Chapter 12 :Zombies are coming, a familiar plot!

Without the protection of the energy barrier, the thug's body was completely engulfed by the energy wave, leaving nothing but fragments that were soon obliterated.

The massive explosion not only obliterated the thug but also destroyed the outermost layer of the barrier.

As everyone regained their senses, they were left stunned by the sight of the crater and the swirling dust.

Their gazes towards Vegeta were filled with fear.

With the barrier gone, Vegeta's view became clearer.

Perhaps due to the remote location, the energy shield muffling the final explosion sound, and it being class time, the disturbance caused by Vegeta didn't attract much attention.

However, Vegeta noticed something peculiar happening in the distance.

A man, emitting a strange aura and looking sickly, was repeatedly slamming himself against the school's iron gate.

The noise from the man's actions soon drew the attention of a few teachers and maintenance workers.

The four of them immediately approached to stop him.

"Who are you? Stop causing trouble!" The lead teacher, a stern-looking woman, adjusted her glasses with her index finger, her expression serious.

"Leave it to me, Ms. Lin," said a male gym teacher, rolling up his sleeves, ready to impress his admired colleague.

The gym teacher grabbed the man and slammed him against the gate with impressive strength.

"Wait, Mr. Shota, using violence..." The female teacher began to protest.

But before anyone could react, the man suddenly bit down hard on the gym teacher's exposed arm.

Blood gushed out, and the gym teacher let out a pained cry, pulling back his injured arm and writhing on the ground in agony.

"The bleeding won't stop!" In just a few seconds, the gym teacher uttered his last words before going still, lifeless.

"He's... dead?" The other male teacher's face was filled with horror.

"How could this happen from such a small wound?" The female teacher was equally shocked, unable to believe her eyes. They were so stunned that they forgot to call for help.

But soon, the gym teacher's body twitched, and he opened his lifeless eyes, blood seeping from them.

"Mr. Shota, are you alright? Thank goodness!" The female teacher sighed in relief when she saw him move.

However, her relief turned to terror as the gym teacher grabbed her and bit down on her neck without hesitation.

"Aah!" Her scream echoed through the empty school.

The other teacher and the maintenance worker were paralyzed with fear, unable to help.

Vegeta watched in surprise, finding the scene oddly familiar.

Quickly scanning the area, Vegeta realized they were at a private school, Cedar Ridge Academy.

Connecting this to the information about the dungeon, Apocalypse Record, Vegeta's lips curled into a slight smile.

"Master, what's happening?" Unlike Vegeta, the others couldn't see the chaos at the gate and were unaware of Vegeta's newfound understanding of their situation. His sudden smile puzzled them.

"Nothing much. Alright, tell me everything you know about the reincarnation space," Vegeta said to Richard.

Now that he understood the dungeon's situation and the threat of the zombies, Vegeta felt a sense of calm. He had ten days to figure things out, and he would use that time wisely.

"Yes, master," Richard replied, correcting his address after seeing Vegeta's display of power. Any thoughts of rebellion vanished, replaced by gratitude and excitement at serving such a powerful leader.
