Ken is now at some university career center, he wants to post the vacancy advertisement for Creampuff Game Studio. He planned to post the vacancy at many universities.

Most careers center on university work by recommending a job to the students. If there is a student that needs a job after graduation, that student can come to the career center building. Inside they will see all the businesses that have a vacancy. That student can then drop his/her CV at the company. And wait until they get some interviews and things.

Ken goes to the receptionist and explains his intention to post a vacancy. He then fills in all the required information. From what kind of job he offers, how much is the salary, and things like that? He also needs to fill in the detail of the company.

After finishing the task in this university, he then goes to the other university in the city. In the end, he goes to 3 universities to post the vacancy.

In all of the applications, he said that Creampuff Game Studio is looking for a management trainee. The requirement is any major is okay, but a management major is preferred.

Yesterday while he is researching the administration department. He found that Black Bamboo Café need the administration department more than Creampuff Game Studio need it.

It has been said already, but Ken can't keep focusing on business here. In the future, he needs to have time for his main world business. So Ken wants to lessen his presence in the business. He also wants to make the business to be able to keep expanding even without Ken doing anything.

But looking for Chen Qiu's replacement is not easy. He can't just appoint or hire someone to do this. Black Bamboo Café is still small and any misstep can easily make the business go down. So he decided to do the same as Creampuff Game Studio. Hire fresh graduates and train them to become a future leaders.

Ken decided to do it this way because there is nothing to do in the main world. Right now, the development of Chibi Robowar is still going alright and there is nothing Ken can help. So Ken has free time in hand to manage Black Bamboo Café.

"Brother Yuan, can you post this in the café?" Ken is now at the main store of Black Bamboo Café. He is now talking to Yuan Liqin about the plan. Ken wants to post the vacancy advertisement in the café. He felt that posting about this on the café is not a bad idea as the café is located near Zhoumen University.

"Hmm... Okay, but why are you looking for a management trainee?" asked Yuan Liqin.

"In less than a year, I want to focus on different businesses. That is why I want to assign someone as the leader of Black Bamboo Café. But I cannot just randomly hire someone and let him lead the business... Or do you want to become the leader? Hmm... CEO? of Black Bamboo Café?"

"No no no, I am not good at business. I only like coffee, and this place is enough for me." Yuan Liqin is a little flustered about Ken's suggestion.
