As the morning sun painted the sky in Japan, a white-haired figure sat in his living room, deeply engrossed in reviewing a dossier of quirks provided by his broker. The file contained details of various abilities possessed by villains and corrupt heroes in Kyushu. After the entire night sifting through numerous options, only four quirks captured his attention: Confession, Adrenaline Rush, All Sense, and Muscle Augmentation.
Confession belongs to Snin Nemoto who is a con artist, this quirk allows the user to force the victim to answer truthfully. Adrenaline Rush belongs to a villain named Apex, Apex was an ex-police officer gone mad for power. He left work to join a big organization in Osaka but the business was cut short as All Might destroyed their headquarters. Only a few members were able to escape thanks to their secret tunnels that had been built for emergencies. They knew that the job was dangerous because they were creating quirk boosters that are illegal in almost all countries in the world. Anyway as the name suggests Adrenaline Rush bestows the user the power to alter the speed at which adrenaline in his body is prepared and absorbed into the bloodstream, empowering with surges of adrenaline at will. This results in decreasing the body's ability to feel pain, increasing strength temporarily, and sharpening mental focus, which will allow the user to think quickly. Also, there is the very powerful quirk named All-Sense, the user is the 36th ranked "Hero" of Japan named Sensory. She is very famous for her donations to orphanages but let's say that she likes her partners a little too young and she is sadistic. Her quirk allows her to sense anything in extremely high detail within a fifteen-meter, spherical radius, meaning that she can see behind himself without turning around. Her sense extends outside this range, but it exponentially loses detail. This "sense" encompasses all the five main senses and she has better reflexes. The user must be calm for the quirk to be active and if she uses it for more than five minutes then she gets very painful headaches. Lastly is Muscle Augmentation this quirk belongs to the villain Muscular and gives the user the ability to amplify, manipulate, and augment their muscle layers inside and outside their body, granting them increased immense strength, speed, and durability.
'Those are very good quirks but they are hard to get especially the quirk of Sensory and I also need a way to find them. Nemoto and Muscular are not very hard to find as Muscular has been seen many times in the city of Oita but the problem is Sensory as she always does her patrols with at least three other sidekicks, maybe I can lure the sidekicks with the help of the others but I have to fight Sensory somewhere she cannot run. A back alley would be the best, especially at night as I can take advantage of her overworking her quirk.'Ren gets up from his sofa and stretches as he needs to meet with Ryo to get informed about the daily patrol his yakuza members do all around the region and to form a plan for each target.
'Let's first begin with the easy targets, Nemoto and Apex are desperate for a job and I can have Ryo lure them to me. As for Muscular, I have to walk to the streets of Oita late at night, easy.'As Ren made a plan on how to lure some of the targets a purple hole-like thing appeared in his living room and a "man" made out of purple-like smoke came out. Ren wasn't faced by this as he knew very well who he was, his name was Kurogiri and he was the first Nomu ever created. His job is to serve and mentor Tomura Shigaraki, formerly known as Tenko Shimura.
According to Ren, Tomura, and the other kids, All For One has got, are his backup plan if I fail to be his marionette. Ren had understood that All For One was far past his prime and knew his days were numbered as the strongest villain in Japan, as All Might was still in his prime and was destroying the allies of AFO even though Ren was the scapegoat to draw the attention of the Heroes away from his father.
AFO was creating an army of monsters with the help of Dr.Garaki.AFO even did experiments to his son to collect data on how to create an even stronger Nomus, last time Ren went to AFO's base, he had created Nomus as powerful as a top-tier hero without needing much time and resources because he had the DNA of Ren and the DNA made the Nomus far more suitable to have many quirks and it made them smarter. Ren didn't know how that was possible but the theory Dr.Garaki had is that Ren's better version of the quirk All For One and his almost perfect body, created a DNA that was able to unlock the full potential of the user but that was just theory.
Ren looked at Kurogiri and walked close to him"What do you want here Kurogiri, don't you have a baby to look after?"Ren said with a sarcastic tone in his voice but no emotion good be seen from Kurogiri"Master wants to see you immediately, it seems that you have angered him once again and this time it might be the final time"
"What did I do this time? We haven't talked for more than three months and he now suddenly wants to discipline me? Tell him I have better things to do." said Ren to Kurogiri as he went towards his room to put on some fresh clothes but Kurogiri put his hand on his shoulder of Ren"It seems you haven't understood what I said, Master wants to see you NOW"just then Kurogiri activates his quirk Warp Gate and both are teleported back to the base of AFO.

Base Of All For One
The base in a huge experiment lab, hundreds of Nomus were inside different containers made of glass, and hundreds of machines were working and lights were coming out of them. The machines were made to analyze, copy, store, and transfer quirks to the Nomus. The making of those machines took decades for AFO but now he was getting even closer to completing his army of mindless tools and the biggest help was his son, but right now he has to discipline him once again like in the old days.
A large man wearing a black suit walked in, he had short gray hair and his gray eyes were targeted Ren, this man was All For One. He walked slowly toward Ren as he didn't break eye contact, Ren stood his ground but he knew something bad would happen.
"Ren, how are you, my son?" asked AFO with malice in his voice. Ren understood that he may have done something very bad to make his father that mad but he couldn't remember what
"I am doing great Father, thank you for asking. Tell me how is your work going," answered Ren as he tried to calm him but this made AFO even angrier.AFO grabbed Ren from the throat picked him up and tightened the grip. Ren couldn't breathe and he was scared for his life as he knew very well how crazy his father was."Let me go" said Ren but only some air came out of his mouth as his eyes from the color green changed and became red, that's because he unleashed a powerful blast of heat vision. The grip got weaker and Ren was able to escape and he jumped as far as possible.
"What the hell was that about eh?" screamed Ren to his father as smoke covered the whole room but that wasn't a problem for either of the two as they both activated a quirk that helped them see better.AFO activated Infrared and Ren activated Eye of Balor, now both were able to see each other in the smoke."You are ungrateful, I gave you wealth, fame, and power and you try to sabotage my business? You thought you gathered so many men by yourself? Most of them are mine and are there to keep an eye on you. Still, they are also useless as they didn't inform me about you stupid plan you executed!" screamed AFO as he activated River Stab and black tendrils went towards Ren with such speed that Ren couldn't react and his left foot was stabbed but he used Power and he broke them."When did I betray you, I was doing your dirty jobs and you say I betrayed you? And what the hell did you say about my people?"Ren asked as he once again activated Heat Vision but AFO once again activated his force field quirk to protect himself. Ren tried to overpower his father but he saw that it was no use and that made him even angrier than he already was."YOU TALK FOR BETRAYAL BUT YOU NEVER EVER CARED ABOUT ME, WHY SHALL I CARE ABOYT YOU?" screamed Ren as he activated Berseker, this quirk can be activated when the user is mad, the quirk boosts strength, endurance and it has a small regeneration factor. He also activated Power again to get even stronger physically and he charged at his father.
"YES COME AT ME, YOU BELONG TO ME!" screamed AFO as he activated several quirks that boosted his strength and they clashed. None of them backed down and Ren activated another quirk called Spearlike Bones. A bone was shot from his mouth that looked like a javelin, AFO was caught off guard but he was able to dodge at the last minute but he wasn't as lucky as he thought because his whole right ear was missing. Just then AFO activated Impact Recoil and all the damage Ren did to him was sent back to Ren. Ren was sent away and he was now on the floor as blood was coming out of his mouth, several bones were broken and his whole body was "destroyed" from the strength of his father and the recoil but he was still conscious but unable to move."Hahaha, look around you, see what you have done, all your machines are destroyed and the freaks you have been creating are now useless."Ren said as he considered it a victory but it was far from a victory as a small chuckle could be heard from his father."Do you think that those are my best? Don't say those jokes like that. Those are just some low-level Nomus, as for the machines, they're the old versions of them. Do you think I was stupid enough to fight you where my valuable possessions were near?! Although you surprised me with your development, it seems that the "training" you went threw wasn't for nothing."As soon as Ren heard the word training his mind went crazy as he remembered all those years of training he went threw all those beatings he experienced, the abuse, and negligence he suffered from his father, tears formed and he grinded his teeth so hard that someone would think that that will break.'Get up, get I said GET UP'Ren screamed inside of him as he tried his best to move and do something, because he didn't want the past to happen again, he didn't want to be in this room again and certainly, he didn't want this experiments to happen again.
Ren's body got to red and he continued to build his rage even further as he could see that his father was walking towards him and he got even more memories from his childhood, the same thing, the same scene had happened again and he remembered it, he remembered what came after. All that rage was pointed to one man, the man that saw Ren and every other human in this world as his possession, the same way as AFO saw his brother, just a possession."It's sad you know, you are exactly like my brother was, he was rebellious just like you but I loved him just like you but he died because he wanted to be a hero and you think you act like a hero but you exist only for me, only to serve me" as crocodile tears came out of his eyes. Ren saw the tears and that was the trigger, his eyes became red and he was gone as rage became his only guide.

Also, I know the story seems like it's the final battle but I have many MANY thoughts about future villains and fights and the story takes place 10 years before the start of the manga and 5 years before Vigilantes. I just wanted you to understand the whole timeline thing.
