Chapter 9

When the facilitator signals the start of the match, a fire red wand appeared on Kalli's hand. A wand is an external item that can amplify the power of one's magic spell. It can also help the caster to cast a spell easier. There was almost no Magician that didn't used a wand or other item to amplify their magic

Calter, naturally has a Magic Wand but for an opponent as weak as this he disdained using it. It was not worth it and far below his level. It would be a great humiliation for him if he required a wand at fighting someone at this level

Kalli can't wait to humiliate Calter and activated a spell immediately "Taste my magic! [Fire Magic: Fire Ball!]" A level 1 spell was activated by Kalli. After all, for him Calter is a weak trash and even the weakest spell can defeat him

Kalli's hand glowed with a red light before an amplified fire ball was formed on the wand's tip. The ball of fire flew to Calter but he didn't even bring out his Magic Wand. All the people around, especially Kalli himself thought that Calter was scared at his 'fast' casting speed and was not able to react

But when the fire ball almost reached Calter his dark disdainful voice entered the ears of the people around. "[Magic Dispersion!]"

Calter stretch out his hand while some mana came out from his palm. The darkness mana met the fire ball without any resistance and vanished. But the shocking thing was when the darkness mana entered the fire ball it caused the spell to vanished as well. Everyone who heard and saw this has their eyes widened in shock while their jaws almost reached the ground

Magic Dispersion! This is not a Magic Spell but merely disrupting the principles behind a spell causing it to break down and lose effect. It may sound an amazing ability to have but it required an extremely high level of understanding to the spell to do it. If you don't have enough knowledge and control, then when you thought that the spell would vanish it would actually continue flying to you

The most shocking thing for the people around was Calter disrupted a fire spell even though he's a darkness magician! It was already shocking that he can use Magic Dispersion in a spell as you need to fully grasp the principles behind that spell. But, he actually did it to a fire spell!

Abnormal! This is too abnormal!

"That's my young master!" Outside the arena, Kence was looking at Calter with adoration on his eyes. Calter was so cool!

Hearing Kence's praise, Calter would naturally feel great and happy. It immediately elevated his mood

"H-how can you?" Kalli would never have thought that Calter would have the ability to disrupt his spell. Never in his wildest dreams would he thought of that!

Even if Calter is not a fire magician but being a former Rank 3 Magician although he only has superficial knowledge about fire magic it was more than enough to cause Magic Dispersion in a level 1 Spell

"That's because you are too weak!" Calter said in disdained as if his opponent was just an ant. Anyone who would receive those words would be angered to death much less Kalli who always looked down at Calter and all him trash

"Don't be too arrogant! [Fire Magic: Flame Disk!]" A small disk shape of fire was shot from Kalli's wand that flew to Calter.

Flame Disk, a level 2 Spell. Even Kalli has to put effort activating a spell like this. As the fires on this spell are condensed into thin shape, it has a great cutting power and the fire would even spread when it made a contact to its target

However, the next thing that happened made all the people around to take a sharp breath. While there are some who even forgot how to breath. "[Magic Disruption!]" That same word filled with arrogance escaped from Calter's mouth and just like the fireball it broke down into smaller flames before vanishing

Magic Disruption again! If Calter has this kind of understanding on fire magic despite being a dark type magician then what is the depth of his dark magic knowledge? Just thinking of it was enough to make all of them to broke into cold sweats

"H-how can this be...." Kalli felt like he was in a nightmare that he wants to wake up now. If this is not a dream how can a trash like Calter disrupt not just a level 1 fire magic but also a level 2 one!

A dream! This must be a dream. No, this has to be a dream!

"You call me trash yet you are far below me. Doesn't that mean that even a trash is better than you?" Calter ridiculed and every harsh word of him was like a knife stabbing on Kalli's heart. He can't believe he would have a day that he would be this humiliated

"Y-You!" Kalli wants to refute but Calter's words made a lot of sense. If he can't even defeat a trash then he's someone that is worse than even a trash

"Very well, let me show you what can someone you called trash can do!"

"[Dark Magic: Paralysis Curse!]" A dark light flashed from Calter's hand before it flew away and entered Kalli's body. A sense of weakness overcome the youth and even just remaining to stand on his feet was extremely hard for him to do

"L-Level 3 Magic!"

"He's a level 3 Magician?!"

"Not just that! He also cast a powerful spell like that with ease!"

"Damn it! Who said that Calter is a trash?! If he's a trash then what are we?!"

The student around broke into heated discussion. Even the facilitator was taken aback at how things quickly developed. He heard the students labeling Calter as trash yet his performance was too shocking. How can someone like this be a trash?

Kalli tried so hard to move his body but no matter how much he struggle his body won't listen to him. He's just a level 2 Magician and Calter used a level 3 Dark-Curse Magic, how can he easily regain his movement?

Calter's surprises didn't end though as he once again activated a spell that gave everyone even more shock. "[Dark Summon Magic: Skeletal Warrior!]"

A two meters summoning circle appeared in front of Calter and three skeletons holding rusty swords appeared. The skeletons have white bones without even a single flesh or skin on them. Inside their eye sockets were a burning black fire. It made their looks to become even more ghastly

"S-Skeletal Warrior!"

"How can he do that?!"

"This is too monstrous!"

The Dark and Curse attributed Magic was already enough to shock these students to death what's more if it was a Dark and Summon Type. The path of different types of magic would naturally cross with each other causing a powerful effect. Summoning Magic is one of the hardest kinds of magic to learn and not many people learned it

There are even lesser magicians who was able to summon a creature when they didn't focus on the path of summoning magic. This kind of magic was extremely hard to achieve but Calter with his experiment he learned that it was easier for him to use dark summon magic than other kinds of magic. He wasn't like this before and he credited it to being a core magician even though he didn't know why it has that effect

A normal skeletal warrior has 1.5 times strength of a fully grown man. It may not sound much but to a battle between Level 3 Magician someone who can summon a creature almost has certain victory

If they can summon one or two creatures then the opponent has to use magic destroying the skeleton's head as even destroying the body would not kill the skeletons. With the time that the opponent has to use to destroy the skeletons would give you ample time to launch other spells on your opponent. This was akin to a cheat!

Calter's summon even has 2.5 times strength than a fully grown men. This Kalli is finished! Calter gave a mental command to the skeletons and their teeth clattered while walking to Kalli who was now perspiring from fear

However, instead of injuring Kalli the skeletons' action will deal more damage than even physical injuries. "Kence, close your eyes!" Calter can't let the next thing that will happen to be seen by Kence so he gave him an order

Kence was puzzled but he won't dare defy his master's order and he closed his eyes. To show his obedience he even covered his eyes with his hands. This made Calter to be satisfied as Kence has great trust on him

The skeletons bend Kalli's body making his buttocks to stick out. One of the skeletons then ripped the youth's lower clothes revealing the underwear within. The skeletons were not satisfied though and remove even the underwear

All the girls covered their eyes at the scene and some screamed at something they shouldn't have seen. There were also some girls despite covering their eyes with their hands made a small space to take a peek on Kalli's birthday suite but was greatly disappointed

"Too small!"

"It looks like a seed to me!"

"He's a shame to all men!"

"Damn, I thought mine is already small but that gave me confidence!"

The students around looked at the last person who spoke with weird expressions on their faces. The man turned red in shame. He thought as they were all exclaiming loudly his own words won't attract much attention. But now, all of them were staring at him. This made his face to turn red in embarrassment

Kence pouted as he was extremely confused at what the people around him were talking about. He wants to open his eyes but he doesn't dare to. He doesn't want to make his master angry at him

Pak!

All their attentions turned back at the fight, no scratch that 'bullying.' This made that embarrassed student to sigh in relief.

They saw the same skeleton who put on Kalli's birthday suite spanking the unfortunate youth's buttocks leaving red bony marks on it

"Isn't this too kinky?" The same embarrassed student can't help but blurt out causing the spectators around to once again look at him. That student coughed and quickly regretted his actions. The people's attention just diverted from him why did he have to speak and caught their attention again? This was simply asking for humiliation!

The skeletons continued spanking Kalli's butt until it turned extremely red and became numb. Kalli wants to speak but a skeleton was covering his mouth as if they don't want Calter to hear any shit he would say

"Big Brother, can I open my eyes now?" Kence asked as he was really curious now but how can Calter let him? "Not yet!" Calter answered immediately causing Kence's to pout again

All eyes looked at the two incredulously. Calter was inside the magic arena and was fighting his opponent yet here they are flirting with each other like that. Well, it can't hardly consider a fight as Kalli can't put up any resistance at all. He was just getting more humiliated as more time pass

Kalli was full of regret now, after this how can he continue attending in the academy? He lose all of his face now

One of the skeletons then took something on his finger. It was a ring, a spatial ring to be precise. The skeleton went to kneel in front of Calter and act like a loyal subordinate presenting something to the King

Thankfully it was not the highest security spatial ring and the items inside can be access by anyone holding it. Only powerful high-ranking Magicians has that kind of secured spatial ring. After all, most of them put all their possessions on their spatial ring as they believed it would be the safest with their strength

Calter was delighted as he scan the items inside. Just the Magic Crystals alone reached twenty thousand. Even to Calter's Clan now this is a huge amount. The Clan fully supported Calter yet all they gave him was ten thousand Magic Crystals. The disparity between a dying Clan and one in a good condition was extremely huge!
