Chapter 30

Scribbler Pov:

 I was watching Hiccup fight the red death when I saw ships from berk approaching. At that moment Hiccup gets tossed off Toothless. He can't survive long encased in fire so I run in hearing some one say. "Do you want to be killed by flames!"

 I have Patch get Toothless while I grab Hiccup. I look back the way I came and see the Berkians looking at us so we go the other way. As we do I hear. "Quick after them!"

 Once we are out I set Hiccup by Toothless and get into a Fighting stance as I see them. The biggest of them all asks. "Who are you?" I answer saying. "I am the Nightsmith, what do you want

 "We came here to get rid of the nest, but found you." He says. "Well consider it done, because that is why we are here. We found this place a few weeks ago but had to prepare. Now if you will excuse me I have to go." I say.

 I start to back up and tell patch to put Hiccup on Toothless without saying his name out loud for Berk to hear. "He needs treatment, you won't find it easy without a healer." Astrid says, I recognize her from the attack on the School.

 "I know, but do you really think that he is burnt? Sure he may have broken bones but he knows how to take care of himself." I say.

 "He has to be burnt, we couldn't even get close and he fell into it without protection." Astrid says hoping to win the argument.

 "You want proof that he isn't burnt, then here." I say as I remove Hiccup's on his arm. It is completely unscathed. "How?" Astrid asks.

 "NightFury scales are excellent fire and shock absorbers. Now if you will excuse us we have to go." I say as I get on Patch, then I remember something Hiccup left for them but didn't get to them. "By the way, when I was with your heir Hiccup at school, in case he didn't return he left an axe in a rock by his bed." I say as I fly off.

 When we get back I take Hiccup to his room and grab the required medical supplies to treat him. When I get back I notice him waking up so I ask. "How are you."

Hiccup Pov:

 I start to wake up from getting hit by the bludgeon and notice I am in my room. I then hear. "How are you." I look and see Scribbler. "Good, but I feel like trash."

 "I would expect that from that fall." He says as he hands me the medical supplies. I start to apply them noticing he took off my armor. When I am done I ask. "What happened after I fell?"

 He then precedes to tell me about the encounter with berk but said he didn't say my name or alias, just where the axe was. Good.

 I try to get up but stumble and he says. "No you have got to rest bud. You took a beating and were in fire for over a minute." So I lie down and he leaves.

 Disregarding his advice I get up and start reading a book I started to write on dragons. I decide to list the facts on the red death and how to defeat it if it happened again.

 After I am done I go and get some breakfast. As I am doing so a Terrormail comes from Thorfinn. It says: "Through my connections I found a big base with a bunch of trapped Dragons X of your location."

 As I finish reading Scribbler comes in and says. "No, you are not finished healing. I'll go or we can wait. Also Johann got another order of weapons from the berserkers."

 Seeing that we can't let down a valued customer I ask. "Is the person who sent the message Mutism? Because Johann doesn't know where we live." At this he face palms and says. "Yeah I guess, Johann didn't know how to send a Terrible Terror."

 From there i go to the forge and take the list he gave me and start working on it. The total list is 50 Daggers for throwing, 10 Swords, 5 axes, and 20 metal shields. I Do Daggers in bulk so I managed to do them before the day was done.

 I go to bed and think, how is Scribbler doing with the Dragon Rescuing.

Scribbler Pov:

 I head off with patch to the Island and we start to free Dragons until we are Noticed. I end up Killing 20 Trappers before getting cornered by 3 people. It is almost night so I ask. "What are your names, Mines Nightsmith."

 To this they Respond. "Arne, Halfdan, and Bi—" I cut them off saying. "Birger, from school. So you guys are the ones who attacked."

 At this they ask. "Who are you really. Only berk and students were there." "I was a Student, my friend Ryder was there and he rescued me and told me about you guys. Now if you will excuse me I have to go." I say and charge them.

 I manage to catch them off guard slashing Birger's leg off making Halfdan stop and help while I engaged in combat with Arne. We traded blows for a bit before I caught their side and they screamed in pain. From there I kick them into a nearby pit and go knock Halfdan unconscious.

 "For betraying the School you shall die." I say to Birger slashing her head off. From there I group up with Patch and leave.

 When we get back it is sunrise and Hiccup see's us coming in and has First aid ready. I hadn't realized it before but Arne got me in the Sid—.
