CHAPTER 17

One Hour before Liam entered Death's personal space.

In the command room of the Dark Elves' main ship was Malekith.

'Last time I felt the Aether, I was in Asgard, but now I don't feel it will be that they sealed it again, it can't be the Aether is mine, it's my right' Malekith thought as he gave off a murderous intent that made his soldiers shudder.

"Tell the soldiers to get ready, we will soon reach Asgard, Algrim will have already let them catch him and it won't take long to get him there," Malekith said to his soldiers.

While Liam was in Death's personal space.

Malekith with his army of dark elves had attacked Asgard to which Heimdall activated the shield around the castle, but Algrim had sneaked in and became a Kurse, while all this was happening Thor was fighting a riot in the cells of Asgard originated by these same.

Back to the present with Liam.

Liam as he left Death's personal space heard that all of Asgard was in a state of alarm.

'Looks like they still didn't deactivate the shield' thought Liam, but just after he thought that a rumbling sound was heard which was that the Kurse had exploded next to the shield core.

"Shit," said Liam and shot off towards the throne room.

As he reached the throne room, he saw all the Asgardian soldiers standing in front of the dark elf ship.

"Stand back," said Liam to the Asgardian soldiers who paid him no heed.

Liam frowned at this and said again as he activated some of his murderous intent.

"BACK OFF!" shouted Liam to which the soldiers tensed and this time backed off.

Liam moved forward and stood in front of the ship and spoke.

"Hey, surely you came for this didn't you?" said Liam as he told the system to deactivate the Aether seal.

Inside the ship was Malekith with some soldiers, as he heard the man speak and felt the power of the Aether he frowned and signaled his soldiers to get out.

Liam upon seeing the hatch open told the system to reseal the Aether.

Malekith sensing Aether's power fading hurried as he spoke.

"Boy, give back what is mine!" shouted Malekith as he signaled his soldiers to be ready to attack.

"Yours? He's mine now and we get along very well" said Liam mockingly.

Malekith upon hearing this became even more irritated and just sensed his loyal general Algrim/Kurse had arrived so he sent him straight to attack Liam.

Liam sensing someone attacking him from behind turned and parried the punch with his hand.

"I recognize that you are stronger than Thor, if you had arrived 1 year earlier it would have been a good fight," said Liam as he threw a punch at the kurse that flew away.

Seeing this Malekith frowned and commanded his soldiers to attack, but suddenly they felt a pressure that made the soldiers petrified, only Malekith could move, but with difficulty.

"Calm down," said Liam seriously as he unleashed all his murderous intent.

The Kurse saw how his king was having a hard time and went into berserker mode and lunged toward Liam.

Liam, seeing the Kurse approaching him, smiled, moved forward and parried the blow again, punched him in the stomach which brought him to his knees, and as he knelt, threw a knee that caused the Kurse's helmet to shatter.

Malekith seeing his general flying away again drew his sword and lunged toward Liam.

Liam who was walking towards the Kurse felt Malekith attacking him, he turned and held the hand where Malekith had the sword. He squeezed the hand as he could be heard the bones in the arm of the dark elf crunching.

"Stay there I'll be right back for you," Liam said to a kneeling Malekith clutching his flattened hand.

"You guys, kill the rest of the soldiers and watch out for the bombs they have," said Liam who turned and ordered the Asgard soldiers to which they obeyed without objection.

Liam walked over to the Kurse who was semi-unconscious, stood over him, and threw a punch that contained all his power.

BOOOM was heard as the room vibrated from the punch thrown by Liam.

"Shit, that's why I need a sword," said Liam removing his bloody hand from the Kurse's head, well ex-head.

Liam shook his hand to remove the blood turned around and saw how everyone was looking at him with a terrified face except Malekith who was kneeling and looked like he had lost all hope.

Liam smiling walked over to Malekith, grabbed him by the neck, lifted him, and spoke.

"I'm so sorry, your story should have lasted 2 hours of movie, but it lasted an episode of Friends," said Liam smiling as he tightened his hand on Malekith's neck.

Malekith feeling the pressure on his neck started to writhe while screaming.

"I CAN NOT DIE; I HAVE TO BRING THE DARKNESS BACK!" shouted Malekith as he writhed.

Liam hearing that, snorted, tightened his grip, and snapped Malekith's neck.

Releasing his hand from Malekith's neck, Malekith fell lifeless to the ground, Liam turned around and saw that all the Asgard guards had already killed the rest of the soldiers and had looted all the weapons.

"Very well done, very efficient," said Lima smiling at the soldiers who looked at him with fear.

Just as Liam was about to speak Odin entered the hall with his guards.

Odin seeing that his soldiers were well and that they had defeated the dark elves sighed happily.

Liam seeing Odin, spoke.

"You are quite late, I with your soldiers we'll take care of it," said Liam as he walked towards Odin.

"Thank you very much for your help I am Odin King of Asgard, Father of all" Odin said as he thanked Liam.

'The last title was unnecessary' thought Liam.

"I am Liam Smith, Father of my daughter," said Liam mockingly.

Odin hearing Liam mocking frowned and was about to retort, but right in walked Thor shouting.

"WHO DARES TO ATTACK ASGARD WILL BE FOUND AGAINST ME" shouted Thor, but realizing that the only thing in the room were allies and they were looking at him funny, he spoke again.

"Looks like I'm late," said Thor as he smiled and scratched his head.

"Well, yeah a little late," said Liam to his friend.
