Lost!
Cinderella had never traveled far on her own, so she had no idea how to get back.
She had taken a carriage to get here, and the journey was long enough that she'd forgotten the way home.
Looking around at the unfamiliar surroundings and feeling the eerie silence all around her, Cinderella began to regret her hasty departure.
If she had taken a map, she might have been able to navigate her way back.
Now, here she was in the wilderness, in the early hours of the morning, completely directionless.
She looked around at the shadowy landscape, as ominous as a ravenous arcane beast waiting to devour her.
Every path seemed like it could lead her home, yet at the same time, none of them seemed right. Her vision began to blur, and a feeling of panic crept in.
But then, an idea sparked in her mind. She lifted her gaze to the starry sky, where stars glittered like fireflies.
