Kim Di-Hee (A Strong Girl Bong-Soon Fanfic)

What if Do Bong-Soon had a friend that was known to everyone knew but still was unknown to someone? Join this journey of Kim Di-Hee to discover her true love. Or will she be in love with someone she shouldn't be with? ~~ " Bong-Soon-na d-don-don't co-come h-here." Kim Di-Hee said between her sobbing and got kicked by the kidnapper. " DO BONG-SOON, you think if you are strong that means that you will save your best friend. And don't you dare to report it to the police or she dies. " He stopped recording the video and forwarded that to Bong-Soon. ~~ Kim Di-Hee is a very fragile and soft, 27 years old woman. She is smart-minded, sensitive, innocent, and childish. She and Bong-Soon have been best friends since childhood. She had a crush on Bong-Gi since high school but never expressed as Bong-Soon didn't. ** I do not own any of the characters other than Kim Di-Hee. I will not follow the storyline sometimes. I have also made some changes in the storyline to fit the story. I hope you will like this fan fiction.

The Unexpected Friend

*Di-Hee's POV*

"Who is he?"

We all looked at the person holding two cups of coffee in both hands. His eyebrows arched in a questioning manner.

"Ohh. He is my-" Bong-Soon cut my line in between.

"He's her Best Friend." Bravo! What is going on, joke!?

"That's what I was going to say!" I yelled in a whisper. She just shrugged a little so that Guk-Du won't be able to see.

"Hii!" Andrew started, but Guk-Du only looked at me, not listening.

I gave him a sign to look at Andrew, but he was lost somewhere. I looked at Andrew as he gave me a questioning look. I just shrugged and waved my hand at Guk-Du, and he came out of his dreamland.

He took long strides towards us, kept one of the cups on the table, and left without uttering a word. I looked at his back view, confused, and he just left.

"What's with him now?" I asked, irritated by his behaviour and unexplained action.

"Someone seems to be jealous," Bong-Soon stated, her voice beaming with excitement as if she enjoyed it.

"What's there to be jealous? You are making no sense Bongah." I shook my head and looked at her in disbelief.

"No. She is right. You are the one making no sense." Andrew barged, and yet again, I was left confused.

"How do you know?" I asked, and they looked at me as if it was their first time seeing someone asking a question.

"What?" I asked again, and they just looked at each other.

"Do we have to explain?" Andrew asked as if it was the most obvious thing.

"No. I was talking to the ghost behind you people."

"Oh! So let's leave." He stood up from his seat, and his voice filled with sarcasm.

I hit his arm, and he burst out laughing, followed by Bong-Soon. Irritated, I stood up and left those idiots to do whatever they wanted to. I will go and look for my answers on my own.

I strode towards the garden and saw many people with their partners. I suddenly felt alone and single.

Unexpectedly an arm wrapped around my waist, and I looked at the person with wide eyes.

"What? Can't a boyfriend hold his girlfriend by her waist?" Guk-Du stated. WAIT! Did he say, boyfriend?

"Boyfriend?" I let out my curiosity.

"Am I not?"

"Yes."

"Yes?"

"No."

"No?"

"I mean, yes. No. Yes. Urgh!"

"Shh! Let's focus on this cool breeze and enjoy." He seemed amused by the trick he used.

We sat on a bench nearby, and then silence followed. I assumed he was angry, but it was not the case. After a few good minutes of heart-consuming silence, I decided to break the ice.

"Aren't you going to ask?" He looked at me, and I arched my eyebrows.

"About your best friend." It seemed more like a statement than a question, but I still answered.

"Yes."

"Is there something to ask about? Relationships that are meant to be long-lasting are based on trust, aren't they? And I trust you. Do you trust me?"

"Of course, I do trust you."

"So, is there anything to ask?"

"Nope." I sensed someone behind us, and from the corner of my eyes, I saw those two idiots peeking from behind the bushes.

"Come out, both of you." Guk-Du looked at me, confused.

Soon both of them stood in front of us. From Guk-Du's expression, I got to know that he understood.

"Sorry. We shouldn't have done that." They both apologized and bowed.

"Be careful next time won't be forgiven," Guk-Du said, and they replied with Okay.

I was so confused, and they were acting as if something happened.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Nothing to get you concerned, darling." He said, and I could feel my cheeks heat up.

"Well, he that one unexpected friend of yours, isn't he?"

"I guess so."

We talked as we saw them move to their work.

"But what was with that behaviour at the cafe?"

"Nothing, just a misunderstanding."

"You misunderstand a lot."

We talked for the next few hours before it was time for my check-up again.
