Xander POV*

Well, we arrived at our house where we were greeted by Carrera who is currently making a breakfast when she sensed our presence arriving. Luminous was quiet as she just enjoyed the time she embraced me during the ride, Sona didn't complain as she always get that at night. "Carrera, is this dish ready?" I asked as Carrera just shouted Os! "Do you want to eat something first, Luminous?" Luminous thought for a moment before nodding her head, even the most thing she wants right now is to suck my blood, she can't do that immediately.

After that, Luminous just lived with us without caring about whether she was disturbing our nightly activities. Sona and Luminous also had their talk when I wasn't around because when I came back, they were already friendly with each other. I wonder how a woman's mind work.. well that is useless thought, no one could know about a woman's line of thinking. We just watched as Tempest build its foundation to becoming a country, Rimuru already talked with us about them building a country on our land so we just asked 10% of their earnings in exchange.

Rimuru thought about for many days before accepting, it was already far too generous for a demon lord to let someone build a country on her territory. Thankfully the knights didn't disband after hearing that Luminous is God Luminas, they are probably more faithful to Hinata than in Luminous. The woman in question didn't really care about small things as she was more focused on learning more about our daily habits.

Luminous adapted quickly showing just how obsessed she is to getting closer to our level. Just like Sona, I didn't interfere with her training, and I am sure she wouldn't accept it anyway. In this one particular day, while Rimuru was teaching in Engrasia, the Tempest was attacked by Farmus.

Everyone trained hard after their defeat against the holy knights so they pushed the enemies back giving them time to wait for Rimuru who returned without the duel with Hinata as she already deemed them harmless to the surroundings. We just watched the show as Rimuru arrived at Tempest and saw the destruction that hit it. He asked if there are any deaths or anything, and sighed in relief hearing none of them died only injured.

"We're going to have a meeting, Rigurd prepare the conference room" Rimuru said with a rare serious look on his eyes, he couldn't accept something like Farmus invading his land when its still not properly built. Especially when looking at the injured people his rage couldn't be stop by just a simple compensation. The conference room was finally ready as everyone entered it.

Rimuru sat in the middle as he closed his eyes, "Report the damage" he said as Shion did some secretary work for once, even though Rimuru was surprised at that he just ignored it as the time is ticking. After hearing the damage on their structures Rimuru's face crumpled, "How strong is the enemy? Can you fight against them?" Rimuru asked as everyone nodded their heads, "Our abilities are stronger than them, but.." Rimuru gestured Benimaru to continue but Shuna was the one who finished it. "We had to prioritize not killing them, Lord Rimuru" she said as Rimuru gained an understading look.

"I see, I'm sorry you almost died because of my orders.." he said as everyone exclaimed, "No, Rimuru-sama! This is our fault!", "Right! If we are only stronger!", "Don't blame yourself, Rimuru-sama!" Rimuru smiled at their words "Thank you everyone" he said as they returned the smile to him, "Let's start the strategy meeting, I guess I need to tell everyone something first" Rimuru said as they listened carefully. "I am actually a otherworlder" he said while closing his eyes not ready to accept any contempt look on the monsters eyes.

He opened it and saw them just smiling, "We already expected something like that, Rimuru-sama. Don't worry we would never blame you for your kind's mistake, we will make them pay by theirselves" Benimaru said as Rimuru sighed in relief. 'I also need to prepare myself.. this would be my first time killing humans' Rimuru thought before strengthening his will, they talked about what to do as Rimuru assigned everyone to a specific place with the help of Great Sage. They dispersed from the meeting room as Rimuru floated at the sky, he was looking at the reinforcement that arrived from Farmus.

They have been already almost destroyed twice, how could he just sit back and let those greedy pigs conquer his country. They probably heard of their defeat from the holy knights which boosted their confidence in the weak country of Tempest. The evaluation that Great Sage gave made Rimuru feel nauseous, he is finally taking this world seriously while still pursuing his dream of making a place where everyone could be at peace.

"Start the operation" Rimuru muttered as every executives heard it, ""Understood"" they replied they stopped holding back massacring the whole camp in their place, the enemies didn't have time to place a holy barrier as they were in emergency recollecting the army. Seeing everyone already placed on their designated position, Rimuru took a long breathe, this would be his first time killing a human and he doesn't feel good about it. Nontheless he need to do it, how could a country of monsters run when their leader is shrinking when it comes to killing humans.

Rimuru raised his hand before droplets of water appeared and released a small beam that destroyed the enemies, they weren't able to detect the attack as it was almost in the speed of light. Armours deemed useless in this attack as it would only plsce a hole in them slowly Rimuru's kill count increased as his determination was shaken for a bit before getting stronger again. The souls of the dead was automatically gathered to him as Great Sage kept it in.

Great Sage's voice rang as Rimuru immediately used the skill, those who lost their will to fight died immediately as their souls rose from their body and went to Rimuru. Even the strongest magician on Farmus wasn't excluded in the death as he was not lucky enough to avoid it this time. Rimuru made a magic circle on the ground as it lit brightly, one being emerged from the magic circle as it hummed in delight. "Ah! It is an honour to be called by you my lord" The man said as he bowed to Rimuru.

"You.. defend my country in my sleep" Rimuru said as the man simply smiled greatly and nodded his head. "As you wish!" The demon said while bowing his head to Rimuru, Rimuru then fell asleep as the demon took his slime body and brought it in Tempest, he sneered at the people who tried to fight against his master. "Kufufu, I can finally serve him" the demon smiled happily.

Rimuru already knew the process of demonlordification as he already asked Xander and Sona about it. He knew about the gifting so he need a insurance incase someone attack their country during their slumber.

Everyone was alerted by the demon's presence as they took their weapons and raised their guards. "Who are you?!" Shion asked while pointing her large sword towards Noir. "I am a demon summoned by Lord Rimuru, I came here to protect the country in his absence" They tilted their heads at his words, absence? They turned their attention to the hand of Noir and saw their Lord in his slime form. "Rimuru-sama!" They exclaimed before getting close to him wanting to check what is happening to Rimuru.

"Don't worry, Lord Rimuru is just in a middle of an evolution, he is far from harm" Noir said as they relaxed for a bit. "Please place him here" Benimaru said while pointing at the chair that Rigurd took from somewhere. Noir didn't refuse and place Rimuru's body gently as if handling a precious thing. After placing it the world voice suddenly rang alarming the people in the surroundings.

≪Announcement. Individual: Rimuru Tempest, the transformation into Demon Lord "Harvest Festival" shall now commence. Upon its completion, related monsters shall be blessed with a gift≫

"The world's voice..." Hakurou muttered as they just listened carefully.

Woah, his evolution is much detailed than the one Sona has, Noir already made a barrier that stopped the spreading of the news about a new demon lord being awakened but those strong beings that are sensitive to things like this was surprised. Awakened was rare since only 5 exist on this world, those are Guy, Milim, Sona, Luminous, and Dagruel. And now another one was added, the balance in power would surely break.

I wonder how is the emperor of eastern empire right now, he must be having an headache with this new variable on the table. Noir is quite a perceptive one as he noticed Luminous's clarivoyant ability, he also made a barrier that could shield against peeking but it was useless when I was the one who made it. It seems like he also noticed Carrera's presence as he raised an eyebrow in surprise. Carrera smirked before she bombarded his sensing ability with too much mana.

Noir stumbled as his face twitched in annoyance, he couldn't believe that the battle maniac Yellow would become this strong. We watched as Noir chuckled in amusement, as we just stopped the surveilance and went there ourselves. We arrived being received by Noir who is waiting infront of the gate. "Who might you be?" He asked while trying to analyze us as he only got information in strength with Luminous.

I was surprised by that as Noir prefer skill than brute force, I expected him to at least know about Carrera or Sona's level but it seems he was still new to his body. "Friends" I simply said as he smiled, "Then, I welcome you to Tempest" he said as I shook my head, this guy really know how move. If he went hostile to us then he wouldn't be having his head right now as Carrera was already excited about fighting him.

Accepting us would give him advantage and avoid fighting stronger opponents at the same time. He need to be alive in order to serve Rimuru after all, though I doubt if this guy could even die by normal hands in the first place. I think only me could really place an concept of death to this guy as mentioned by Guy that he won't die as he would only respawn back. We went inside Tempest while smiling as I'm sure things would be in disorder after this.
