Aden slowly opened his eyes

"Am I..."

"Well, Yes and No" a gentle voice came from behind him, interrupting him.

Aden turned behind, but there was no one behind him.

"How di...Wher...Who are you?" Aden asked, checking his surroundings, realizing it was something out of the ordinary location. There was no roof but an open starry night sky, and for the floor, it was all clouds.

"It's the Star Palace." The voice answered the question Aden was yet to ask.

"A palace?!?" Aden thought, "What aspect of this can be called a palace?"

"Yeah I know, I know" The voice replied to his thoughts once again.

"So you have a telepathic system, Huh!"

"Then answer this!" Aden shouted and thought of something for the unknown voice to answer.

"106cm!"

"Okay, I trust you now...Are you the god who'll transmigrate me to a magical land where I'll get my Har..."

"Nope, you pervert!" the voice replied.

"Are you sure, He is the right candidate?" the voice asked, talking to someone else.

*Woof* The second voice answered, assuring the first voice that Aden was the right candidate.

"Ahem! My loyal servant Shiro has chosen you to save the world from the prophesied Catastrophe."

"But..."

"Yeah, about your system." The first voice answered yet again to an unspoken query while preparing for some ceremony, chanting some incomprehensible spells.

With that enchantment, Aden's body started glowing in a white light awakening in him a power that he would not have achieved in a thousand years.

"Umm... I don't feel any different!" Aden reported to the voice.

"Yeah, It will get activated once you get back in your body!"

"Aren't I dead though?" Aden asked again.

"Well, about that..."

( Meanwhile )

A crowd had gathered around Aden's still body, with the pool of blood dripping from his head. The ambulance had been called already and was on its way.

But then suddenly, The sky started acting bizarre the clear sky of a second ago was no more and had transitioned into a gloomy one.

A swirling cloud had formed straight above Aden's dead body from which a massive jolt of lightning struck straight down at Aden.

The lighting was perhaps the transportation media for Aden's soul to get back into the body.

Aden opened his eyes and screamed "I'm Back!!!!" from the top of his lungs, with his head held high at the cloudy sky, which dissipated shortly after.

However, his clothes were all burned down by the powerful lightning. Now he was looking nothing more than a naked maniac. He realized it a few seconds later and tried to cover his most treasured possession.

*System Activated* a feminine voice came out of nowhere.

And Aden fainted once again, only this time the crowd ignored him completely...

The ambulance arrived soon and despite the bizarre scenario, took him to the hospital.

This time Aden found himself in the hospital ... In typical patient clothing,

"Where am...Oh yeah! I fainted" Aden recalled and called for the system screen to open.

"Umm... Let's see what abilities I can use" He wondered as he opened the abilities page to check out his talents and skills.

"Useless Shit," Aden complained, realizing that he had no abilities to use at hand but he was still happy that he at least had a system now.

Aden now got up from his bed and decided to complete all the tasks immediately to level up.

"Aah! My body is still pretty sore but, I guess I can't wait either."

It took Aden a couple of minutes to complete all of the tasks except EAT, DRINK, and WALK, which Aden had planned for as he would be walking home. He was yet to decide on what to have for dinner though.

He left the hospital then,

Walking through the streets, Aden stomach started to growled.

"500 Yen, That's all! " Aden looked in his pocket, but that was all he had left after clearing the hospital dues and buying some new clothes. He had spent much of his monthly allowance buying Adult magazines.

"I guess Ramen is my best bet," Aden thought, as Ramen alone would have completed two of his tasks in one go.

Walking through the streets, he found a local ramen stall and completed the remaining three tasks.

Aden immediately felt the passive effects in his body. There was not much of an external change in appearance however, carrying his school bag now felt a lot easier than before. To test his newfound strength Aden decided to punch a nearby tree but then decided otherwise. While trying to come up with something to test his physical strength on, he heard a scream.

"HELP!!!" The sound seemed faint but Aden could clearly tell from where it was coming thanks to his other passives.

Aden quickly rushed to the location with a smirk on his mouth to test his strength.
