Do You Want to Go?
Zhang Li Xue woke up only to realize that it was almost the afternoon. Surprisingly, she had slept soundly for a long time.
She turned to the side and saw that her husband was not around. His side of the bed was cold, showing that he had left the bed a while ago.
Zhang Li Xue stretched out in bed before she sat up and carefully get off the bed. Then, she grabbed the crutch at the side and headed to the bathroom to wash her face. When she came out again, Bai Qi was still nowhere to be seen. After putting on some skincare on her face, Zhang Li Xue then walked out of the room.
She immediately found Bai Qi standing beside the balcony with his phone pressed against his ear. He continued to stay silent as he was listening to the other party.
A faint smile curled on her lips. Zhang Li Xue stood still while leaning on the door frame to watch her husband.
The sunlight peeked through behind the curtains, making Bai Qi look extra handsome.
