu Lina stopped the movements of her hands and looked at him for two seconds.

Then while maintaining the eye contact, she shook her head slightly, "No!"

"Because once I thought of it, but now I only expect what's reality."

Mo Zhang's smile faded from his face. He could feel that he caused a big bad impression on her. He also felt as a scum bag to shatter the sweet thoughts of his newly wedded wife that time. She just admitted it that she once thought that way. It means she had great expectations toward their marriage but he ruined them all.

Mo Zhang closed his eyes and spoke in a helpless tone.

"Can't we forget what happened in the past?"

Xu Lina looked surprised.

"We? Who are you talking about? It's just 'you' and 'me'. It was never 'we' or 'us'."

"You! you had already forgotten all that and lived your colorful life."

"As for me....."
