Kyoka only tore her arm away and pointed at the skin-hardening boy with fury in her eyes.

"No! This blockhead has been defending that piece of flaming garbage since day one, and I wanna hear what he's got to say in that loser's defence now!"

Her answer came in the form of the redhead smashing his hardened fist into the edge with an angry snarl.

"Look, I get it! I was an idiot, okay?! I'm sorry!" Kirishima barked as he turned on the punk girl, taking the whole class by surprise by his outburst.

Jiro and the rest of the class took a step back at the hard-skinned boy's outburst.

Kirishima stared at his classmates in frustration and shame, until he decided to storm off, not wanting to be seen like this any longer.

Mina called out to him and followed, while the rest were left behind, lost in their thoughts.

Ochako was the same as them. So much had happened in the last few hours that had rocked their worlds.

And it is all because of Usagi...or Izuku...or Deku? The girl shook her head in frustration. She didn't even know what to call the villainous child anymore!

But there was one thing she did know. Uraraka had been on Katsuki's radar since the start of school.

And all the bullying and abuse that she suffered at Bakugo's hands...it was nothing compared to what he had done to the Quirkless child who became a villain.

-------------------------------

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Deku's laughter continued to fill the small apartment, as he swiped his arms across his desk, sending his computer crashing to the floor.

Sparks flew from the ripped wires and smashed screen, but Deku didn't seem to care in the slightest.

He turned his attention to his wall covered in research pages.

Analyzations of heroes, their quirks, and how to counter them.

With a crazed look in his eye, the Quirkless child tore the papers from the wall, throwing them into the air without a care, beaming as they fell around him like torn confetti.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Deku then grabbed a picture frame and was about to throw it across the room until he realised what it was.

He brought it close and looked at who was in the photo.

A smiling, happy, and joyful Inko Midorya, holding a child whose face had been cut out of the image.

The memory of his mother's broken face after being gone for so long appeared in his mind, causing the Quirkless child to stop in his livid, unhinged behaviour.

"Hehehehehehe...hehehehehughhughhughhugh...!

His laughter began to change into sobs.

His wide, manic eyes started to drip with tears.

His crazed smile broke into a trembling frown.

The boy fell to his knees as he held the frame tight in his grasp, large droplets of moisture falling from his eyes and onto the frame.

Surrounded by destruction and torn paper, Deku collapsed onto the floor and curled himself into a ball, holding the picture tight to his chest as he silently wept in the middle of the ruined room.

-------------------------------

The ambulance carrying Bakugo and his family drove out of the stadium, the emergency vehicle's siren wailing into the distance.

Toshinori watched the white van leave, his heart mixed with concern for the boy's well being, as well as disappointment in his exposed past actions.

The wielder of One for All touched a bony hand to his hidden wound, recalling what happened to him when he finally got over his shock and tried to stop the attack...

-------------------------------

Toshinori felt his guilt and regret weighing him down, forcing him to watch as the boy he believed to be the next wielder of One for All fought with Katsuki Bakugo in a one-sided brawl...in his favour.

The Symbol of Peace had never felt such failure in his heart since losing his mentor...

"Toshi! ...Toshi!...TOSHI!"

The withered man snapped out of his thoughts, snapping his head toward the sentient animal looking at him in desperation.

"We need All Might. NOW!" Nezu ordered, his button-like eyes narrowed in seriousness.

"Y-Yeah...Yes!" Toshinori nodded as he pulled himself together.

Now wasn't the time for him to be feeling sorry for himself.

He needed to fix this! He had to stop the Quirkless child in his descent into villainy while he was here! He had to make things right!

Toshinori attempted to bring out the dormant power of his quirk, changing into the Symbol of Peace...

But collapsed to the ground, coughing up a pint's worth of blood.

"Toshi!" Nezu ran to his friend's side, holding him by his boney arm.

"The battle with...the monster at the Junction...!" Yagi spluttered. "Took...more out of me...than I thought!"

Toshinori looked to the UA principal with fear and regret in his sunken eyes.

"I can't transform...!"

-------------------------------

Toshinori had never felt more tired in his years as All Might until now.

"I'm starting to notice a pattern in our luck," Nezu inquired as he walked up to the gangly man's side. "Two attacks on our school in one year. Though, this one was on a more...personal level."

"No doubt about that..." All Might agreed, unable to take his mind off of his gnawing feelings.

The principal could see the conflict going on behind his sunken eyes, and decided to voice his concerns.

"I can't help but feel that it was more than just the USJ attack that stopped you from interfering with the Izuku child, Toshi."

The withered Symbol of Peace closed his eyes in regret and shame, knowing what the sentient animal was referring to.

"It's a long story, my friend. One for another day. But I will tell you...and I will not blame you for however you may think of me when I do."

Nezu nodded, figuring it was best to put the matter aside for now, as there were slightly more important things to discuss. "The school's going to take a heavy hit from this."

Toshinori nodded. "But it won't be the only thing that does. The hero community in of itself is going to suffer greatly for what has transpired here today."

"Yet I do not believe that the Rabbit intended to do so." The principal pointed out.

"Though I suppose we should be calling him Izuku, now...or 'Deku' as he seems to prefer..."

Yagi grimaced at the notion, physically flinching at his friend's mention of the awful slur the boy he hoped to find had now labelled himself with.

Nezu took notice of the number one hero's lament, deducing that it may have something to do with what he wished to speak about.

But he chose to keep the conversation going, as there was much to discuss already.

"We had an inkling as to how Bakugo was able to attend our school with such a pristine record, yet his personality more than spoke otherwise. This will no doubt lead to a thorough investigation as to what kind of schooling both he and Izuku were under before now."

"And I assume that you'll be leading the charge on that front?" The number one hero inquired with a raised eyebrow.

"Oh, without a doubt..." The sentient animal suddenly gained a dangerous glint in his button-like eye, the setting sun casting his innocent furry face in a foreboding shadow.

"If there's one thing I can't abide by, it's a failure in the education department."

Toshinori cracked a small smile at his friend's ruthless behaviour, only to turn serious once more as there was one more aspect to talk about.

"Everyone watching the sports festival today saw what happened here. Hero, civilian...and villain alike."

Nezu nodded sagely as he turned to face the setting sun as well. "This event will no doubt light a fire in the criminal underground, making villains wish to cause their own uproar. They'll be motivated by the boy's actions... Not unlike how a hero would spread their influence among the masses."

The withered Symbol of Peace leaned down onto his elbows, a look of dread on his faded face. "We're going to be pretty busy for a while..."
