Return To The Rabbit Kingdom

Although spatial bracelets were a rare item they could still be purchased as long as you possessed enough money. Although their performance varied, the majority of spatial bracelets came with at least one "Expansion Socket" all the way up to six which could be socketed with various "Charms" to upgrade their capabilities.

Jace's however was one-of-a-kind having ten whole expansion sockets which were each socketed with a different priceless epic grade charm. To protect this priceless item he had spent a small fortune on rare materials to disguise it as a piece of worthless junk.

Bringing his right hand over the pile of weapons, with a thought he placed them inside the bracelets empty compartments then striped Jace's corpse of its epic grade armor set. Jace's epic grade armor set was exclusively designed for a Specter and was issued by ECLIPSE.

It was comprised of six components which were a pair of bracers, a pair of boots, a pair of gloves, a breastplate, a mask, and finally a full body skintight suit. Instead of donning the armor set he placed it into another compartment in the bracelet then reached down again and finally sucked Jace's corpse into another compartment.

Making one last cursory check of the area he rose to his feet and headed towards the hidden caves exit. As he near the caves bright entrance he made a dismissive gesture as he dispelled the many hovering [Candlelight's] which illuminated the gloomy humid hidden cave with light.

Pushing the beached raft into the corrosive water, he leapt aboard the hissing raft then slowly made his way past the roaring waterfall to the far sandy shoreline. As the melting husk of what had once been a mighty raft landed on the still contaminated sandy shoreline he smoothly leapt off the deteriorated wooden deck and onto a relatively clean stretch of sandy beach.

After his little nautical adventure across the lake to the hidden cave, he had returned triumphant having not only located and eliminated the source of the lakes toxic pollution, but more importantly he had acquired Jace's hidden quest and his wealth of tools and worldly knowledge. Now all that was left was to remove the remaining toxin by purifying the lakes water. Fortunately he possessed the perfect Skill to deal with this problem.

Moving along the shoreline, he located a solid looking area next to the odorous toxic water and sat down. Stretching out his hand, with a soft chant he casted [Purify] upon the ugly green lake water. As his hand emitted a soft soothing light, the foul greenish water slowly grew clearer until it was a sparkling translucent blue.

Finding his [Purify] Skill was effective, he fearlessly plunged his hand into the lake, submerging his arm all the way to the elbow as he casually reclined upon the shore, then began the long onerous task of cleansing the lake by continuously casting [Purify] over and over again.

After six long continuous hours of repeatedly casting [Purify], he had not only succeeded in cleansing the entire lake of Daguel's powerful toxin, but had managed to level up his [Purify] Skill to [Lv. 7].

Rising to his feet, he proudly admired the restored lake which had now regained its lovely crystal clear appearance then turned and left the sandy beach, heading towards the Rabbit Kingdom to finish his chain quest.

After a short thirty minute hike he arrived at the outskirts of the Rabbit Kingdoms barrier and withdrew the travel badge King Barry had given him from his [Spatial Storage]. Holding it in his hand, he easily passed thru the glowing golden barrier and headed along the small cobblestone road towards the bright orange castle.

[System Notification: You have entered the Secret Zone "Rabbit Kingdom" Time Dilation: 10:1]

Because of the strange time dilation inside the Rabbit Kingdom it was as though he had been gone for only a few minutes. Seeing the closed gate he effortlessly leapt over the high walls and silently landed on the other side. Heading towards the main keep he once again passed the inanely muttering Orso who had walked roughly 20 feet since he had left.

As he made his way to the throne room the carrot guards outside waved him thru as they saw his familiar face. Entering the throne room, upon seeing him King Barry flashed him a warm smile as he anxiously asked with his deep voice, "Well, how did you quest go?"

Nodding confidentially back at him he simply said in a even tone, "Successfully."

Hearing this King Barry unleashed a warm series of laughs with his deep voice before saying, "Excellent, you have truly helped save my beloved Rabbit Kingdom Salvatore. Now come, tell me the full details of your noble quest."

Nodding once more he began to retell the entire journey's epic tale. As he described the fight with Daguel Carl's eye glowed with excitement, especially when he describe the powerful aerial punch he dealt to his head. Excluding several unimportant facts such as the discovery of Jace from his story he quickly finished his short epic tale to the fanatical applause of both King Barry and Carl.

[System Notification: Quest [Help King Barry Save The Rabbit Kingdom!] Complete!]

[System Notification: Rewarded: 100 XP]

Seeing the systems message he silently gave himself a pat on the back for finishing the quest then turned to King Barry and Carl and said his goodbyes. As he exited from the throne room his keen ears heard the familiar voice of Orso and silently laughed.

Heading towards the opposite end of the Rabbit Kingdom he proceeded to the place were he had entered the Rabbit Kingdom the first time. Smoothly slipping thru the golden barrier, he decided to head back to the Archway for one final night.
