Gojo POV:
"There had been a large spike in an unfamiliar energy in this house, and as you two are the ones who live here, we will be taking you into custody for interrogation." explained Agent Coulson to us.
"There really is no reason for me to go with you so shoo shoo." I said while I did a head count of the armed agents around Retsu and me. There were only 20 agents and that didn't include the Coulson guy. The only problem was that I had no idea what powers she possessed.
"You don't have a choice in this matter. You either come peacefully or we will have to drag your asses away." threatened the agent.
"What do you think?" I looked to Retsu for her input on the matter.
"What are we being accused of?" she asked the Coulson guy.
"Nothing in particular, but we need to know what happened here." Coulson answered.
"All I can tell you is that we have no idea what kind of unfamiliar energy spike you are talking about and I don't care for it in the slightest either." I said with a calm tone.
"We will see if you are telling the truth or not. Men, grab him." five of them moved to grab me, but what they saw next completely shocked them. As they were reaching for me their hands stopped before they could come in contact with me. They tried to move their hands towards me, but they just couldn't touch me no matter how hard they tried.
I teleported behind the Coulson guy since he was furthest away from us and levitated up in the air with my hands in the pockets of my pants.
"Hate to break it to you, but you are hilariously outmatched." I said with a slightly mocking tone.
When he turned around he was shocked to see that I was standing in the air.
"You realize that if we had ill intentions, you all wouldn't be standing here, right?" I continued talking to Coulson.
"We never had the intention to fight, we just want to talk." he said with a surprisingly calm tone.
"Didn't seem that way." I said. The evergrowing tension had reached the maximum height and a fight was about to break out.
But, suddenly a soft and soothing voice broke the tension.
"We will go to your base of operation with our own vehicle and then we can talk with your boss present. How does that sound?" Retsu asked with a small smile displayed on her face.
Before I could even open my mouth to answer, the agent beat me to it.
"That is perfectly fine with us."
"You seem pretty open-minded to others' ideas." I commented sarcastically.
Coulson just shrugged his shoulders and showed an address on his phone to Retsu, then ordered his men to board the plane and they left like nothing ever happened. I also teleported back to the car. I shot a questioning look at her, but she just shrugged and got in the car. I sighed and got in the driver's seat and started the engine.
"Why did you propose this? I don't believe that your abilities are in any way inferior to mine." I asked her, confusion clear in my voice.
"There was no reason to fight. We have absolutely no idea about how this world works. Plus don't tell me you really wanted to fight. You could've just attacked them when they got out of the plane so you know I'm right." she answered.
"I hate the fact that you can read me this easily, but alright now show me the address and I'll put it in the GPS." I told her and that's what she did.
**Time Skip to their arrival at the S.H.I.E.L.D HQ.**
We arrived after a 2-hour drive at the address the Coulson guy gave us. I parked the car outside the building and we got out and walked to the building. As we went inside we already spotted Coulson chatting with two women - One with brown hair, the other with red hair. We approached them and stood right in front of them. Both women started sizing us up immediately while Coulson talked to us.
"Yo, long time no see," I greeted
"Greetings to you both again. As you know already my name is Agent Coulson and these two ladies are Agent Hill and Agent Romanoff. We have already prepared the meeting room, we only need to call the director and we can begin our talk," he replied casually.
"Lead the way then," said Retsu while looking around the building for anything suspicious.
They led us into a meeting room with no windows. There was a man with an eyepatch sitting on one of the chairs at the far end of the table.
