A new year

After the 2nd part of the First Year session, Class D and the others became Second Years the following year and resumed classes during early February. They had all completed the task of getting a Hunter license.

A bus with 'My Caster Academia' boldly written on it in purple while the bus itself was a golden color and a long one at that.

Out from the bus, multiple students of My Caster Academia stepped out which included the new First Years of the school. They were all excited but they did not know of the Drach Test they would have to pass. They just knew it was some kind of test.

'How can they run around as early as this morning.' A Second Year boy thought as he stood up from his seat and headed out of the bus.

A fairly tall boy with black hair stepped out of the bus, he looked annoyed since he was the only second year who had stayed in a bus full of First Years. He must have taken the wrong bus but they both led to the same place so it didn't matter to him.

This boy was a 16 year old boy named Yuri Gakuyami, his sixteenth birthday had occured a few months ago on October. He had straight short hair but he now had a clean curtained hairstyle. Instead of his black jacket, he had put on a darker shade of crimson jacket with a black t-shirt below. He also wore black trousers with red shoes. His Power Watch was protruding through the jacket but was not visible.

Even though he had a jacket on, his muscles which he had built up was somewhat visible and the same thing could be said with his legs. The collar on his jacket was done so his neck was visible. He wask walking non chalantly with a poker face, both hands in his pocket and a Compart ment bag in the shape of a black cross bag. He had also grown a bit. Before he was 5.9 but now he was 5.10.

As he walked on the grass field, heading towards one of the dorms, the dorm he was now assigned to, two teenage boys met up with him.

"Hey, dude. It's been a while." The one with fiery and spiky red hair said, sticking his clenched fist out wearing a bright yellow t-shirt and long white trousers. He had a pair of orange bracelets on his wrists. This was Ayato Ayura.

"Yeah, it has." Yuri replied as he fist bumped Ayato and then smiled for a while.

"Whoa, you smiled for a whole five seconds. What happened?" Kuro's calm voice asked, his hair that was starting to get big blown a bit in the air. He wore a blue vest with a silver shirt inside along with blue trousers.

"Oh, nothing. What about you? You're acting less shy." Yuri teased him which made the Snow Caster's face to go red.

" Have you seen Arina by any chance?" Yuri asked, trying to remain a neutral face.

Ayato innocently replied, "No, not yet. Oh wait, don't tell. You like..."

Before Ayato could talk any further, Yuri put his had on Ayato's mouth and tried to look away from Kuro's prying eyes which spelt 'Do you really like her?' which were really messing with Yuri even if the Snow Caster didn't know he was doing it. Yuri looked away with his cheeks reddened.

"Suddenly, another Bus pulled out and the students began to rush out. Between them, the three of them recognized some of them like Zake, Vanessa, Zuro who was barely noticeable and Serena.

Yuri looked at Serena as she walked speedily towards them. She had done her blue hair a bit longer, making it go just past her neck and stopping there. She also had a strong red long sleeved shirt which reminded Yuri of the red dress she had worn during the party, not like he was actually focusing on her but had seen her a lot. He had actually focused on a particular orange haired girl who was staring at the moon and he wasn't the only one but another from Class A.

Now, back to Serena. She also sported red shirts that covered only her lap along with black boots and a black cross bag that swayed as she got closer to them. She still had her black glasses on but they weren't as thick as before. Her aura also seemed to be full of life because of the way she walked towards them with a calm smile.

"Hey, guys." She greeted them with a cheerful smile, more cheerful than she normally did so she must be in joy or excited.

"Hi, Serena," Yuri greeted her first before he asked her a question so he wouldn't sound rude to her, "Have you seen Arina?" He asked her and she nodded.

"Yeah. She's coming out now. Just wait until you see her." Serena said as she then noticed Ayato who was trying to remove Yuri's firm grip from his mouth and wasn't able to even when using both his hands.

"Um, why are you doing that?" She asked the Shadow Caster and he instantly removed his hand from Ayato's mouth.

"Sheesh. Dude your grip is powerful." Ayato had to say.

"Sorry. Um, about Arina."

"Oh, yeah. She doesn't want to get hit or pushed by people so she wants to be the last person on the bus and Luz is playing a game on her phone." Serena told him.

Just a few seconds after her statement, Arina walked out of the bus in a way that Yuri found graceful and attractive as she moved one step after the other.

Yuri took a better look at her. She still had her orange hair which seemed a bit brighter than before and had the front of her in fringes that swayed to the left. She also had two tails of hair coming from the front of her ears and resting on her slightly larger rack.

She sported a light blue shirt on top of long red trousers with golden trims around the edges with a sun symbol embroided on the left side of the trousers. Her brooch was white and barely visible in camouflage and was just a simple circle.

"Hey, Yuri." Arina said with a friendly smile, having arrived in front of them and standing next to her best friend, Serena. Yuri had been looking at her that he didn't even notice she was in front of them.

Arina accidentally touched Yuri's hand with hers which sent blood rushing to his ears, making the top red.

"Do you have a fever? Are you okay?" She asked as she leaned closer to him. In response, Yuri moved back to stop Arina from seeing his face which was skarlett by now.

It seemed she had gotten taller as well, now being 5.8 and a few extra inches. Yuri also noticed her Power Watch which had a different number displayed on it.

That was two whole Stages higher and Yuri had gotten upset, not at her but himself so he walked back from her but not after saying hi as well. He walked back to Ayato and Kuro with a serious face that scared the two.
