It been 2 weeks since our protagonist 'Lance' has been living in this new world. His whole body and appearance is now different.

'I wonder if also have quirk..' Lance thought as he read a superhero comic which he have found in a dumpster. He have been living like a hobo in this new world, since it was strange and don't know a single thing how the world works.

His world was a dirt if compared to this worlds technology and he knew the reason why it is worse compared to this world. His previous world was too focused on reaching the apex of power. It was too focused on battle, wars and magic that technology has been abandoned. Why? Why would you need aircon if you can just create an ice using magic. Why would you need nurclear bombs if you can just cast something more stronger than nukes.

This new world isn't focused on magic but superpowers called the Quirks.

There was a news paper he once read that Quirks are said to be the next stage of evolution of the human race.

"I just finished being a hero and you want me to become one again? *sigh*" Lance sigh heavily thinking of being a hero again. Although he wants to live normally, but he Knew that is was impossible. He once tried that in his previous world and guess what? Enemies keep coming together everyday disturbing his peaceful life. He already accepted that trouble has a thing for him.

"The no.1 hero All might..." Lance look at the newspaper curiously since it was said in there that 'Allmight is the strongest hero in the world'.

As the strongest man in previous life he was curious how strong all might is.

"But first, I wonder who gave me this new body."

"My heart isn't a human heart but a dragon's heart." If there was a person who was from his previous life in front of him and heard his words then he will definitely die with jealousy. All of the world new that a dragon's power comes from its heart.

If a human want to use mana, he needs to wait to awaken his mana core before using magic. Some talented magicians awaken at the age of 8, and a super talented magician like Wanda which was hailed as the strongest magician awakens at the age of 3.

But dragons was different, before they even comes out in the egg, they already can use mana. They're mana quality and quantity was entirely a big gap compared to a human.

Even for Lance who was blessed by the angels and the world it was still too troublesome and hard compared to the demon king.

"I wonder what blacky is doing rn... I hope that he won't do something stupid again when he heard that I died." Lance muttered as he look at the sunny sky.

The sound of sirens sounded in the busy streets.Three police cars was rushing into somewhere in the city.

Lance look down and curiously thought 'I think they are something called the police, something like guards in this big city.'

'Those mechanical carriage looks cool...' Lance look at the cars passing before decided of follow the police cars.

Somewhere in the current city.

'Don't let it sink'

"I told myself that I'm going to be a pro hero one..." A boy who was somewhat 14 year old, with a messy green hair and green eyes. He also wears a plain black gakuran uniform with yellow buttons, accompanied by white sneakers. While at home, he wears a green jinbei over a white shirt and gray sweatpants.

His eyes were watery and about to cry, his face was depressed about something.

'Don't believe in him... You will become a pro on day' The boy thought on his mind as he remember what his idol said to him.

"Hm? People? Is there a fight going on? I wonder who is the hero that is fighting the villain, might as well take a look before going home." The boy said depressingly as he run towards the big crowd.

"!?"

'Its that guy again from earlier! Did all might slip the bottle? Underground? Then which case.... Its all my fault!' The boy guilty expression appeared in his face as if regretting something.

"Why the all hero are still stand still?"

"That guy got a middle schooler as a hostage."

"That poor guy."

The crowds muttered enoughed to be heard by everybody. Making the boy more guiltier.

'Oh no... Its my fault.. I'm sorry...' The boy thought in his mind as guilt appeared in his depressed face.

'This all my fault! All might can't move.. And now the villain can't be captured! They need to wait for a hero that can work against him'

'Hang in there!! I'm sorry but somebody is coming just hang in there!!'

'Somebody... A hero will soon...' The boy take all of his courage to look at the victim. He saw the look of the victim who was being tackled by the villain and any moment will die.

'!!!'

Without thinking the boy's body move, and rushed towards the villain with a pathetic run.

His move alerted all the heroes within.

"THIS IDIOT! STOP! STOP!" A hero shouted to the boy. But the boy didn't even spared a glance and rushed towards the villain.

"You brat from earlier!" Villain angrily said as if he remember a bad memory.

'What am I doing? Why am I even running?' The boy thought.

"I'll blow you up to pieces." Villain said with an evil laugh.

But before the villain even move the boy throwed his bag distracting the villains eyes. It gave him a moment of opening and rushed towards the another boy. Using his hand, he clawed the slime body of the villain, making the another boy who was suffocating a breathing.

"KACHAAN!" The boy shouted.

The boy who got a nickname 'Kacchan' didnt look pleased seeing that his friend was saving him.

"WHY?!! YOUU!!"

"MY LEGS MOVE ON THEIR OWN! I DONT KNOW WHY!" The boy shouted, clawing left and right desperately with his weak strength that barely even move the slime.

"ITS BECAUSE YOU WERE PLEADING FOR HELP!" The boy's eyes were crying and full of desperation. The villain became angry, and it used its slime body to create a hand was about to smashed the boy but in a split second.

Something intervine grabbing both the hands of Kachaan and The Green haired boy with just one hand and said; "A pro always put his life line!!!"

He then curled up his first and shouted.

The slime was gone, With just the wind pressure only it was already frightening that it almost knocked down some pro heroes in the vicinity. It even created a tornado in the center of the punch that even changed the weather.

"Huh? It's raining...."

"A punch that change a weather, Strong."

"Is that All might!? Oh my good!"

Some of the onlookers muttered as they all look at the sky, who was now raining because of that punch.

"Don't be afraid! For I am here!" A very large man with an equally-muscular and well-defined physique. He has chiseled features on his face with a strong jawline, pronounced cheekbones, and bushy eyebrows. He has short blond hair, swept backwards, with two distinct tufts that stick up above his head, leaning slightly to each side. His strong feature casts a dark shadow over his face, hiding everything but his bright blue eyes.

He was All might! The current no.1 Hero, The Symbol of peace!
