The Headstrong Shiny Dragonite

Johto region, Blackthorn City.

Chen Yue and Lance departed from Alola and Kanto respectively and arrived in this city, home to the Dragon's Den, at noon the next day.

As soon as Chen Yue exited the airport, he saw that iconic redhead.

Lance had his hands in his pockets and looked around, asking, "Where's the little girl who was with you?"

Chen Yue replied, "She stayed in the Alola region."

Lance said, "According to the information you left behind, there was a major purge within the Kanto League, and they found a lot of people involved. Unfortunately, Giovanni managed to escape, and now Agatha has officially taken over the Blackthorn Gym."

Finally, the storyline matched what he knew.

Chen Yue nodded without offering any comments.

Lance paused for a moment and then spoke in a very formal tone, "I want to express my gratitude on behalf of the Kanto League."

Chen Yue raised an eyebrow and said, "I'm more concerned about practical matters, so can you tell me what's special about my Dragonite now?"

Lance chuckled softly, "I knew you'd say that. Come on, get in the car. You'll find out when we get there."

They both got in the car and headed to the Dragon's Den located on the outskirts of Blackthorn City.

Lance thought for a moment and carefully replied, "It's hard to say, but it certainly won't be weaker than Mimikyu."

As they talked, the car reached the entrance of the Dragon's Den.

Chen Yue followed Lance through a narrow passage and officially entered the Dragon's Den.

"There, just in time, it's right over there!" Lance pointed to a grassy area to the east.

Chen Yue turned his head and saw a Dragonite covered in green scales vigorously rubbing a Haxorus on the ground.

Haxorus struggled frantically, but Dragonite's massive weight pinned it down, making escape impossible.
