"A deal? I never make a deal with that skeleton woman. Why would I make a deal with a woman who is a skeleton? That screams a very shady deal." Ryu said

"You... didn't make a deal with her? The Ancient One asks with utter bewilderment before looking away from Ryu, "But then... How did this happen?" The Ancient One said to herself

"Don't ask me; how the hell would I know?" Ryu said before thinking, 'I think I might know why. Look like she doesn't know about my meeting with that guy. What is his name again...? Oh, right, Oblivion.

"Also, why are you casually talking with me? You saw my fight with those weirdos. Then you should at least know I'm not that good of a person."

"Yes, I saw what you did to those people, but it's not my job to judge how others act. I never said that I was a good person in the first place. My role as the Sorcerer Supreme is to protect this world from any supernatural threat and to keep the balance of this world in check." The Ancient One said

Ryu only looks at the Ancient One for a few seconds before continuing his conversation.

"How about we continue this conversation after you put me inside back my body? I very much want to get back inside my own body." Ryu said while pointing at his body that lay on the ground.

The Ancient One didn't answer Ryu immediately and seemed deep in her thought while also stepping around in the room, apparently trying to find the answer to her questions in her head. Then, with a quick wave of her hand, Ryu's soul suddenly got sucked inside his body.

"Oh, thank you," Ryu said after entering his body before his hand quickly grabbed hold of the bracelet on his right wrist, trying to pull it off. However, even with the strength of Bram's arms, no matter how hard he tries, he can still not pull the bracelet.

"I would not try that if I were you, Mr Ryunosuke. No matter your strength, you will never be able to pull it off." The Ancient One said

"What? What did you say?" Ryu's eyes widen while looking at the Ancient One. "You..."

"As I said before, I noticed your issue with your... anger. So I decide to subdue that power for now. You had become less dangerous than before without access to your Rashomon." The Ancient One said, "You can try to attack me now, but I highly doubt you will be able to win against me without your power."

"What is the point of this? What do you want?!" Ryu asks with anger in his voice.

In his mind, he knows full well that, without Rashomon, he is as good as being a cripple, not that he is weak without it, but he had been relying on it for a lot of things, to the point where taking Rashomon away from him is no different from cutting his arms.

"What I want is simple, Mr Ryunosuke. I want you never to use that power again." The Ancient One said, "No matter what happened. That bracelet will never come off."

"You...!!" Ryu only looks at the woman in front of him in disbelief. "Is it because of the future you see!!"

"Yes, that is exactly right. I was worried you make some deal with Lady Death to power up your power to the point where the bracelet cannot contain it, but it seems I don't have to worry about it any longer.

After seeing what happened, I decided to cut your power source before it escalated. I must apologise for doing this without your consent, but all of this is for the greater good." The Ancient One said before opening a portal that seemed to lead into a city.

She then used her magic to conjure up the whip seemingly. It quickly wrapped itself before Ryu, who tried to dodge the whip, but he failed in the end.

"What the hell are you doing now!?" Ryu shouted at the Ancient One while trying to force himself out from the whip that wrapped around his body, but no matter how hard he tried, he could never break free

"As I said, Mr Ryunosuke. I am the keeper of balance, and I will make sure that the light will not shine too brightly that it blind other things; I will make sure that the shadow will never consume all the light to the point there is nothingness.

And you, Mr Ryunosuke, will break that balance; your power will break that balance. That every-growing power of yours will bring forth a future where there is nothing left but destruction, a future where everything will turn into nothing.

I cannot let you continue to live in this universe because too many factors in this universe can break the bracelet. I cannot kill you because your soul will be severed from your body, making the bracelet useless.

That is why I decide to send you to another universe."

Ryu is now more shocked than ever; with all of his power, he is trying everything to get out of the bind, but it seems not to be working, and even though he knows it would not be possible, he still tries to activate Rashomon, but as he expects, it did not trigger.

"The portal, you see, is one of many spells we learn while we train in mystic art. With this portal, we can travel to any part of the world; not only that, but we can also use these portals to travel to a different universe. And it is with this portal that you will be sent to another universe." The Ancient One explain

"You seriously think someone like Mary would let you get away with this the moment she learned what happened to me," Ryu said

"Oh, certainly. I do not doubt that she would certainly do something the moment she found out what happened the moment she learned what happened to you, but that is why something like a mind spell exists."

Ry can only grit his teeth in anger, knowing he is now totally out of options.

"I'm going to kill you when I return; mark my word," Ryu said

"Then get in line Mr Ryunosuke; you would certainly not be the first and certainly not the last." The Ancient One said, "I must apologies that I have to do this to you."

When she finished her sentence, Ryu was immediately thrown inside the portal, and that said portal quickly closed the moment Ryu entered.

Ryu can do nothing after being thrown inside the portal and only grit his teeth in anger.

In the next moment, Ryu opened his eyes, and he found himself no longer wrapped by that magical strand, and now he was somewhere in an alleyway of a city.

"Damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it, DAMN IT!!!" Ryu can only scream angrily while smashing his hand on the ground.

"That bald BITCH!! I will fucking kill her!!" With his power restrain and being stranded in an unknown universe, Ryu had never been so powerless.

However, at that moment, something dropped down from the roof before landing in front of him; he immediately looked up to see a figure land in front of him.

The figure looks like a human with glowing green eyes; it wears black armour, but the headpiece itself looks like a mask, and over its chest seems to be a symbol that looks like the letter "M" shaped white stripe on the chest with a skull emblems and chains.

But what stands out the most about the figure is the flowing red cape behind its back that seems to move on its own even though there is no wind.

"Who, no, what the hell are you?" Ryu immediately said the moment he saw the figure.

"You don't know who I am?" The figure said, and Ryu noticed that the figure sounded like a human male with an intense tone.

"I should be asking the question, considering you are the one that comes out of that damn portal." The figure said while stepping forward while a red cloak seemingly covered his body.

"But as a formality, you can call me Spawn."
