Publix was the closest store. When Patrick arrived, he discovered that his phone had vanished.

"Damn, I forgot my phone," he grumbled. "I can't do anything," Patrick thought to himself as he grabbed a cart from the rack. Patrick walked down the aisles, grabbing everything on his shopping list.

Once he found what he was looking for, Patrick went to the front of the store to pay for everything. When the cashier saw the intimate items, she raised her brow and flushed. Patrick wasn't the one who was the most embarrassed. He, or the cashier, Patrick, paid for the items and was on his way home in about five minutes. When Patrick returned home, Luca was sitting on a bench outside.

"Hiya babe," Patrick said as he parked the car. "I thought you were resting."

"I was resting then I wanted to wait for you," Luca explained as he approached him.

Patrick drew close to Luca and kissed him passionately on the lips.

"What if they see us?" Luca drew back and inquired.

"Let them see," Patrick said as he kissed Luca on the cheek. "It's not like we're hiding anything," Patrick jokes. Luca softly chuckled and took a bag from the trunk while Patrick took the other two bags. Luca shifted the bag in his arms and assisted with closing the trunk.

They put the groceries away when they arrived at their apartment. When Luca noticed the strawberries and chocolate, he became intrigued.

"What are your plans?" he inquired.

"You'll find out tonight," Patrick said, kissing Luca on the cheek.

"Are you already keeping secrets?" Luca inquired, putting on a false pout.

"This secret is worth the wait," he said, kissing Luca on the lips. Patrick finished putting away his clothes now that he had enough hangers. Luca sat on the bed, his phone in his hand, listening to music.

Patrick picked up the phone he had forgotten about earlier. He caught a glimpse of the message.

"I am not granting your brother alpha status." "You have a duty to this pack," his father stated in the text. Patrick noticed Luca watching him as he deleted the message.

"He wants you back," said Luca. The tears welled up in Luca's eyes.

"I'm not going back," Patrick stated emphatically. "My place is with you," he said as he leaned in and kissed him on the lips.

"He'll keep bugging you about it," Luca said, wiping his tears away.

"If he does," Patrick said, "I'll block his number."

Patrick leaned back onto the bed and kissed Luca on the neck, brightening his mood. The love bites began at that point.

"Aah," Luca screamed in pain and pleasure as Patrick marked him. Fresh blood flowed from the wound and down his neck. Luca wrapped his arms around Patrick's neck and kissed him passionately. He lowered his head and began sucking on Patrick's exposed neck. Luca lifted his eyes and grinned. He had successfully marked his boyfriend.

"I love you," Luca said. Patrick kissed him and said, "I love you too."

They switched roles, and Luca took his turn to please Patrick while cleaning him up. Once everyone had their fill of being pleased, they dried off and got dressed.

For dinner, steak, diced potatoes, and strawberries were prepared. They drank a glass of champagne each.

"Was it your intention to seduce me?" With a smile, Luca inquired.

"Was it successful?" Patrick inquired, his brow furrowed. Luca leaned in and passionately kissed him on the lips.

"You can seduce me whenever you want," he explained. After dinner, round eight of their love making lasted until way past midnight. They fell asleep in each other's arms, feeling satisfied.
