15. Stark Expo is Launched

No one's Pov.

Rhodey on radio: "Edwards Tower, this is the Lieutenant colonel James Rhodes, Inbound from 3 miles east at 5000 feet."

A black and silver, and red and gold suit, flew By the watchtower shaking it like crazy, and as they slow down and made their descent, everyone on base looked up and at them in awe.

Tony pov.

As we landed I swear the whole base swarmed around us to see the suits.

Rhodey: "Major." - "These look amazing. You did a amazing job Mr. Stark, I love your new suit as well."

"Thanks. I felt it was time for a change."

General: "Look at this. I didn't expect to see it so soon."

"Well. I try to be a over achiever. By your reaction I'll take it as you love it." - "Definitely. I don't know how I can't. I can't wait to see the boys upstairs reaction. What can this baby do."

"Let's say it's earned it's name. To name the obvious. It has a six barrel mini gun. Worst mounted submachine guns. The shoulder blades pop up to release a aray of missiles. Oh, and on the tops of the hands it has miniatureized sonic cannons." - "Impressive. How well can you control it son?"

Rhodey: "I've been practicing all day, so give me a few days to get my legs and I'll be mission ready." - "That's what I like to hear."

"Yes. With the help of Mommy, he'll have it under control in no time." - "Mommy?"

Rhodey: "That's AI he put in the suit, sir. Tony thinks he's funny."

The general started to laugh. "I get it, and I like it. Because when the enemy sees you, they'll be calling for there Mommy. Good one." - "Thank you. I thought it fit. If you don't mind, I'd like him to learn to use the suit back at my place so I can do any adjustments when he finds them right there. Then he's free to do whatever." - "I don't see a problem in that." - "Good. I just wanted to bring it by to show you what I'm making." - "I'm glad you did. I definitely like what I see. I can't wait to see it in action." - "If that's all then I'll be on my way. I have places to be." - "Of course. It's a pleasure to meet you as always."

I looked at Rhodes. "Drop that back off at my house later. I have a place to be." - "See you later then."

I took off and over towards New York to look at what I need to actually change on the old expo grounds.

It hasn't been used in years and I know it will most likely need updated and changed many ways.

I need my projectors all over the place, probably new wiring, run them for all the new displays, I want presents and show the world.

4 months later. Back room of Stark Expo.

"How's the two most lovely ladies in the world doing."

Jessi: "I'm doing great. But a little nervous. I've Never been in Front of this many people."

Pepper: "There's nothing to be nervous about. Remember, imagine them all wearing tutus."

"I like that one. I've never thought of that. Remember your going out to. And in your suit." - "I know. I know. But why am I announcing myself as Rescue again?" - "Because people are bound to see you eventually, you might as well get ahead of it."

We all can hear the music start to play so that's my cue to leave.

Pepper: "Have fun." - "Oh of course."

Jessi: "Don't freeze." - "Look in a mirror, little one."

A blue circle appeared under me and I fell through, and started to free fall from the sky.

The crowds going crazy, enjoying the music as a holographic band of AC/DC is playing at the corner of the stage. "I'm gonna pull it, Pull it, pull the trigger."

Ironman lands and raises his hand to aside up and enjoying the cheers.

Tony pov.

My helmet fell back and I smiled at the crowd.

As the song stopped and the dancers did there final pose I stepped forward out of the suit, making it look like I walked out of water, leaving the suit standing there by itself.

I did a bow to the dancers, then started to clap as it turned around to the crowd.

"It's good to be back.. Oh, sorry I forgot something." I grabbed a hand of my suit, and it flowed over my arm to the reactor on my chest. "That's More like it, Where were we? Right. Are we excited?"

Someone on the crowd: "Can't be more excited."

I smiled. "We're back finally. After I announced myself as Iron Man I did a lot of thinking. when I came back and became The closest thing to a real life Phoenix, metaphor and recent human history. I told the world I wanted to protect the world. I wanted to move where I'm focusing.

You do not know how excited I am for the new equipment I made for our brother and sisters in the military, and the police. Here soon hopefully you guys will see the fruits of my labor out on the streets. But I wanted to do more. I want to think bigger.

Then it hit me or should I say she came into my life. the future. The future is where I should be looking so before I continue, I would like to introduce the future of his company, and hopefully the world advancements. My daughter, Jessi Stark."

The crowd went completely silent as the 10 year old Jessi arose from the stage smiling and waving.

I walked behind her and put my hands on her shoulder.

"Shortly after I announced myself as Iron Man this beautiful girl in form of me came barreling into my life and it made me think Long and hard about the future and the world I want to leave behind for her. So once again, my focus has changed not to protecting just brothers and sisters in the military and they Army and the ones that protect us on the street.

I want to advance the whole world around us.

I am happy to announce that throughout the next week they will be small demonstrations throughout the whole new technology that I'm bringing out. I would announce it myself, but we would be here all night. You don't want that."

That got a few chuckles. "But I will name a few things to get you excited. Phones, Tablets, computers, I'm intruding the world to smart watches and VR. Virtual reality. You can put this headset on and enter another world where what you want to do is only limited by your imagination. Or we can go into AR then bring the virtual world into ours.

As you can see the future will only be limited by you, me, our imagination.

Now before I announce the last thing tonight and officially start this Expo of like to bring up a amazing woman. My fiancé, Ms. Pepper Potts."

The crowd went quiet excepting her to walk on the stage or rise from it, but through the silence you can hear a faint sound of a thruster. Then through the back a blue suit came in and circled the room before landing next to me.

The crowd went crazy at the implications of this suit landing next to me.

As she walked forward to have the suit flowed away into her brackets.

"What? You think I wouldn't give her one? I'd be a bad fiancé, if I didn't. I'm hoping the nickname Recuse sticks."

Pepper: "Hello everyone. Are we enjoying ourselves!"

The crowd yelled a bunch of Yes! And Yeah!

Pepper: "Good because tonight is about to get better." - "As this Expo is about The future and looking forward everyone at Stark industries is well." - "As of today, as of right now." - "We are expanding." - "Growing."

Jessi: "Looking into the future."

I smiled. "If you can't tell we are going International."

Pepper: "Stark industries, Will be now known as, Stark Global."

"We have already have land and permission to build and grow in, Spain, France, Italy."

Jessi: "And hopefully more in the future."

Pepper: "We are Going to start building a tower in each country starting tomorrow morning to show that we are proud to be in that country, and all our advancements in future technology will be available to them and everyone around the world."

Jessi Stayed in center the stage when me and Pepper went to either side of the stage. One our places, above Jessi A huge hologram of the Stark Industries logo changed melted and reformed into Stark Global.

"We are excited to have the future expanding and ever-growing. With this, we are hoping that scientist and adventures from all over the world will come together and build a brighter future hopefully with our help if needed.

The three of us walked off stage and as soon as we got out of everyone's site Jessi Started jumping around and breathing heavy. "That Was exciting. I've never done anything like that, I kinda like it."

"I hope so. One day this will be yours."

Jessi: "Really? What if you have.. me?"

Pepper: "Nonsense of course it'll go to you. If or when we have a kid that's something we can deal with then."

Jessi smiled.

Pepper: "Amazing job by the way. Your definitely a natural in the limelight."

She just grinned and ran off.

Pepper: "Don't go anywhere Happy can't see you!"

"She definitely something." - "I know. I can't believe we made her." - "Well a future us did." - "Still confusing." - "Not really."

We started to walk after Jessi when I thought of something. "Oh, by the way I meant to announce this on stage but I'm making you the COO." I Continue to walk as she stayed still. I looked back. "You coming?" - "You serious?" - "Yeah. Are you coming or not we have to chase after a child." - "Not that. About making me COO." - "That? Yeah. With me being Ironman, and the CEO, It's hard to get a bunch of things done. And now that we're expanding to the global market, it will get even busier. You've done a lot of work already so you already do the work title. Plus Stane is gone so the position is open. All we have to do is Signed some paperwork in the positions all yours." - "I don't know what to say." - "Just take it. I actually kinda need you to.
