Cloey coughed up some water and the both of us breathed in huge gasps of air as we stuck our heads above the water.
Cloey glared at me, "A little warning would've been nice you know."
I shrugged, "I did say jump."
We were nearing winter so the water was ice cold and I'm almost sure the temperature falls somewhere beneath zero degrees celsius.
Cloey started to cry, "Oh my God, we're going to die out here."
I brought my hand over her mouth, "Can you not make so much noise please?"
Cloey frowned, "My whole body is getting cramped."
I sighed and started swimming towards the wall, "Whining about it won't help our situation, let's go."
Cloey continued to cry as she swam behind me, "Where are we even going?"
"We're swimming towards the wall. As long as we follow it we should find the docks or the coastguard or someone."
Hopefully.
Cloey looked around, "The sharks could be anywhere in here."
