"Rawr!" A giant red dog could be seen running on the streets of Shanghai, and from the looks of it, he was the prey.

Behind the dog, only a blur could be seen coming at him with incredible speed.

It was precisely Bai Shen.

"Come here, you big dog. Allow me to cut you to pieces!" Raising his hand forward, Bai Shen decisively used Fireball against the mutant dog.

Boom! Finding its target, the Fireball exploded upon touching the red dog, causing it to roar in pain.

Taking advantage of the moment, Bai Shen caught up with the mutant dog and slashed down at him.

'Steal,' muttered Bai Shen.

Wind Arrow: Allows the User to conjure one arrow using 0.1 Mana. Unlocks Mana Attribute.

'This is perfect for Li Meixue! I can give it to her when I go back to the Territory.' Bai Shen smiled thinking of how happy Meixue would be.

He knew that she also wanted a skill, especially after seeing what his Fireball was capable of.

"This looks good. I truly wonder if attributes have a maximum limit that couldn't be surpassed."

"Not only did my attributes increase, but it seems I was right; putting 10 points into Luck to bring it to 3 really made me receive more attribute points."

"I also received those two items and a skill. And surprisingly enough, they were both from mutant beasts or animals."

This made Bai Shen frown a bit. After asking Zhong Guo about his item, the giant broadsword, the latter said that he received it from a zombie.

But Bai Shen didn't receive a single item from a zombie yet, only from mutants.

'Could it be that the drop rate is too small? I can't figure it out.' Eliminating his previous thoughts, Bai Shen picked up the skill and stored it in his Inventory.

He wanted to strengthen his team by any means. And what other way than gifting some items and skills?

He was plenty strong yet, so he could gift Fatty the Basic Gloves; the Basic Sword will go to Ruoxi, and the new Wind Arrows Skill to Meixue.

'This way, they should be a bit safer even if I'm not there.'

Feeling happy that he had such gains, Bai Shen also completed the 2nd Quest a few more times, four more times to be precise.

Well, he only needed one more to finish it before he left the mansion, but still, to kill over 60 zombies in three hours, and a few mutants; was an achievement by itself.

There were probably few people who could solo a mutant beast or animal at this point.

Bai Shen could easily do it without breaking a sweat, but this was all because of his unparalleled Talent, Steal.

'Speaking of Steal, since the Apocalypse began, Prediction was deathly quiet. It doesn't make any sense.'

'This should be around the time it usually hit me, but now... There's nothing. Also, my experience bonus has less than two days before it expires.'

Making up his mind, Bai Shen decided to return back to his Territory. There were already a few new changes that seemed to have happened while he was missing.

First of all, the first Quest was successfully completed. Most probably because he promoted Li Meixue and Lin Ruoxi as Vice Leaders; thus, giving them free access to add people to White Light, without asking for permission from him.

Quest 1: Have 100 members. 23/100 Reward: 1000 Experience and Coins.

Treasury: 2388 Coins

Since Bai Shen also completed a few Quests by himself, he received 800 coins only from that, not to mention the few coins received for every zombie.

Making his way back, Bai Shen couldn't help but wonder what kind of people joined his White Light Territory.

Since he was the Leader of the Territory, he had access to some confidential data; such as their names and age.

Seeing that there were various ages showing up, from as young as 9 years old, to even 65 years old, Bai Shen was a bit taken aback.

'It seems I would really have to rush back; I wonder where those people came from.'

A few minutes later, and another few zombies killed, Bai Shen finally got back to his Territory, once again having that feeling of expansion.

This was because the Territory truly expanded, since it got enough experience to level up.

Much to Bai Shen's surprise, the Commands block was finally unlocked; he could now use the War, Alliance, or Trade sections.

First tapping on Trade, a screen of light appeared in front of him.

"Trade Members would let me gift coins to someone, or receive them."

"Territory Trade could also be used two ways, between members and Territory; heck, I could even donate my Treasury to people now."

"The Alliance Trade is supposed to grant us the privilege of exchanging resources or coins with another Territory, or their members."

"It's a pity that the World Trade is locked for now. I was really curious about that one."

Checking out the Alliance Section, Bai Shen saw that it had a (+) after it, allowing him to request another Territory to enter into an Alliance with his own.

Same as with the Alliance Section, the War Section also had a (+), but nothing else. He probably needed to start a War before seeing the complete details.

Close to entering the mansion, Bai Shen was very tired. Despite his huge improvements, especially his Physique, he still got tired.

A good sleep would work wonders on him now, but before that...

"I'm glad to finally meet you guys. I received the notifications and rushed back as fast as I could."

Said Bai Shen towards the supposed leader of the group of 14 people who joined White Light.

"I'm glad to meet you, Leader Shen. I heard a lot about you from Miss Xiu and the others." The man smiled back as he politely greeted Bai Shen.

His name was Tang Ren, and he was a member of the first group that joined Bai Shen, the first of many.
