Chapter 239

Wu Li Shu had barely opened her mouth when she saw two figures at a distance from Chu Yan. She could recognize them almost immediately.

Wu Li Shu was getting nervous now, she murmured silently, "What are Brother Wang and my brother doing here?"

"My husband is here?"

Li Zi Yun looked behind Chu Yan and she saw them. Chu Yan was looking at himself from top to bottom. He was not dressed strangely or weirdly, he was dressed as usual but he could not figure out why both Wu Li Shu and Li Zi Yun were looking at him shocked and murmuring something hurriedly.

Li Zi Yun said to Wu Li Shu hurriedly, "I will take them away; you take care of Chu Yan" and she started walking fast towards her husband.

Seeing Li Zi Yun walking fast Wang Yu and Wu Qing's attention was on Li Zi Yun and Wu Li Shu quickly dragged Chu Yan along with her.

As soon Li Zi Yun saw Wu Qing she said, "Brother Wu Qing you don't deserve someone like Wang Yiran or Zhao Ming Mei"

Wu Qing looked from Li Zi Yun to Wang Yu, is he that bad?

"What?"

Li Zi Yun corrected her sentence, "Yes. Sorry I mean… yes no… Wang Yiran and Zhao Ming Mei doesn't deserve you"

Wu Qing and Wang Yu were looking at each other not sure what Li Zi Yun was trying to say or do.

Wang Yu asked suspiciously, "Is something going on?"

"Not at all. What will be going on?"

Wang Yu took off his jacket and covered Li Zi Yun, "Why are you waiting outside?"

"Am I?"

Wang Yu raised his eyebrows, unsure why Li Zi Yun was nervous.

Li Zi Yun looked around and answered her question, "Yes I am"

Mrs. Wang entered the private room with Wang Yiran where she saw Zhao Ming Mei already waiting with her mother and aunt. Mrs. Wang did not show in her face that she was surprised. She thought that only the Wang family was invited but Zhao family was also there. With a smile, Mrs. Wang sat down. She calmed herself that she had brought Li Zi Yun along with her. Mrs. Wang knew that Li Zi Yun hates Wang Yiran but she felt that Wang Yiran getting married now was the most important.

In the past, Zhao Ming Mei pretended to be perfect always and lady like in front of Mrs. Wang. She thought that she would be marrying Wang Yu and she wanted to have a peaceful relationship with the Wang family. Since that was no longer the case, Zhao Ming Mei felt no longer obligated to hold her tongue. It truly came as a shock to her when she saw Mrs. Wang entering with Wang Yiran but she could do nothing about it in front of her mother and aunt.

Mrs. Wang was waiting for Li Zi Yun to enter when Zhao Ming Mei started talking, "Aunty Wang I'm surprised to see you here. I thought Aunty Wu only wanted to meet us"

Mrs. Wang only gave a smile as a reply. Being the daughter in law of the Wang family was not an easy task and she had seen so many women like Zhao Ming Mei. Mrs. Wang did not want to waste her time talking to Zhao Ming Mei. Not able to get an answer out of Mrs. Wang, Zhao Ming Mei turned her attention towards Wang Yiran. Wang Yiran was truly irritated when she saw Zhao Ming Mei. Since Mrs. Wu was there she controlled herself. She was not ready to let anyone else marry Brother Wu Qing.

Zhao Ming Mei said with a sigh, "Yiran, we really wouldn't be in this situation if I had married your brother. Who knew that someone nameless like her would become Brother Wang Yu's wife?"

Everyone present in the room was shocked. Li Zi Yun was now the daughter in law of the Wang family and Mrs. Wu treated her like a daughter. Even Zhao Ming Mei's mother and aunt did not expect Zhao Ming Mei to speak like this. Before elder Mrs. Zhao could open her mouth, Wang Yiran spoke.

"Who do you think you are to speak about my sister in law? You are nothing compared to her"

Now it was Mrs. Wang's turn to be surprised. Even Zhao Ming Mei and her family were surprised. Zhao Ming Mei had thought that Wang Yiran did not like Li Zi Yun and that is why she brought up this topic. When Wang Yiran supported Li Zi Yun, Zhao Ming Mei had nothing else to say.

Mrs. Wang looked at younger Mrs. Zhao and said, "Sister I really did not expect this from your daughter. I expected her to be more…"

Younger Mrs. Zhao was staring at Zhao Ming Mei. Her daughter was making her and the entire family lose face in front of the Wang family and Wu family.

Elder Mrs. Zhao apologized, "I'm sorry Sister. It is our fault. We will discipline her strictly"

Li Zi Yun had been looking at the direction Wu Li Shu left, "Let's go in after Wu Li Shu comes"

But Wu Qing did not want to wait, "Let's go inside first. She's not a kid, she wouldn't get lost here"

"I said let's wait here. What's wrong with you two?"

Wang Yu and Wu Qing just nodded their head. It looked like Li Zi Yun would not let them enter even if they wanted to. Therefore, they waited outside along with Li Zi Yun not sure what was going to.
