Dire economy

With Japan still banning the foreigners from entering Japan, obviously there would be less Japan yen in circulation and at the same time, without the inflow of foreigners to Japan, their economy would soon starts to crumble slowly.

Within one year, Japan economy had been slowly declining while the Japan yen also had been slowly depreciating. This gave the demon lord more pressures to open the border as the people of Japan had also started realizing that their economy were dying off slowly.

One of the big indications that Japan economy might be collapsing would be when one of the longest living snack in Japan had to increase the price in order to earn enough money for survival of the company. The price increased from 10 yen to 12 yen.

While another problem that could impose Japan economy would be the fries crisis in which Mcdonald's could only sold their small fries as they were lacking the potato from foreign country. This crisis shows that Japan were currently struggling with their economy too.

With the crisis going on there would be another crisis if Japan still didn't wanted to opened their border. One of the consequences was that Japan would had a shortage in labor which could impose problems in production of things that need human resources. Usually some of the big companies in Japan does hires foreign workers as it would be much cheaper and much better. However, with the ban going on, most of the foreign workers couldn't be able to enter Japan and some of them had just given up on going to Japan to work.

Sung had seen lots of business owner in Japan complaining about the ban impacting lots of line of business. Also lots of business were also losing money not only because of the virus but also due to the ban. This ban had affected lots and lots of businesses in Japan struggling to save their company.

Sung : With such pressures, I will expect the demon lord will open the border within march since the government will fall if they don't open their border in the near future.

While the whole world were trying to live together with the virus, Japan on other hand ruining their economy and made Japanese businesses and soon Japanese citizen suffers too. It's almost felt like Japan were back to the era where the pandemic just started while the other countries were already trying to live past the virus era.
