Am I that scary?

Susan open her eyes lazily when the sun penetrate her eyes, she stretched her sore body and stiff a yawn. She stood up from the bed to take care of herself, after spending some minutes in there she came out looking fresh and beautiful.

She is tired with all the training she subject herself to but she needs to get ready for today's schedule as well. She was tempted to go back to her bed instead she opened her bedroom door to step out, Clara who was pacing in front of her door was startled when the door was opened suddenly. She touched her chest to calm her racing heart.

" Good morning ma' am!" She greeted after calming herself. " Morning Cla! and stop 'ma'am me , I have told you to call me Susan as you use to do before. ".

" You are my boss I can't do that ma. "

Susan waved her hand indicating for her to sooth herself. She want to move to the dining area when she noticed Clara was following her and more so she seems to have something to say with the way she is hesitating and sighing . " You have something to say?" She asked when Clara sigh again for the nth time.

" I.....I...." She closed her mouth when she can not form the word but only stuttered. She sigh again before she said something else to cover up the one she has in mind. " I want to inform you Jack and Sam have done to carry out the next task ma. ". Susan nod but said nothing after she changed the topic. She knows she has another thing in mind.

" Am I that scary!? ". Clara who was still in her own world was stunned by the question. ' Did I hear her wrong?' she asked herself. " I asked if am that scary Clara? " Susan stopped and face her making her to bow her head immediately. ' How am I to answer this now? is it yes or no! you are nice when you want to or when you want to fill someone but scary when you turn to demon. ' that is what came to her mind but she said another thing. " Of course not! Why will you asks such ma! " She asked to cover her nervousness but her pale face betrayed her.

" Am glad you this g the same Cla! I thought you fine me scary any way why is your face pale? "

" Hmm me! ". Clara quickly rub her face with her palm to make it warm, she knows she was busted but why can she be so blunt about it. ' Yes am still scare of you to witness your demon side first handed. ' she muse in her mind.

" Now that you are alright can you tell me what is on your mind ? ". ?

Having no other choice " I want to asks about my sister ma... and I want to beg you not to...."

". not to harm them? " Susan complete her sentence for her. " Clara I want you to know that I don't bite back if am not bitten first understand. You family especially your sister are in safe hands. I want you to know that I did not do it because I want to tame , if you misbehave I have my ways to punish you. I only extend an helping hand and they are not an object that will be used for by me. is that clear!? "

" Ye....y... ...yes ma' am . Thank you ma . " She smile brightly at her , it was as if the heavy load placed on her shoulder has been lifted up by hearing but still she still has a cold feet with the way she issue out her warning for her not to misbehave.

Jack and Sam came back a while ago , Susan was happy that everything is happening as planned. Thou she wanted to carry out the operation two weeks aga but she did bit want to alert them at the same time. After dealing with the officers she now has time to deal with her ex- in-law.

She has instruct her guys to bring Late her sister in-law to her at all cost. After monitoring her for a week they are all familiar with her routine everyday. After coming back to the country after six years of been away , she usually go jogging alone early in the. morning in there neighborhood since no one know her and her identity, she did not bother to always bring guard with her.

As usual this morning as well while she was jogging , Sam dressed in sport outfit was jogging alone side with her. The have bribe the young ma who is at the date or more like blackmail him with his secret. He was dating one of the madam of the estate whose husband is very powerful for make the man disappear in a second.

Because of his handsome face and athletic body the madam has falling for him to fulfill her carnal desire since her husband is always busy and no one will suspect the young man being intimate with her.

Thanks to hacking the security camera of the estate they noticed countless time the man went into the mansion undetected. Not to make thing difficult for him is job is to open the gate for Sam without anyone noticing and what might happened after that is none of his business. Plus he must not disclose anything to anybody if not....

The man comply immediately with no one to persuade him, he was only doing that because of the money the woman always gave to him that will take care of his aged grandmother because the money he get as a guard cannot care for his expenses . More so the husband of the woman will have his head in a minute.

Sam jogged along with her withing the estate and the two went out of the estate to run in the nearby amusement park. They are engrossed with their world Kate slipped and nearly butt kiss the ground but as a gentle man Sam came to her rescue and help her.

" Thank you sir, am sorry to bother you! "

" You did nothing wrong more so am just helping a friend. Are you OK ? " He asked with a worry tone . " I guess am fine. " " Are you ....." He has not complete his statement when Kate wince in pain. " You see that, you are not OK! " He bent down to examine her and find her ankle swollen , she has strain her ankle. " Let's get you to the hospital before this become worst. " He said trying to help her walk by holding her hands. " I appreciate your concern but you don't have to worry yourself I will just rest a little on that bench before going back home. I think I have tried today. "

Not to sound suspicious Sam said nothing but help her to the bench before the two make the self comfortable. While they were seating ruminating about their thought . Sam brought out pill from him pocket and hand over his bottle to her . " What! " stunned Kate asked when. something wet touched her hand. " Oh! am sorry to scare you I just want to offer you the pain killer. "

" Oh! thanks she collect the drugs examine it before she pop two into her mouth and swallowed with water.
