After many days of torture, or as some may call it, studying, Dylan and Sherry finally realised that learning 6 years' worth of material was virtually impossible in the short span of one month. Sherry very generously extended the deadline by one year, allowing Dylan to have a lot more free time to do what he wants.
"Let's take a photo together." Dylan proposed in a good mood.
"A photo? Why?"
"Janine told me to upload more photos online. She said I was too lowkey and needed to promote myself more."
"Oh, okay then. My phone or your phone?"
"My phone." Saying so, Dylan took his phone out of his storage.
Sherry stared at him blankly. "You know, you should at least keep your phone on you."
Dylan tilted his head. "Why?"
"Because if someone calls you, you wouldn't know if it was in your storage."
"Oh, okay." Dylan nodded. He stuck his hand up in the air and directed the front camera at the two of them. "Say cheese."
Sherry made the peace sign and smiled while Dylan was trying to work out how to take the photo. She stared at Dylan's reflection in the phone, a sheepish grin surfacing on his lips.
"Just press the button on the side." She instructed.
"This one?" Dylan asked, pressing on the button. The black screen reflected Sherry's suppressed smile.
"That's the power button. The buttons on the opposite side control the volume, they also take pictures in the camera app."
"Oh, okay." Dylan nodded and opened his phone again. He hadn't been fiddling with it much so he didn't how to use it. Well, that was the main reason why he didn't use it in the first place. It was a vicious cycle.
"Say cheese, again." Dylan smiled and said. Sherry posed again and watched proudly as Dylan took his first selfie.
"Let's hold hands." After many days of being Sherry's boyfriend, Dylan finally decided that he was tired of being shy all the time and that it was easier to just behave like he did before. His past self did these kinds of things with Sherry rather naturally anyways.
"O-okay." Sherry nodded, going along with it.
Dylan grabbed Sherry's hand and intertwined his fingers with hers. Lifting it up so the camera could see it, he pulled Sherry closer to him.
"It'll be easier to take the photo like this." Dylan smiled and reasoned.
Sherry face was slightly pink, "Un." She muttered. She was practically in Dylan's embrace right now. They were holding each other's hands and sitting with her head leaning against his shoulders, how could she not feel shy?
"Smile~" Dylan said, holding down on the button to take multiple photos at once. When Sherry was off guard and still smiling for the camera, he leaned in and kissed her on the cheek. The sight of Sherry freezing, blushing from realisation and grinning with affection were all captured by the camera.
"That's not fair, you keep making sneak attacks." Sherry pouted.
Dylan laughed, "Then you can attack me back."
"You think I don't dare?" Sherry huffed. "Who was the one who went red just because I kissed you on the cheek?"
"You also went red." Dylan refuted.
"You were extra red!" Sherry childishly argued.
Dylan hummed happily and pecked Sherry on the cheek again.
"You kissed me again!" Sherry yelled but she was clearly happy about it.
"That was for the photo, this is because I wanted to."
"!@#%$%#" Sherry couldn't say anything in return. "I, I'll like to see how shameless you look on screen."
Sherry took her phone out and took a photo of Dylan, however rather than the shameless man she spoke of, she took a photo of a handsome man. His eyes gazed at her with warmth, lips curved with mirth and side profile gentle and charming without a rival.
"Do I look very shameless?" Dylan asked, amused.
Sherry hid her phone and nodded. "Very much so, so much that I can't show you."
…She secretly made it her wallpaper later that day. Even when Dylan left and went back home to be Janine and Charlotte's slave, she would gaze at her screen longingly and look on with a red face at his handsome face.
Dylan on the other hand merely posted the photos online, the photo of Sherry making a peace sign and him smiling beside her, them holding hands, Dylan kissing Sherry on the forehead, Sherry's frozen face, Sherry's red face, Sherry's silly grin and Dylan's triumphant smile. He posted this all in the same post under the caption, 'She became mine for Christmas, and I, hers. I finally chased the love of my life after so long! It's hard to believe that someone so cute is mine.' If this wasn't PDA, what was it?! This was a blatant jab at the single dogs in the world, being forced to eat such dog food!
Dylan should've shown some respect for his fans. He basically had no online presence so other than the initial photos from the zoo that he posted, all they had were the magazines from Katjesty. This little idol had no self-awareness. He left his fans dying for more of his handsome face, only to suddenly shove dog food at their unprepared souls after a long silence.
SweetPie: I knew something was going on between them but I didn't want to find out like this~~~
Lioness: Sad to say but they look so good together!
CupcakeLauren: They're only just dating now?! I thought they were together long ago!
Flower_Crown: Congratulations! Please post more often, even if it is PDA!
HillyPilly: Her face got so red! They're so cute together!
ZoeyCutie: Gahhhh! That smile, oof, it just killed me, why do you have to be taken!!!
The majority of the comments were about the PDA and how attractive this couple were. Most fans supported their relationship because to the internet, they've always been dating. They even went to the zoo together, no non-couples did that, especially with just two people. Anywho, the ones that didn't support the relationship were the delusional minority that saw Dylan as their boyfriend. Most of Dylan's fans were rather sensible and just wanted him to post more often.
