Chapter 50 : Kakashi's Chidori

"Fire Art escape fireball!" Kakashi swiftly formed a seal, releasing a massive fireball from his mouth that struck the wooden clone attacking him earlier. Following this, Kakashi's handprint shifted again, and he declared, "Shadow clone jutsu!" Instantly, two shadow clones materialized beside him. Each clone targeted a wood clone that had injured an Anbu member.

Utilizing the body flicker technique, Kakashi swiftly moved between the Anbu members and Uchiha Natsu's wooden clone. "Chidori!" Kakashi's shadow clone completed the Chidori seal simultaneously with the instant body technique, generating blue electric light in his right hand. Accompanied by birdsong, the Chidori pierced directly into the chest of Uchiha Natsuki's wooden Clone.

In response, Uchiha Natsu's wooden clone quickly severed the wooden stick in its hand and executed a substitution technique to evade Kakashi's attack. The situation mirrored on both sides, but Kakashi's main body identified the wooden clone that had previously assaulted him.

"Kai, you go and deal with the remaining one; be careful!" Kakashi instructed the uninjured Anbu members while forming seals. By the time he reached Uchiha Natsu's clone with the instant body technique, Kakashi had completed his seals.

"Chidori!" With a powerful shout, he activated his Sharingan to the fullest, and thunder and lightning crackled in his hand, striking Uchiha Natsuki's avatar directly in the heart. When not using the Sharingan, this technique was known as Chidori and had several drawbacks. However, Kakashi's main body, equipped with Sharingan, had perfected the technique.

Uchiha Natsu's wooden avatar narrowed its eyes and raised its right hand, causing the wooden stick to elongate. Kakashi, seemingly predicting this, evaded the attack by shortening his stature before the wooden stick extended fully. The two passed each other, giving the appearance that Uchiha Natsu's wooden Clone had missed the strike. However, this was the power of Sharingan, providing unparalleled insight and predicting the opponent's movements based on subtle cues.

Although Kakashi couldn't utilize the full extent of the Sharingan's power, his opened Sharingan exhibited a Mangekyou, making it several times stronger than an ordinary Sharingan. Uchiha Natsu found himself in a challenging situation, as Kakashi's enhanced Sharingan gave him a significant advantage over the wooden clone.

Unable to use Sharingan for the main body without risking detection, Uchiha Natsu's strategy shifted. He opted to conserve the main body's chakra, allowing the wooden clone to engage in prolonged combat, utilizing its remaining chakra effectively.

"Crack!" Kakashi, wielding chidori, aimed to penetrate Uchiha Natsuki's clone's chest. However, the wooden avatar executed an instant substitution technique just as Kakashi's blow was about to land.

Anticipating the move, Kakashi immediately changed direction, employing a teleportation technique and disappearing from his original spot. Uchiha Natsuki's clone was left exposed, raising its right hand to the air.

"Wood escape, the art of the great forest!" Wooden sticks rapidly extended from the hand, forming a ring around Uchiha Natsu's wooden clone. Simultaneously, Kakashi's Chidori bombarded the wooden sticks, cracking them. Kakashi broke through the protection of the Great Forest technique, attacking Uchiha Natsu's wooden Clone with Raikiri.

After briefly resisting Kakashi with the Great Forest technique, Uchiha Natsu's wooden clone retreated quickly, merging into the surrounding wooden bars. The wooden strips tightened, entangling Kakashi within them.

"Sharingan, proficient in ninjutsu, he is difficult to deal with," Uchiha Natsu thought to himself. Reflecting on the short confrontation, he acknowledged the power of Sharingan when combined with advanced ninjutsu.

Observing Kakashi's exhaustion after severing a giant tree with Chidori, Uchiha Natsu's Clone saw through the main body's perspective that Kakashi was entangled by the wooden strips.

With a quick decision, the wooden clone leaned toward a nearby big tree, forming a seal. Just as Kakashi was about to strike the giant tree with Chidori, the wooden clone merged into the tree.

"Chidori!" Kakashi's attack severed the giant tree, causing it to fall. As the fallen tree exposed Uchiha Natsuki's clone on another tree trunk, Kakashi's gaze turned to the wooden cage made with the technique of the Great Forest.

However, to Kakashi's surprise, the entangled form within the wooden bars turned into a puff of smoke.

"Shadow clone..." Uchiha Natsu's wooden clone realized that Kakashi had replaced himself with a shadow clone during the confrontation. The Sharingan's exceptional insight had likely provided Kakashi with the opportunity during their blinking technique.

As Kakashi panted heavily, Uchiha Natsu's wooden clone, combining Sharingan proficiency with advanced ninjutsu, acknowledged the challenge posed by such a formidable opponent.
