Tartarus

(A/N: I feel like [Sludge manipulation] sounds better than [Sludge Augmentation] so I guess I will be changing that)

As soon as Kido entered his apartment, he started to pack his costume and sword into a duffel bag.

{What are you doing?} asked Dämon, still curious about what Kido said earlier.

<Will you ever shut up, you'll find out once I get there> replied Kido, with annoyance evident in his voice at Dämon's persistent questions. Before slinging the duffel bag over his shoulder, and leaving the apartment.

Kido took several trains to get nearer to his location, but he was forced to walk the rest of the way. As he got closer to his target location, large lights could be seen being shone into the air.

A massive steel prison built on a equally sized island of metal, flatted on the sea, connected to the mainland by a mile long steel bridge.

The prison which house the most dangerous and notorious villains in Japan.

Tartarus.

Kido blended into the forests opposite the bridge, and put on his Perchta costume, buring his duffel bag in the dirt to reduce the amount of trance back to him.

{So what are you doing at one of the most high-security prison in Japan?} asked Dämon as he saw the landscape of technology from Kido's eyes.

<we're here to fuck shit up real good> responded Kido, as he slowly made his way to entry of the mile-long steel bridge.

"Excuse me sir, no civilians are allowed here, with no prior authorisation" said a soldier as he witnessed Kido emerge from the forest.

Despite the soldier's words Kido continued to walk towards the bridge.

"SIR, I WILL NOT ASK AGAIN, LEAVE THE PREMISES OR WE WILL FIRE OUR WEAPONS!" shouted the solider as Kido continued to advance on their position.

"ON THE COUNT OF 5, WE WILL OPEN FIRE, IF YOU DO NOT STOP!" shouted the solider, raising his weapon to point it at Kido before signalling his partner to do the same.

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

The soldiers started to fire live ammunition in the direction of Kido. But it was no use, as Kido dodged the bullets using [Sludge Augmentation], as he advanced on the soldiers position.

Slicing their stomach open, with his trusty sword, as organs and blood splatted on the cold concrete floor.

Kido continued to run towards the Bronze gates, which separated Japan's worst criminals and the common people. Often nicknamed the Gate to Hell by the guards who worked there.

Running the mile long bridge in under 3 seconds, before pausing as a hero called him out, before he could reach the gate.

"STOP RIGHT THERE!" shouted the hero with six arms, as he appear in front of Kido.

"what? why would I?" replied Kido as he continued to run towards the gate behind the hero.

Out of nowhere, another hero comes and punched Kido to the ground, but what the hero did not expect was that the Kido would be unscathed.

Kido just before the punch connected with his face built a bubble out of sludge which incase his whole body. The bubble of sludge absorbed all the damage from the punch, resulting in no damages to Kido.

"Well thats pretty rude way to treat a guest" said Kido as he the bubble of sludge receded and he stood up.

"Well I think that this is an appropriate way to treat a villain" replied 10-arms as he approached Kido.

"Fair enough" said Kido as he went into a running pose and pushed of the ground using [Sludge Manipulation], destroying the concrete under his feet.

Taking out his bloodied sword, and swing downwards at 10-arms, unsurprisingly, 10-arms used 4 of his arms to block the sword, and 4 other ones to throw a barrage of punches at Kido's body.

Kido managed to swing his body to the left, to dodge most of the punches coming towards him, as a left hook hit him in his abdomen, making Kido fly to the right as a mixture of spit and blood flew out of his mouth. Causing Kido to tumble against the concrete floor, until he managed to slow his tumble down to a halt.

<This guy is pretty strong> thought Kido as he picked himself up.

{Well duh, their the guard of Tartarus one of the most secure prisons in the world} interjected Dämon, as he questioned Kido's mental capacity.

<Man, fuck this>

Kido took his sword and pushed off the ground, launching himself at 10-arms, causing 10-arms to block as he had thought that Kido would swing his sword once again. However, Kido slightly change his trajectory at the last minute, with his sword, forcing him to leave his sword behind. And aimed at his remaining arm behind him.

Kido shot towards 10-arms arms behind him, grabbing onto 2 of the arms, using [Sludge Manipulation] to increase the power in his arm to 65%. Giving 10-arms no time to react, Kido ripped out the two arms from his back, cause massive amounts of blood to gush out of the wound. Causing 10-arms to pass out on the ground, due to the pain he was feeling.

6-arms who was watching on the side lines started to run towards Kido with anger, as he watched his fellow guard had his arms ripped out, and was bleeding out in a pool of his own blood.

"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY BROTHER!" shouted 6-arms in his fit of anger.

"Oh your bothers?!" said Kido with a surprise in voice.

"Sorry about that, I guess I'm going to have to send your brother ahead of you into the a̸̢̡̧̳̱̭̻̤̯͚̜̦̜͛͛̊̓͐̿̏́͐̓̀͝͠f̷̟̟͖͙̐̊̐̂͋͠͠t̷̡͖̝̰̰̬̤̣̩̜͙̠̠̭̀͊̓̄̓̏̓̿͠e̸̛̛̜̤̞̦̙̠̞̩̪͓̯͈͔̲͂̈́̊̅r̵̼̪̼͚̞̃̈́̓͘͜ͅl̶̝̦̭͕̹̏̔͊̇̋̂į̷̢̨̤̮̱͚̙͍̥̳̟̩̎̈́̐̉̾̄͌̇̉̏̌͠f̶ę̷͓̦̳̭̎̑͊̕̚ͅ ̴̗̊̑̈̀͊͂͐͗̚͘̚͝͝͠" continued Kido as he grabbed 10-arms head, and twisted it 180°, killing him painlessly. Blood drooling out of his mouth, as the light in his eye faded out.

6-arms who was running towards his brother, fell to his knees as if all his life came crashing down.

Kido took this as an opportunity to go for the kill, and sprinted towards 6-arms, in his moment of vulnerability. As he watched his brother's dying face surface on Kido's blood-red torso, his anger flared up.

Kido ran behind 6-arms in order to snap his neck, just as he did with his brother.

*SNAP*

Kido with a satisfied grin, as he heard the breaking of 6-arm's neck.

"wah!" said Kido, as he backed off from 6-arms, he realised that 6-arms had moved his 2 arms to cover his neck. Causing Kido to grab onto his arms, and snap them in a gory way, 6-arms forearms were bend at a 90° angle. Causing blood to flow out of the openings in his arms.

"I̶̢̢̡̨̳̜̞̮̰̗̟̯̪͚̯̫̠̣͈̝̜̫̼̓́͘͜'̵̃L̶̻̫͉͚͇͚̼̳̤͒͜ͅL̶̛̜̦͓̹̭̓͊̂̈́̋̉ ̵͍̝͓̼̈͑̀̈́̓͊͐͗K̵̡̡̧͉͉̬̓͑͌̾̉̒́̽̃͊́͛̚ͅͅI̴͓͑̊́̀́̓̕͝Ļ̷̡͍̝̬̦̱͓̤̫̘̆͒͛L̶̛̥̄̄̈͌̀̏̍͂̐͘̚ ̸̧̡̧̗̭̱̺̭͍̫͚̦͔̙͍̪̘̹̈́̍́̒̑̍͑͠Y̵̨̨̝̳̗̣̭̞̠͈͔̼̤͇̜̞̪̣̫̲̝͙̮̌͒͋̉͂̀̄͛̏̐̀͑̀̅͋͛̕͠ͅȮ̸̩̈́̆́̎̃̊͒̔̓̕͝Ü̸͓̪̞̪͚̻͊̌̕ " declared 6-arms with suffocating bloodlust, as he walk towards Kido, with tears and blood continuously flowing down his face and arms.

Despite the immense pain that he was feel from his broken arms, 6-arms continued to walk towards Kido to try to kill him, with the last of his four fully functioning arms.

6-arms started to increase his speed to a sprint, as he closed in to Kido, getting ready to throw some punches. 6-arms shoes pattered against the cold concrete, before he jumped high into the air and extended two of his arms at Kido's location.

Kido made a barrier of sludge to protect him from the incoming punches, soon enough the punches connected with the sludge barrier.

*BOOM* *SWOOSH*

Kido's sludge barrier could not absorb all the kinetic energy from the punch, creating a loud explosion of compressed air.

<When did this fucker get this much power, I swear that he's supposed to have less power than his dead brother considering that he has four less arm that him> thought Kido, as astonishment washed over his face.

{Anger is a feeling, which can cause people to break pass their limits, just like} responded Dämon, as he explained Kido astonishment to 6-arms increase in power.

<I don't care.> interject Kido with annoyance, as Dämon was about to explain his own experience before being shut down by Kido.

Kido conversation was cut short, by 6-arms as he continued to use the sprint and jump tactic on Kido, not bothering to change his fighting tactic.

This didn't last long, as Kido adapted and threw a left hook at 6-arms, causing him to fly to the right and embrace the bronze gate.

The left-side of his body caved in, destroying his most of his internal organs, 6-arms started to cough blood but he continued to mumble something. Kido walked towards the dying man, and picked him up by his head as 6-arm's legs swayed in the air, trying to hear what he was mumbling about more clearly.

"i'll kill you, i'll kill you, i'll kill you" mumbled 6-arms in a hoarse voice, as Kido put his ear up to 6-arm's mouth.

"....ha"

"..hahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHaaaa" laughed and sighed Kido at 6-arms empty threats, before his face turned serious.

"The audacity of people in this world" said Kido with subtle anger surfacing in his voice, before grabbing 6-arm's head with both of his hands, and applied massive amount of pressure. Causing his head to explode with a satisfying pop, like a balloon with too much air.

*POP*

Brain matter and piece of 6-arm's skull flew in all directions, causing Kido to have some on his costume.

The other guards who were, silently cheering for the hero's to win, watched as both the top guards of Tartarus were brutally killed.

It would take while for reinforcements to reach here, the guards were there to stall the villains until reinforcements arrived. But they barely lasted an hour with the demon in front of them, as the said villain turned his gaze towards them and the bronze gate, with a sinister smile.

Kido picked up his sword from the ground, and then used [Sludge Manipulation] to increase the amount of power in his arms.

He ran towards the bronze gate, the same smile still etched onto his face.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Kido had to throw a couple of punches until the bronze gate's hinges couldn't handle the power and the started to fall over.

After the gate fell over, Kido started to run toward the prison to find the control room, before the reinforcements arrived.

However, the remaining guards solidified their resolve and aimed their weapons towards Kido and fired.

*BANG* *BANG*

"Haaa You should have left me alone" said Kido as he sighed, with disappointment towards the guards.

Dodging the bullets with ease, Kido then proceeded to cleanly sliced them in half, leaving the ground littered with corpses and continued his journey of finding the control room.
