Chapter 56 Are you alright

Anlan continued with her work pretending not to have seen anything. She didn't want to remember such a blurry sight. If she was told that Xu Yihuan could do such a thing she wasn't going to be surprised but what surprised her was that she could stoop so low to date a man so old and ugly as their manager. She never thought that someone like Xu Yihuan who acted so sophisticated and full of herself since they were young was going to end up like this at least this was the kind of life that fitted her 

Anlan returned to the bar stand to reply to customers demand but instead she met someone else there

"Anlan how are you doing? it's nice to see you here"Xu Yihuan said smiling warmly but all Anlan could see was a venomous lady who was here to save her reputation

"What would you like have"Anlan asked trying not to give her any attention

"Oh Anlan spare me the formalities we're from the same school and class .. you should stop acting so cold"Xu Yihuan said

"It doesn't matter if we attend the same school or not what matters is that I'm at work and you're a customer so let's get quick with this I'm exhausted"Anlan said coldly . Xu Yihuan clenched her fists angrily with gritted teeth she was only acting nice to her to save her reputation until she finds a plan to destroy her for good and here she was acting so full of herself, if there was some other way she wouldn't have been here wasting her precious time on Anlan 

"I know that you're annoyed about what happened at school but I was so angry and enraged about what happened back in secondary school that I couldn't hold it and I had to tell everyone your job as revenge.. I'm sorry forgive me I never knew that it was supposed to be a secret"Xu Yihuan said sadly with regret written all over her face but Anlan knew that all this was just an act, she knew how venomous and dangerous Xu Yihuan was but she was surprised that she still had the guts to say that that detestable act was her job

"Since you don't want anything leave"Anlan said coldly Xu Yihuan knew that she had to leave she was scared of getting caught by any of their school mates here

"Okay I'll leave see you in school tomorrow"Xu Yihuan said and left while Anlan returned to what she was doing

Han Jung laid on the couch staring at the card in her hand she wondered why she had taken the card . If it was actually his there was no way she could find him and return it and if it was important he could have returned for it right? but he didn't she felt like seeing him just one more time

"What are you staring at?"Yaoyao asked popping out of nowhere

"What's that do you have to scare me that much?"Han said sitting up

"Let me see what's that"Yao yao said trying to reach for the card but Han jing hid it behind her

"It's nothing what do you want?"Han Jing asked softly

"Didi I would love to eat noodles"Yaoyao said

"Noodles? but there's none at home"Han Jing

"Then we can just get some from the store"Yaoyao suggested

"It's late and I don't feel like leaving the house"Han Jing replied

"Please I'm begging"Yao yao said faking tiny sobs

"Okay let's go"Han Jing replied

"Yay"Yaoyao exclaimed happily

Han Jing and Yao yao came out of the apartment and just as they were about to leave they met Chengxiao approaching them

"Hey Cheng what's wrong?"Han Jing asked

"I came to check up on Yaoyao"Chengxiao said

"Hey Uncle Cheng Didi wants to get me some noodles"Yao yao exclaimed and ran out

"Wait okay I'll be there soon"Han Jing yelled

"Okay"Yaoyao yelled back and left

"Is there anything else you want to say?"Han jing asked

"Yes it's about Anlan .. I've never seen her act so rude like she did today and I'm worried she spoke differently today"Chengxiao said

"Is that why you're worried maybe she was just worked out she's been stressing herself alot lately and I'm also worried but don't worry I'll find out if there's anything wrong when she returns"Han Jing said

"Okay thanks"Chengxiao said and smiled faintly

"Bye"Han jing waved and left 

Yaoyao spoke endlessly till they got to the store stressing Han Jing out. Han Jing wondered how Anlan usually cope with her 

"Can't you be quiet"Han Jing asked angrily

"No I can't..mum doesn't tell me to keep quiet when I talk but instead she gives me all her ears"Yao yao snapped back bluntly

"What a spoilt brat"Han Jing said

"I'm not a spoilt brat I'm I?"Yao yao asked

"Of course you are"Han Jing replied and laughed

"No I'm not you are"Yao yao stucked her tongue out and ran out

"Hey don't run"Han Jing said running after her but she bumped into someone and was about trip but she felt strong arms around her waist stopping her from getting to the ground

She opened her eyes to see the pair of eyes that she had been longing to see , the same perfect black eyes that stole her heart

"Are you okay?"Xio Sheng asked bringing her back to reality

"Y-es I am"Han Jing replied and smiled she was happy that he was better

"Okay then "Xio Sheng smiled and left while Han Jing stood blushing profusely she was happy that her wish was answered

"The card"Han Jing said and turned to return it to him but he had already gotten into the car

"Hey wait"She yelled running to the car but she was late the car drove out

"Oh how did I forget maybe it's fate wanting to bring us back together"Han Jing muttered to herself and smiled

"Boom what are you thinking of"Yao yao yelled from behind

"Silly girl I said you shouldn't do that anymore"Han Jing scolded and held her arm as they both walked into the store
