Six soldiers replied to the captain, tears were all over their faces and their voice was very sad, like they were about to die.

There had originally came with more than 30 people but only 6 people made it to this point.

On davids side, he was killing zombies over and over again, the blood was so much that you would not be able to find a part with no blood.

The fighting had been going on for hours and even with his strength, speed and stamina, david was already spent.

The machete had already been thrown and all that was left was the fiend blade.

David was bitten by another zombie, and his fear of turning into a zombie had already been quelled.

Suddenly, a high pitched screech reverberated across the whole battlefield.

This zombie was ripped and very handsome, but with the bite marks and blood on his face, it just diminished the overall handsomeness.

This was the most awkward insult but the only one david could think of now.

The moment the two of them face, david finds himself overpowered, this was a difference in strength.

He had already been fighting for hours and now with this zombie attacking him, it was already amazing that he didn't fall down.

David moves backwards and then enters a fighting stance, with the fiend blade in his bloody hands, david looks at the zombie with a serious look.

"How do you feel, after I'm done with you, I will kill and devour the rest of those your friends. "

The zombie smiled maliciously, this was not a strategy or scheme, just what he wants to do.

David starts clenching the blade, he was not really bothered about the zombie killing the rest of the people.

Even with the blade absorbing most of the force, david was on the ground. Some blood leaked out of the side of his mouth and he couldn't really stand properly.

Wobbling as he stands, david with all of his strength straightened himself.

Charging at him again, david shoots out the blade and cuts across the enemy in front of him.

The blade cuts through the air as it heads for the zombie.

Looking at the blade coming at him, a feeling of death overwhelms him, as he realized that this blade could kill him.

Trying to dodge the attack, he was not fully successful as his hands came into contact with the sharp edge of the blade.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. "

There was an indescribable feeling of pain going through his mind right now, his whole hand had been sliced off and was just on the ground.

Not giving him a chance to recover, david followed that strike with another attack.

Not having any time to dodge, he could only put his other hand to try and prevent it from destroying his head.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. "

And there goes his final hand, davids attack didn't lose momentum and he just carried it back up and attacked again.

This time he still went for his head, a vicious attack with no way to dodge.

"Nooooo... "

This was his last words before it's head was on the ground and was looking at david.

After killing him, the system reminder of his level up show up, and with that the pain of the level up appears.

David starts screaming.

This pain was less than before, but it was still too painful.

The zombies unexpectedly start moving back from the place, it was as though there was a unspeakable terror in the place.

David was still suffering and did not notice any of this, his eyes were red and blood was coming out of his body.

This lasts for a while before he faints, even with this, his body was still shaking.

The captain didn't know what was going on, but he decided to leave the place.

Going to carry david, the captain sees a weird crystal in the zombies head.

Regardless of what it was, he makes them carry the body and then picking up david, he takes him to the group.

The david gives his command and then taking things from davids vehicle, they find the dog who runs to find david.

Seeing it's master shaking and full of blood, it attacks them until peter suppressed it and then they put it in the truck.

And like that, they set their journey back.
