22. Pirates being pirated.

I never knew how annoying it would be to only have a single eye. I couldn't even heal it with wound reversal because it had been traded away, meaning I had to acquire an entirely new eye which is annoying.

If I trade something away it's kind of like a law that I cant just get it back by reversing time or something. Like I said my Zanpakuto have rules that even I have to follow.

I look around from the sky to see if I can find any kind of boat, I mean how can I be in a sea based world without any boat?

Luckily I do spot one in the distance, it even has a large jolly roger flag flying with a beard on the skull.

I flew overtop and dropped onto the ship much to the shock of the pirates.

I pull out my katana, there is another ability of Balance that I dont usually use but comes in handy.

"Who the fuck are you?" A burly pirate with a large beard asks draining a cup of booze with a slightly startled look.

"Ryan Grim, you are pirates correct? Seems you are a tad bit unlucky. I have need of a ship and you are the only one in the area..." *BAAAM!* *CLANG!*

A gunshot rings out only to get slapped away by the sword in my hand. "Rude. I was speaking." I glare at the pirate who had shot at me.

A quick flick of my blade and he is bisected down the middle before he can even realise what happened.

"Now, you have two options. Jump over the side now or die. I would rather not get my new ship all bloody." I explain to the horrified pirates.

"What are you idiots waiting for?! Kill him!" The captain roars in fear and anger!

This snaps them out of thier stupor however I can only sigh as the rush at me.

The blade in my hand flashes through the air as limbs and heads are sent flying.

It doesnt take more than a couple second for me to arrive in front of the captain who is shaking in fear.

"I really wish you would have just abandoned ship." i frown before my blade passes through his chest.

I take his head and the others just in case they have bounties and store them in a spatial ring.

I also take down the jolly roger as I dont want to be attacked by marines or bounty hunters.

I wave my hand and most of the bodies are sucked up into a small black hole before I toss it out into the sea where just a lump of meat pops out.

The ship doesnt look too bad, it's a medium sized ship no other real decorations or anything just rather plain.

"Uhhh do I even know how to captain a ship?" I look around confused.

I let the girls out who look around curiously.

"Sorry about the mess, anyway how about I explain a bit about where we are?" I head up towards the steering wheel and turn it to head in the opposite direction.

"This world, is a world where most of the land is covered in ocean, with small island here or there. Most people live on those islands or on ships like this. Now there are a couple of groups of people. The pirates, who are kind of like adventurers or dark guild members depending on which pirates you run into. They either explore or commit crimes like robbing and killing for money. The next group is marines who are like law enforcers, they hunt down pirates and arrest them, however like any group there are bad marines and good marines. They are under a group called the world government, I dont have any good opinion about those guys, basically they are royalty and do whatever they want from buying slaves to killing indiscriminately. Nasty little things. The final group would be the revolution, people who want to overthrow the world government." I explain trying to figure out how the fuck the ship works.

"And why are we in this world?" Ning'er asks.

"There are a couple of reasons. Physical training, devil fruits, haki which is basically solidified willpower. You should already feel like some kind of shackles have been lifted off your body, the rules of this world are different from the world we came from." indeed I had felt a strange feeling of release from my body like I could go way beyond normal human limits.

"What's so special about this so called Haki?" Ning'er questions curiously.

"Well depending on which one you use, you can either harden your body, have a kind of sixth sense and even see the future, or just knock people out with pure mental pressure." I explain. "Perfect for combat situations. Is the fucking anchor down?!?!"

I look round before finding the anchor and pulling it up much to my annoyance.

"Alright first order of business is to check out the ship, get it cleaned up and just dump all the junk we dont need." I tell the girls who nod.

Luckily there was some basic cleaning items, however the pirates were pretty much slobs and most of the items on the ship were disgusting.

The only room that was even decent was the captain's cabin, however that too was trashed for the most part.

"I might have just robbed a bunch of slobs instead of pirates, this ship is disgusting." I frown. "And it stinks! Just throw everything that's here away we can buy new stuff."

We also find a little bit of treasure only a couple million berries. No devil fruits or anything, which is a shame but hey you cant really expect too much now can you?

I join in on cleaning the ship and steering the ship making sure we dont crash into anything...for the most part.

As for where we are heading? No fucking clue.
