Chapter 75

"Let's see... It should be around here?" I thought as I set up the direction where the Ancor Vantian had to go first

I was not accompanied at all for this excursion which would take me a few days to maybe a month because Konan was still supposed to rest, Sasori was working non-stop, Pakura barely arrived and Chizu was the one who would show and tell her everything she has to know, and I gave Hizashi and Shikuro some vacations to be with their loved ones.

I will be recovering Shuzo during this travel since he finally wanted to settle down after traveling for nearly 20 years, though.

He was currently accompanied by his two lovers, Honoka and Miroku, but he also found two families from the Uzumaki Clan who will settle down in Konoha as well.

Also... Shuzo just told me that he was now a father, something to expect since the Chinoike Clan twins are 30 years old, of two young children.

Both are two years old but they do not share the same mother.

One is a young boy he had with Honoka, the Uzumaki girl, who inherited her red hair but got Shuzo's light green eyes... When he didn't activate his Ketsuryūgan.

He was called Seiji, a boy that took after his father's trap-like appearance as he seemed very frail while having the same long hair, but his Uzumaki blood made him physically stronger than Shuzo at that age.

Now was his daughter, Chiaki, a young girl he had with Miroku the ex- priestess from the Land of Demons.

Her resemblance to Shion, the original daughter of Miroku, was frightening because she had the same light blond hair as her father, Shuzo, while her eyes were pale lavender just like Miroku's.

She even inherited a new kind of Dōjutsu that combined Shuzo's Ketsuryūgan and Miroku's Uranaigan, the future telling Dōjutsu.

But, unlike her mother, she didn't get a prediction because she died in the future, making her soul go back to the past to warn herself... No, instead, she was capable of peering into the future of someone by tasting their blood.

Though such an ability came with a price that was a strong headache following the usage of the ability, and I'm not just talking about a 'strong headache', but the kind of cluster headache that lasts for hours and deal an excruciating pain so powerful she already got suicidal thoughts to make it stop at two fucking years old.

Needless to say, this girl didn't want to be a shinobi like her father, a choice that he respected, which was fully understandable.

But before fetching them, I was going to recruit a Clan that lives in the Land of Fire and more specifically, underground.

They have an interesting Kekkei Genkai that allowed them to control, and become, smoke all while being capable of interacting physically with the world around them.

Unfortunately for them, and in a way luckily for me, this ability of theirs is imperfect as they occasionally transform unintentionally, something that could kill them in case there was some wind blowing as they would disperse permanently and die.

This is why they lived underground, and also something that would help me in relocating them at Konoha since I was certain that it was caused by a genetic defect some generations ago.

And altering DNA was something I could do to them right now but it would take a lot of time... And because of that, one of the reasons why I wanted to go to the Land of Rice Fields was to find the last member of a Clan capable of using the Molecular Release, something that allowed the user to break down and control their own body to a molecular level but also those of their opponents by having contact with them.

Not only the Molecular Release was one of the few ways for someone to integrate others' DNA into theirs in this world, something I didn't necessarily need thanks to Suijin, but it could also alter someone else's DNA easily, essentially capable of curing the Iburi Clan genetic disease.

This Kekkei Genkai or Tōta was so feared that the whole Clan capable of using it was decimated back in the Warring States Period down to one single member.

And the one I was going to hunt wasn't the same man who survived until today, nor did he give birth to many new generations with the same ability because of their body special condition.

To reproduce, someone from this Clan had to absorb their partner of the opposite gender, killing them, before artificially inseminating themselves, making them pregnant.

But it didn't end well for them either since the baby, once it reached a certain stade, will kill their parent by unconsciously using the Molecular Release to assimilate the one who currently bears them.

This would make the baby already aged from birth with most of its parent's DNA, essentially making each generation stronger if not for the partner being someone from outside of the Clan.

And this newborn wouldn't be as dumb as one, he would be capable of speech, fighting, and be aware of common sense that a bloody shinobi should have.

One side effect of such reproduction was the quicker deterioration of their sanity and also the reason why they didn't find their way of living weird, they were more beast than humans.

The only known user from the canon was Sakon and Ukon who I guessed was the next generation and also an abomination since they are born as twins, something that was unheard of from this Clan but could explain why they were weaker than their predecessor since they had half of the DNA each.

Nevertheless, the Ancor Vantian was finally above the place where the Iburi Clan was living, a place accessible via a blocked cave within a dense forest with a village not far from it.

"Do you hear that Tenzō? Someone's walking above us!" a happy young girl voice said beneath me as I intentionally made my presence known after landing near the cave since the entrance was in the ground

"Hum, he just stopped walking Nee-san, I think he heard you." an even younger boy said with a slightly scared voice before I declared "You both are quite loud for peeping at others."

"Wha-!" they said in unison before they both fell from the boulder they were standing on to peek outside but I caught both of them by creating thick bushes below

"Are you alright? I apologize for scaring the two of you, it wasn't intended." I lied for the second half as I helped them get up

The girl was short with fair skin, wavy long brown hair, blue eyes, and freckles under her eyes, while the younger boy had short brown hair and dark eyes, both wearing ragged clothes.

"How did you get inside, Mister? A-And that thing we fell on, is that a bush?!" the girl said as she quickly changed her focus when she saw something she had never seen at close range before

"I teleported inside when I heard the two of you talking, and yes, this is a bush I made to catch you both, never seen one before?" I said as I looked at the young boy who was a bit scared of me and tried to stay behind his sister

"We never get outside, that's why it's surprising for us! And, are you capable of making anything, like trees or flowers?" she asked as she was looking at me with sparkling eyes

"Of course I can, here, look at my hand." I said with a smile before a Dahlia flower sprouted on my hand, making her stunned while even the younger boy stopped being scared as he was mesmerized by the colorful flower

"Wow! Can you make more, please Mister!" she asked as she seemingly wanted to see more kinds of flowers from the 'outside world'

'This is going to take a while' I thought with a smile as I started to make a multitude of different flowers

*A few hours later*

"I can't believe there are so many kinds of flowers outside! Thank you, Mister, for showing them to us!" she said as the alcove we were in was now filled with flowers all across the walls

"No worries girl, but why can't you get outside?" I asked as she started to lose her energetic expression for the first time while her brother patted her back

"Our Clan is cursed to live underground because of our unique ability." she said as she transformed into a pink like smoke in front of me but struggled to reform herself

"Looking at it, your Clan has an interesting ability, but why do you call it cursed?" I asked when she came back to her original form as she replied "We sometimes transform against our will, and it's difficult to stop it as well, because of that the wind can make us disperse permanently and kill us."

Putting my hand on my chin as I was 'pondering', I suddenly suggested "If... If there was a way for me to allow you to live outside, would you take it?"

Her eyes shone happily as she promptly replied "Of course!" making me smile as I added "No matter the cost?"

"As long as it doesn't bring harm to our Clan, then it doesn't matter." she said with a determined expression while her shy brother didn't know what to say as his sister was not the kind of person to change her mind

"Then, could you lead me to your Clan and more precisely your leader? I may have a solution to cure your curse." I said as she once again smiled brightly and started to bring me deeper into the cave

After walking down for a few minutes, I saw a group of people and one man saw me and said "Yukimi, Tenzō, why did you bring a stranger here!"

"Don't worry Gotta-sama, he's here to cure us!" the girl who was named Yukimi said as everyone around started to be hopeful

"I'm Yuichi Senju, the Fourth Hokage of Konoha the hidden village in the Land of Fire if you know about it, nice to meet you." I presented myself as I didn't know how much they knew about what happened outside in the last decades

"And I'm Gotta, leader of the Iburi Clan." he said as we did a handshake before adding "Is it true that you can cure our condition?" now being polite as I was possibly their only chance

"Yes, I'm almost certain that your disorder has something to do with your genetics, your Clan Kekkei Genkai, the Smoke Release, should normally be used without such a drawback... All I need is to modify the genes that cause it." I explained but they didn't understand half of what I said because they lacked scientific knowledge by living underground all of their lives

"This... What would it cost?" he asked even though he was capable of accepting anything if I could cure them

'Everything' I thought but said "Well, first of all, I want your Clan to be relocated to my village... And second, I want to train this girl into a shinobi that will work directly under me, but the choice isn't yours but hers." as I patted Yukimi's head unconsciously which she didn't deny and enjoyed the feeling of my hand

I had to get the whole Clan to Konoha since the only one I was interested in was Yukimi who has a great love for her clan and little brother.

The reason's why I wanted her and not anyone else was because of her higher potential in mastering the Smoke Release... As for the rest of her Clan, who knows, they might surprise me in the future since the next generations will be joining the Academy if they want.

"We will give you our loyalty without any second thought if you can truly cure us, Yuichi-sama." Gotta exclaimed so I declared "I can already prove to you my words. Yukimi, could you put your hands on mine and look into my eyes?"

The girl nodded and did as I asked without doubting me so I took the opportunity to use Kunitokotachi and find which genes were causing the issue before rewriting them.

Once we left my Genjutsu, I told her "Try and activate your ability now, Yukimi." with a smile as I took a few steps back to give her some space to do so

Nodding, she closed her eyes and fully transformed into smoke, I then requested "Now get back to normal." and she quickly was able to get her body back

But before any commotion could start around, I requested once more "Try to only transform a part of your body." and when she tried, she was able to transform only her hands or legs into smoke while keeping her upper body

"I-It feels like I always knew how to control it!" she exclaimed which started a commotion inside of the cave as everyone finally believed in my ability to cure them

"A miracle! It's a miracle!" Gotta shouted before bowing in front of me with his head touching the ground, quickly followed by everyone else doing the same

'I just gained many cult members didn't I' I thought with a wry smile but warned them "Just to let you know, I can't take care of all of you right now, at least you will have to wait a few days until I get something that will make the process easier because Yukimi was a special case within your Clan."

"We can wait a few days! We have already been waiting for decades, it's nothing for us!" Gotta declared as he was overjoyed by the information

"Then I can bring you with me right now, see, I came with what you can call a flying fortress and wind doesn't blow on it thanks to a barrier. This means that you can go outside with me and stay on the fortress until I can cure all of you... Just gather around me and don't forget your belongings and I will teleport us on the fortress." I declared while some of them had tears of joy flowing down their face

It may take some time for them to get used to living in Konoha, I will leave some clones in the fortress to teach them about the current era events and part of the Land of Fire history.

One thing I learned too was that Yukimi was the same age as my daughter and Shisui, being seven years old.

"Hum, Mister-" "You can call me Yuichi-sensei since I will personally teach you." I interrupted her as she nodded and asked "Then Yuichi-sensei, you said that I was a special case and that you want me to work under you but... Why me?"

Smiling, I replied "Because I know that you have a lot of potential with your ability, just like the flowers I showed you, you just need to bloom and you will become a wonderful kunoichi." making her slightly blush at my comment but I added "Also, you won't feel alone since you have the same age as my daughter... And I feel like you two will be great friends since both of you are extremely upbeat girls."

'As for her brother... I wonder if he's the man I think about' I thought as the six years old boy was shy and scared about everything, never talking much but could actually be someone well known in the canon

'Only the future would let me know' I thought before hearing Gotta say "Yuichi-sama, everyone is ready!" as he came up to me so I warned "Everyone, stay still and close your eyes so the sun won't hurt you the moment you get outside."

And after instructing them, I teleported us all on the Ancor Vantian, and all of them couldn't help but open their eyes at once when they felt the sun's ray on their skin before getting mesmerized by what the area looked like.

Needless to say, I was proud of how I changed the Ancor Vantian even though it wasn't made public yet, all infrastructures like shops, hotels, casinos, the outdoor areas, and everything that would give people the best cruise experience they will ever have was on the fortress.

Now that the war was over, it was time for me to launch this project, and maybe the Iburi Clan would make great workers since most of them wished to see the world.

I would still give them an area within Konoha to settle down and depending on how they are doing over the years they might become outstanding and join the council... I mean, I already added the Uzumaki Clan and the Hatake Clan within the council because of their deeds, who knows what would happen.

'Nevertheless, for now, I will provide them with clothes, food, and knowledge' I thought as clones of mine will be taking care of that while I changed the trajectory of the Ancor Vantian but kept a cruise-like pace

After all, I had a lot to fetch in the Land of Rice Fields, and finding them shouldn't be too difficult thanks to the fortress' scouting drones that were invisible to the naked eyes and didn't work with chakra, making chakra sensors useless.

I just needed to send them across the land to find everyone I was looking for.
