The hunt

Following the trail for about an hour North she comes across a burrow, a lot of burrows. "Rabbits?" Sarah question dubiously while staring at the amount of burrows here. Waiting in the bushes patiently waiting for her prey to come out before striking when their guard is down.

~Two hours later~

"What the hell is taking so long for them to come out?" she asked as if expecting someone to answer her.

~Ten minutes Later~

*Shuffle*

"Finally" Sarah rolled her eyes at the sight of a rabbit coming out. What she didn't expect was the seemingly endless amount of rabbits coming from the burrows as if there was no end to them. After waiting for a couple seconds to pass Sarah is still watching with her jaw dropped as rabbits came out of the burrows. "What the hell? I know they are good at increasing their population but never to this extent, especially in the wild" she rambled on forgetting that they may be similar to the rabbits they are intrinsically different from one another. Another second passed and new rabbits finally stopped exiting from the burrows coming to a count of seventy rabbits. One half split off and headed East while the other went West. Stalking the group that went East carefully she followed them as they went towards a patch of the forest that had a large pond created from rain and a few sparse berry bushes that were either close together or separated by quite a distance, there were three groups of bushes that had two or three bushes together and the rest were twenty to twenty five metres away from the main groups. Staring at the rabbits feeding spot she formulated a plan of attacking the rabbits that ate at the remote bushes.

With her plan of attack laid out in her head she moves to the remote bushes slowly creeping towards the back of a group of four rabbits. Ten Metres. Nine Metres. Eight Metres. Seven Metres. Six Metres.

When Sarah got within six metres of the rabbits she suddenly got a notification.

"Congratulation: You have learnt the skill Stealth

Stealth- Level 1: Noise made when moving reduced by ten percent.

Checking out the skill she had just received Sarah quickly pounced towards the rabbits and swiped both her paws inwards crushing the four rabbits heads into mush and pulp.

Quickly dragging their corpses into the bush she instantly digs into them.

Annoyed by the onset of notifications bursting in her head she silently complains "Can't they just collate them all together instead of incessantly bugging me with repeated notifications".

"Confirmation: Do you wish to confirm your wish of collation of points instead of individual notification?"

"Yes, confirm" Pleased by the fact she could actually do that instead she didn't hesitate to confirm the selection.

"Notification: Experience points and Evolution points will now be collated"

Moving on from that episode she warily pokes her head out to check on the other rabbits and can see they are still moving about like normal not noticing the events that just took place. Circling over to the next remote bush Sarah is now behind five rabbits stealthily closing in on them just like the group before. This time Sarah decided to get closer by an extra metre which granted her another level on stealth.

"Congratulation: Stealth has leveled up"

Stealth - Level 2: Noise made when moving is reduced by twenty percent.

Pouncing as the notification sounded Sarah repeated the actions as before only this time she got up close to the middle rabbit before clamping down mercilessly with her teeth on its throat. The rabbit was caught in a panic and couldn't move as it's life slowly leaked as its blood leaked from the gaping holes in its throat left from her teeth. Pulling them into the bush yet again, she quickly feated on the rabbits to get the evolution points.

"5 Evolution points gained"

"Huh, this time it didn't say 'from consuming a food souce'. Oh well that saves me time anyway" she thought before immediately throwing the incident to the back of her head. Sarah repeated the lone bush tactic three more times and killed eleven more rabbits. During her killing Stealth Attack levelled up to Level 2 which boosts attacks by twenty percent and Stealth also levelled up to Level 3 which reduces noise made when moving by thirty percent.

Finishing her feast on her eleventh rabbit, her notifications came in.

"1190 Experience points gained"

"Level Progress: 200/1650

"Congratulations: You are now Level 2"

"Notification: Would you like the attribute points gained from leveling up to be automatic or manual? (Note: Automatic placement will automatically invest in your lowest stat)

"I would like to manually place my attribute points" Sarah said

"Final Confirmation: You would like to manually place attribute points henceforth?"

"Yes" She confirmed her answer

Now that she had finished her plan she decided to back out and go back home after clearing the rabbits bodies up not leaving any evidence of the murders that went on so they wouldn't change their feeding spot which in turn means that Sarah now has a stable hunting spot.

~One hour later~

Sarah had just gotten back from her hunting trip and noticed that the sun was now hitting the horizon alowly submerging beckoning the night to come forth. Going through the usual process of getting in the cave she had made, she is now laying down on the ground ready to invest her points. "Place 2 Attribute points to Agility" she said after thinking about the type of wolf/warrior she would be. She would be a warrior aiming for the pinacle of speed, although that wouldn't stop her learning other things like spells for her affinities.

"Confirmation: You would like to place 2 Attribute points to Agility?"

"Confirm" Sarah stated

Laying down she checked her status before going to sleep again, the evolutions were to wait for tomorrow.
