Team Up With Mystogan

A few moments ago.

Mystogan came to Mirajane and asked for information about Nathan, of course, including the address of his current residence.

As he is not the type of person who talks a lot, he immediately leaves after getting information'. Although Mirajane was curious what he up to, she remains to pretend as an uncaring person. After all, it's very rare seeing Mystogan revealing himself.

"And so, I find your home" Mystogan explained briefly.

Nathan scratched his head embarrassingly, "I forgot to give you my address hehe..."

"This is my home!!!" Lucy rebuke behind him.

Mystogan stared at this green boy indifferently, "That time, I saw flying blue cat trying stole this quest".

Nathan smiled wryly, of course, he already knew it. To begin with, this quest should be taken by Happy but Mystogan messed up everything, no, it's not Mystogan but him.

In the original storyline, Happy stole this quest paper. Along with Natsu, they bring it to Lucy. Initially, Lucy refused it outright, but after she accidentally saw that actually quest's reward also includes a Gold Key, she was suddenly attracted to join.

Although he didn't mind sharing this quest with them, however, they are simply a bunch of troublemakers. As wherever the direction leads, the problem always follow them.

To be honest, he is more flexible when doing something alone, at least no one will burden him. Moreover, this quest involves several parties who cannot be belittled.

What he has been seen is not as smooth as the reality, everything that happens in the Fairy Tail series is not one hundred percent similar to what happened in the real world of Fairy Tail.

Even though he quite didn't understand, he really felt that his existence in this world was able to change world events. As if his existence itself was the disorder of the natural law.

Therefore, he was afraid this event will occur some changes too. Whether it's good changes or bad changes, he still cannot afford to risk his own guildmates.

"And so, Lucy-san, please [Sleep]..." Nathan looked up at Lucy as the circle of golden rings spinning in his eyes.

"Wha- uhh..." Lucy suddenly fell out on the sofa behind her as her eyes shut, she fell asleep.

"You don't need to put her to sleep!"

"Ugh..." it was strange to hear the word from Mystogan's mouth, he smiled wittily, "I'm not sure how long you will keep the quest if Lucy still here"

"I thought you will bring her with you"

Nathan simply shook his head, wait until he officially becomes the Mage S-Class. This is an illegal quest after all.

As they both did not respond to each other anymore, the atmosphere of the room became quiet queerly. Nathan waited for Mystogan to hand him the quest paper but Mystogan did nothing. Just take it out already! he getting impatiently thought.

While Mystogan looked at this green boy for a few minutes, he finally opened his mouth, "Let's go!"

He stood up and walked off towards the outway of the room.

"Let's go? eh... what let's go?" however the man in dark blue cloak simply ignores his confusion,

"Hey... where's my quest!!!"

Hargeon is one of the Fiore's ports and also one of its most beautiful old towns.

The town is more prosperous and renowned in fishing rather than Magic because only 10% of the people in the town have the ability to use Magic. Like any port city, it has its own large marina, located in the southern part of town.[1]

A sea that extends across the harbor coast. The fishermen operate their boats, fishing nets, peoples lifted the boxes and fishy smell typical of the port.

At the current time, a green-haired boy and a dark blue-cloaked man walked together towards the port.

The duo none other is Nathan and Mystogan. After leaving the apartment, they both rushed to the coastal town Hargeon.

"Mystogan-san, what the meaning of this?" Nathan pouted himself behind Mystogan.

He was clear throughout the trip that he wanted to go alone. But Mystogan simply ignores his complaint. He feels like being a nagging child to his own parents.

Even worse, Mystogan did not say a single word throughout their journey. His cheeks puffed up in annoyance, he really treats me like a child!

Arriving at the dock, Mystogan asked several sailors to take them both to Galuna Island, but no one seems to want to take them.

"Galuna Island? get outta here, I'm not going anywhere near that place!"

"No way! I don't even wanna hear that name"

"That island is taboo amongst the sailors in this town!"

After experiencing rejection from so many sailors, Mystogan doesn't know what else to do, he can't fly and swim is more impossible. He looked down at Nathan who still looked being sulky.

Feeling the gaze from Mystogan's eyes, he harrumphed himself then he approached one of the sailors around and ask him. A dark-skinned man with black hair, black eyes with black mustache around his mouth to his chin.

"I don't know what you guys think to find there, but no sailors want to go near it. Even pirates avoid that place!" The dark-skinned man asserted and he intends to leave them both alone.

"We are mages..." Nathan lightly claimed as a fireball appeared on the palm of his right hand.

"Magic!?" The dark-skinned man stunned as he was given a pleasant surprise, "So you are... mages?"

"Are you... here to stop the curse?"

Nathan simply gave a smile and nodded acknowledgment.

The dark-skinned man trembling in excitement as if he found a hope, "Here go in!"

Nathan's smile widened as he looked back at Mystogan with a smug face, see, you waste!

"..." Mystogan.

Though he was curious, but in the end, he decided to say nothing.

The two of them finally hop in the dark-skinned man's boat. However, they have no idea that someone has spotted them in far away.

A spiky black-colored hair young man frowned when he saw familiar figure not far from his current spot, "Isn't it Nathan kid? ... and who is that cloaked person?"

A soon as he thought, suddenly he remembers the bad rumors of several cases that circulating in the town as he complexion reveal an anxious,

"Is that so-called Child Trafficking?... not good I have to save Nathan kid!!!" unfortunately they both started sailing on the vast ocean.

During their sail in the ocean to Galuna Island, the black man also introduced himself. His name was like Nathan already knew, Bobo. He said that he once lived on the cursed island and that he escaped.

He asks the duo whether they really can get rid of the curse, which consists of misfortune falling upon you if you enter the island, he shows his left arm; an arm which looks like a Demon's.

However, none of that surprised the both of them, Nathan already knew the whole original story, while Mystogan was not the first time he saw a demon, he had even seen several creatures that had whole body containing demon components.

Whereas Nathan felt like talking to an NPC, all the words Bobo said were in accordance with the scripts that had been set without any changes even when Nathan tried to change the subject.

For a moment, the three of them were only a few kilometers away from the island they were headed for, they saw a small island as the sunset in the sky and the yellow ball of fire changed to hues of orange merged with the sky.

Looking at the island, the corner of Nathan's lips curved up slightly, "Galuna Island... heh..."
