Dream

I woke up in a dark room. I couldn't see anything due to the curtains that hung up except for a sliver of sunlight.

"Where am I?" I asked in a hushed tone

I tried to move but I couldn't. There were cuffs on my wrist and ankles.

"Everything is alright. Just go to sleep."

Hearing his calm, soothing voice made me more tired than I already was. Not too long after I was asleep again.

*Dream*

"COME BACK HERE YOU STUPID BITCH!!! I'M NOT DONE WITH YOU YET!!!"

I ran as fast I could to get away from him. I knew he'd get mad but not this mad.

* Flashback*

"Alexas come here baby." Adam had called me over to meet his some of his coworkers. We were at party for his company.

"This is my girlfriend Alexas, Alexas these are my coworkers." -Adam

"Hi it's very nice to meet you" I said

" Why didn't you tell us you had such a beautiful girl Adam."

" She's a keeper."

"Thank you." -Adam

"So Alexas what do you do for a living?"

"She works as...." -Adam

" I work as an assistant at a design company."

As soon as I finished talking I could already feel Adam shaking In anger. He hates it when I Interrupt him.

"We have to go. I just remembered that we have a prior engagement."- Adam

*Now*

I was hiding from him in the closet. I shouldn't have spoken out like that.

"There you are you bitch"

I tried to fight him off and get out of his grip but I couldn't. He ended up beating me back and blue for a couple of hours telling me how worthless I was and degrading me. When he was finally done. I couldn't open my eyes. He had broken several bones in my body making it almost impossible for me to move without being in pain.
