The sky was already getting dark, and only the street lights were the source of light.

Ella's heart kept on beating irregularly throughout the entire walk.

Lou flicks Ella's forehead when they reached the place they had met before going to the convenience store." We've reached Ella. What are you dreaming of?"

Ella touch her forehead and look up to face Lou since he was taller than her. "I'm not dreaming of anything. Also, it hurts when you flicked on my forehead." She said grumpily.

Lou stares at her deeply for some time and rubs her forehead to soothe the pain. "Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you."

When Lou touches her forehead, Ella felt like her body was electrified and couldn't stop blushing. After a few seconds of hesitation, she immediately takes a step back. "It... It's alright. It doesn't hurt any more."

With that, she looks down at her feet to hide her flushing face from Lou.

Lou bends down a little to her height and lifted her chin to look at him. He speaks to her with a smile,"How was the class today?"

Ella felt like her brain had stopped working and stared at him in a daze.

"Did you miss me?" Lou asks again as they keep on their eye contact.

When Ella heard that, she came out of her daze and realize their posture.

Still, in a flush state, she embarrassingly pushes his hand from her and tries to act normal, which she fails to do. "Why will I mi...miss you?."

After saying that, she turns to one side and thought of running away.

Lou holds onto her backpack when she was about to run off.

"But I miss you, dummy." Saying that he goes off in the other direction with his hand in his pocket.

Ella's heart skipped a beat. She turns her head to look at Lou but saw him leaving so casually. She stares at him for a few seconds and starts walking off with a face as red as a tomato.

However, Ella never knew how Lou was blushing as hard as hers, as they both walks off in their direction.

Lou's mom started to get worried about Lou for not coming back home after she told him to get milk from the convenience store.

Henry tries to comfort her not to worry too much and that he might have gotten stuck somewhere and must be on his way now.

Henry calls Lou, but he didn't pick up his phone so, he decided to look for him and not worry Aunty. When he opens the door to find him, he met Lou at the door.

Henry saw that his friend's face was all flush and smiley, his eyes darkened a little shade. He quickly blinked it off and said his mom is worried about him.

Lou enters home and got an earful lecture for not bringing the milk she had asked on time.

Lou goes out to the balcony, where Henry was standing.

"Thank you for taking care of mom."

Henry looks up at the moon shining so brightly in the sky. He did not reply to Lou, rather, he comes off asking Lou if he had confessed to Ella.
