Chapter: 5

Hakura's P.O.V

"Well, that was an experience," I said looking at Rias after everyone else left but her.

"Indeed, so what do you want to know?" she asked looking at me seriously

"Caught me already huh oh well but yes to the point how long has brother been a Devil?"

"For around two-three weeks now."

"Hmm, I know this is a stupid question to ask but did you turn him against his will?"

"Do you want the technical answer?"

"I know the technical answer, that's why I said it's stupid question.

"Then why ask?"

"To put me at ease."

"Ah I see, so you do love your brother."

"I never once said I didn't, I just don't like his perverted tendencies."

"Ok now with that cleared up can i ask you something?"

"Sure, go ahead."

"How would you feel about becoming a Devil?"

"Hmm becoming one myself huh hmm let me think about it. I'll give you my answer later. I'm far too tired right now.

I yawned as I spoke.

"Very well see you later then Hakura-san."

"Yeah see you later Rias-senpai."

I said as I walked out of the church.

Now it's time to go get some sleep.

Part 2

I woke up at 6 in the morning, my typical wake up time and did all of my usual things I do when I'm getting ready for school. However I had already decided that I wasn't going to school today. There is a theory I want to test with my sacred gear. I'm pretty sure that's what they called it.

So instead of putting on my uniform I wore a black t-shirt with a black zip-up hoodie that I left open and a pair of black pants and a pair of white Jordans.

With that I left the house and went to an area that I alone frequented. It was a small open area in the forest of the park that had a small pond and had a lot of shade and was large enough to do what I wanted.

When i arrived at the spot it was indeed empty and also because it's so early no one will be in the park itself for a while.

"Now how to make this work." I said aloud looking at my reflection in the pond.

"Hmm when I activated it last night it was like I unknowingly pulled on some kind of energy so let's see if I can do it consciously."

Then I took a breath and closed my eyes and started to search for the energy inside my body. It took me a while, around five minutes or so but I found it was a small vat of energy. I found it great now for the hard part of bringing it to the surface but I tried anyway. I started to pull on the energy like i did last night but unlike last night i pulled on all of it then it happened the energy rushed through my body empowering me.

I opened my eyes and the first thing that caught my attention was the golden aura that was around my body then i looked in the pound to see my reflection then i noticed something and it wasn't my sacred gear that was floating above my head no it was my eyes they were different now instead of the light brown i usually had they were now emerald green with red pupils. While it was surprising at first but it also helped with my theory I wanted to test and if I was right well let's not get ahead with ourselves.

"All right test number one but how do i go about this hmm lets just test water then."

I then closed my eyes once more and started to think of water, the tranquil and free flowing water then suddenly I felt something change the energy changed.

I snapped my eyes open and noticed physical changes as well first of all the once golden crosslike wheel is now blue, ocean blue to be specific and my eyes turned the same colour with the pupils staying the same. Then I grinned a broad grin. I was right.

"Yeeeeeeeeeeessss!" i shouted in triumph

That means my theory was correct then it's time for some training to begin.

Part 3

"Hmmm damn I beat i probably should have held back on that but its fine i got some valuable information about my sacred gear." i said to myself

So i have been training for the past 8 or so hours and i came out of it with some good info about my sacred gear the first is that it did what i thought it did but for some context my sacred gear looks exactly like the golden crosslike wheel Arceus has around his body and for who Arceus is the creator god in a franchise just so happen to be the biggest fan of the Pokemon franchise anyway long story short their 18 types in pokemon they are: Normal, Fire, Water, Grass, Flying, Fighting, Poison, Electric, Ground, Rock, Psychic, Ice, Bug, Ghost, Steel, Dragon, Dark, and Fairy and each of these types have their own strengths and weakness.

Anyway back on track Arceus being the god of pokemon has an ability that other pokemon don't which is to change it's type at will since pokemon normally have one or two types and can't have any more or change them at will.

And that was the first thing i tested which worked as well as i hoped so right now i can switch between any of the 18 types at will, well technically 17 because when my sacred gear gets activated it's all ways going to be in normal type mode and since the ability doesn't have a name i named it type shift.

Ok the second thing i tested was if i could use the separate moves in the pokemon franchise so this goes for the game, the anime, the manga and the lore as well so far so well i guess there's a catch for me to use them and that is that i must know how the move works well which does make sense and also i'm not restricted by the games rule of four moves thing thank god. Ok so far this i my move list per type so far:

Fire: flamethrower, fire blast, bitter blade (i need a sword to properly use it), blast burn and lava plume

Water: hydro cannon, hydro pump, scald and rain dance

Electric: electric terrain, charge beam, thunder bolt, nuzzle, thunder and thunder wave.

Grass: leaf blade, leaf storm, energy ball, Giga drain, mega grain and synthesist

Normal: protect, hyper beam, recover, swords dance, transform and tri attack

Bug: signal beam, quiver dance, x-scissor and silver wind

Ground: earthquake, magnitude, fissure and scorching sands

Rock: stone edge, rock blast, ancient power and power gem

Steel: meteor mash, flash cannon, magnite bomb, metal burst and steel wing(needs actual wings to use)

Psychic: psychic, confusion, psystrike, mind reader, trick room, heal pulse and dream eater hypnosis and teleport

Flying: air cutter, air slash, hurricane and roost

Ice: ice beam, sheer cold, aurora beam, blizzard, hail and icicle spear

Ghost: shadow ball, shadow claw, shadow sneak, shadow punch, phantom force and ominous wind

Fighting: aura sphere, close combat, counter, drain punch and reversal

Dragon: dragon dance, dragon pulse, dragon claw, dragon rage, dragon breath, Draco meteor and twister.

Poison: corrosive gas, poison gas, toxic thread and venoshock

Fairy: fairy wind, misty terrain, misty explosion, moonblast and moonlight

Dark: dark pulse, ceaseless edge(need a sword to use), darkest lariat, punishment and night slash(need a sword to use)

Now that i think about it's a pretty heft list that i could have made longer by one or two per if not for one thing i can't use legendary specific moves like doom desire or oblivion wing well in base form of my sacred gear which leads into my last and final theory.

So theory number was to see if i could summon or take on the power of the Pokémon and to answer that is a no and a yes. No to me being able to summon them as unfortunate as it is and yes to me being able to take on the power of the Pokémon but for that to happen i need two things knowledge of the Pokémon and i mean the complete knowledge so this i where the lore is needed because the more knowledge i have the more of the Pokémon's power i can use and the second thing is a sufficient amount of energy not to use the powers but to extended the amount of time i can spend using those powers simply put the higher tier the Pokémon the more energy needed however one Pokémon kinda negates the energy rule in away and that is Arceus i'm pretty sure it's because the base form of the sacred gear is based off of.

Of course I'm well aware I'm not using my Arceus form(that's what I'm calling it) At full power because I don't know the lore of Arceus at all so yeah. Oh i nearly forgot that i have access to Pokémon abilities like volt absorb and multiscale.

with that said head home since i've decided that I'm not going to school for a while to get some more practice then I'll give my answer to Rias-senpai now then.

"Teleport."

And just like that I was gone like I wasn't there in the first place.

Author's note: this chapter was just to give insight of Hakura's abilities, weakness and so on that's why it's not as long as the others and if you're wondering yes there will be more p.o.v switches in the future. And if some of you reading this have notice yes this is being through the novel not anime so that's why the chapters are so long in comparison to other DXD fanfics and i thank all who read this story from the bottom of my heart with that said see you when the next chapter drops bye.
