Wizards Council

(Lily POV)

I can't believe this is happening. I am Morgana, while Klaus was first to fulfill that role, I am one that is actually doing most of the things under a glamour. Klaus is busy being Merlin the Enchanter.

I am currently meeting with Fleamont Potter, about Klauses plan to create a Wizards Council. This whole experience is surreal, Fleamont Potter resemble James a little, but is lots taller and much more muscular, even so he still has what James has called Potter hair.

"So what brings you to me miss Morgana?"

I took a deep breath and started talking "Around a month ago a wizard decided that it would be interesting to see what happens if you release a few inferi in a village with no mages living in it."

He winced at that, but I continued "Those inferi stayed like that until three days ago when my husband was passing by and noticed something amiss." this part is actually a lie, it was on of the hybrids that noticed it, but we are keeping hybrids a secret as much as possible.

"I understand that this is an awful thing, but if it isn't anywhere near my houses territory I can't really do anything."

"That is just the thing, territories of biggest houses don't go that far away from their homes, and the rest of the country is lawless territory for mages. Merlin would like for you and your counterparts to meet. Make something like a council that would make the rules for British Isles, and create a police force that would make sure those rules are followed." He looked interested after I told him that.

"That sounds interesting, but would others agree?"

"They already did, only you and Longbottom are left." he raised an eyebrow at that "Should I be insulted about being among last ones?" He asked jokingly.

Smiling I say "Well you and Longbottom are hard men to get in contact with. So are you interested?"

"Yes, I will join this council." he nodded resolutely.

"Good, when we figure out when the meeting will happen, we will send you an owl."

After that we spent some time talking about magic and what council will do until I left.

(Klaus POV)

Today I am in a tower that was created for wizards council, well I say tower, but interesting thing is that it is kinda like someone took a tower, turned it upside down and stuck in underground.

In this building council will meet, and department of mysteries will be located whose duties will be to protect magical knowledge, and make sure that things like human secrefice rituals or necromancy don't spread through the Isles.

"Ladies and gentlemen before you begin with you first meeting I have a gift for you." After saying that I levitate small boxes to everyone.

"In this boxes you will find what I call a elders ring. Once you put it on your finger it will take a small amount of blood form you, this will link this rings to your bloodline forever. It will tell you if someone with your blood and family name is born, or died, and it will move to one you designated your heir after your death. In case you didn't designate one it will find a person in your family you would consider most worthy based on values of your family and wizards council's oath."

At that Orion Black asked "Wizards Council's oath?"

"Yes I think we should create one and make it a tradition for new members to swear." there is no such thing like magical oath that would be enforced by magic, but if we make the one it will still have some meaning if only based on their honor.

So we did, it was basically saying that they will protect magic, British Isles and its people form external and internal threats.

After the oath was created I turn to leave, but Bones spoke up "Where are you going Merlin? You didn't give the oath."

"Well I am not one of you, I don't have any territory nor can I have children."

After I said that, they exchanged looks and then Black spoke up "As a first act of the council I call that role of the first chief Warlock be given to Merlin, to lead the meeting and advice the Council."

I watch as all of them lit their wands, and wanted to scream 'F**k me!'.

"Congratulations chief Warlock, please join us."

AN: There you have it Wizards Council is created, and Klaus got stuck with chief Warlock role. As you have probably noticed chief Warlock is only adviser and heads the meetings, he doesn't have a vote.
