Infinity war Saga IV: Space

A huge round wheel like spaceship flew through space, bypassing planets, moons and asteroids at immense speeds.

Within the ship, an alien figure clad in black robes stood at the command center, piloting the ship with an expressionless face. Behind him, a figure dressed in blue ancient robes was levitating in the air, completely tied up with multiple glass like long blades punting to his body.

After a few minutes the levitating figure awoke from his unconscious state only to see himself in his current predicament.

He raised his head to see the alien figure walking towards him arrogantly with his hands behind his back.

"In all my time I have served Thanos...I have never failed."

"If I were to return to our rendezvous on Titan with the time stone still attached to vaguely irritating figure...there would be judgement." The alien, Ebony Maw, spoke, as Dr. Strange who had been captured by him stared at him with a frown.

Ebony Maw waved his hand and slowly, one of the long glossy blades pierced into Dr. Strange's cheek, causing the sorcerer supreme immense pain, as he tired his best to hold on his screams.

"Give...me...the..stones.." Ebony Maw whispered sadistically, as Dr. Strange raised his head defiantly unwilling to surrender.

Meanwhile, in another part of the ship Duke and Stark examined the ship cautiously, with wary expressions.

"Hey Duke. Would you by any chance have any idea of why this Thanos guy is trying to gather the infinity stones?" A moment later, Stark asked, as Duke shook his head in denial. "I think he's the one Savitar tried to warn us about." Duke answered after a bit of thinking.

Both of them conversed and walked on until they saw a red robe levitating towards them.

"What the hell is that?" He asked and raised his guard for any cheap shot. "Relax, it belongs to the sorcerer, he used it for it circus tricks." Stark spoke and walked to the robe and patted it gently.

Suddenly, a figure in a spider suit descended before them, as his coal retracted, revealing the face of a youth.

"Uhh hi Mr. Stark." The youth spoke, as Stark's face immediately turned into a frown, as he and Duke retracted their cowls.

"What- the-" "I know what you're about to say Mr. Stark. I was supposed to go home but it's a very long way down, and this suit brought me here, so it's kinda your fault actually." He rambled on and on, as Duke sighed and rolled his eyes and the father and son duo.

"What, you have a son and you never told us about him?" Duke immediately walked to the youth and examined him.

"Come on man." Stark shot Duke a glare and rolled his eyes. "Oh...my...God. You must be Godspeed, the fastest man alive! I a huge fan Sir, my name is Peter Parker, I'm spider man, I'm from Queens-" "Hold on a sec." The youth, Peter, couldn't believe his eyes when he saw Duke and began fangirling and rambling on and on which gave him a headache.

"Who's Godspeed?" Stark asked, as Duke shrugged. "Well, it's the name we came up with for sir, for your heroic deeds." Peter said with smile so large his eyes wanted to pop out.

"Well, it's not bad, I guess." Duke scratched his chin and said. "So is it true that you can run on water and faster than lightning?"

"Running on water is quite an easy feat, but being faster than lightning, it depends on where I'm running to and why I'm running."

Duke answered with a smile. He had to admit, the boy's energy was contagious.

Meanwhile, Stark was watching this play out before him as he rubbed his temples in exasperation. This is what he would get for bringing two kids along on a mission to space.

"Okay okay enough. We gotta focus here kids. Sigh. I miss Rogers already." He spoke with a deep sigh, and turned around.

"That squidward looking alien has the sorcerer, and he'll be trying to get the time stone from him." He said.

"Where are the stones anyway?" Duke asked. "Time stone's with the sorcerer, mind stone, Vision and Space stone..." Stark spoke, and brought two fingers before his chest and slowly pulled out a small blue gem from within his arc reactor.

"Okay here's the plan. We gotta get the sorcerer and figure out a way to go to earth with the space stone." Stark said.

"Has anyone seen this really old movie; Aliens?" Peter said, as Stark raised an eyebrow and Duke smiled and nodded.

"Aarrgghhh!!" Meanwhile, Dr. Strange was roaring out in pain, with multiple blades being forcefully pierced into his face.

"Painful...are they?" Ebony Maw spike arrogantly, as he watched Dr. Strange scream in pain.

"They were originally designed for micro suturing, and even a single one of them..." He stopped his words when he heard a loud thud and turned around only to see Stark painting at him with his repulsors ready to fire energy blasts.

"Could be lethal to your friend." He ended with a scowl. "Technically he's not my friend. I'm only saving his life, due to uhh professional etiquette." Stark replied, as Ebony Maw waved his finger.

"You save nothing. Your powers are inconsequential against mine." Ebony Maw walked forward with slow and steady steps. "Yeah, but the kid has seen way too many movies." Stark chuckled and immediately, Duke appeared like a lightning bolt and smashed his fist forward, burying his face into Ebony Maw's inconsequential face in a split second.

He was hurled back like a comet, before Stark blasted a hole in the ship which immediately pulled the poor alien into the vacuum of space, turning him into an ice sculpture immediately.

However, Dr. Strange was pulled along and was about to get pulled into space when Peter stretched forth his hand and shot a web which caught the sorcerer.

"I got him." Peter said, as he grabbed a part of the ship to stabilize himself. The gravitational force of space being too great, both of them were immediately pulled, as Peter roared out in fear, however right as they were about to be pulled into the deep expanse of space, Duke immediately blasted forth reaching hyper speed in a split second, as lightning raged across his body, as he grabbed both of them and raced against the gravitational pull of space.

Stark rushed forward and immediately sealed the hole with a blast of icy energy from his shield, as they dropped to the ground.

"Whooo! That was awesome." Peter spoke with a laugh, as Duke stretched his back lazily and rolled his eyes.
