Chapter 23

Hiccup Pov:

 After we got back since no one was hurt we just let the people minding the School know the change of plans. We then set off west and plundered an island.

 That was all 2 months ago this week is currently the week where we get tested to see if we have improved.

 In Sword Fighting I am in the top 5 in our class. We are currently doing duals on mountain terrain, Next week we go to ships.

 In Study/History it is the usual. We are learning about our past and strategies used.

 In Forgery I am the top one out of all classes. This week we have to make a few items. 1. a Sword. 2. an Axe. 3. a Shield.

 In Hand to Hand Combat I am in the top 5. We are doing it on ships and switching with Sword Fighting to do mountain fights.

 In Maces and Talons I almost beat Viggo. I am the top in our class and from my Sunday challenges everyone has gotten better even Dagur. In class today Scribbler finally beat level 1 of what Viggo calls it in skill. As for me I am on level 3. Scribbler is second in the class.

 It is currently Saturday and I am repairing our gear when everyone is summoned to the Main hall. "SILENCE!!" The headmaster calls and everyone quiets down.

 "This week we have received a note that our visitor tomorrow is a person named Drago Bludvist. Now a lot of villages chiefs were killed by him and dragons a few years ago. Only Stoick the Vast survived so I will only say this. Stay away from him and act natural. Do Not show off, also that means no Maces and Talons tomorrow Hiccup. That is all, also be prepared to fight if he does anything we don't like. Just wear your swords in their holsters and shields on your backs." The Headmaster boomed and we all understood the danger though I wonder what he was talking about.

 Anyway we continued on as normal and I finished the gear. I decided to do the Maces and Talons today so Dagur, Mutism, and Scribbler spread the word.

 I do Maces and Talons till 8:00 and then go to bed after I eat.

 The next morning I go and train a little. It is only 5:30 but everyone is up and getting ready. Going over stuff or other things. At 6:15 I get ready for the day and put on my gear, Except my armor because that wasn't included.

 I go to breakfast and see the guests watching everyone closely. I eat breakfast quietly and leave. I go to my hut and take the note that I wrote yesterday during some free time and go deep into the forest as not to be seen.

 The note says. "Thorfinn get this message to Astrid an tell her. If I don't send another tomorrow tell Stoick that Drago Bludvist visited!!"

 When I am sure that no one can see me or is near I go up into a tree and call my Terrible Terror. I attach the letter and send it off with Haste. Hopefully it gets there is time, and I go back to my hut quietly and just stay quiet hoping not to be noticed.

Astrid Pov:

 I wake up and It has been 2 months since the Schools visit to Ryder's Island. He left before I could get to know him, But at least he didn't knock me out like he did that kid.

 I am going about my usual Sunday when I am in the Hideout and I hear footsteps from the Tunnels. I think someone found their way in so I get into a battle stance when Thorfinn appears.

 "What is it?" I ask him since he looked distraught. "Hiccup sent a Message. It says: If I don't send another tomorrow tell Stoick that Drago Bludvist visited!!." At this I am wondering what he means.

 "What does it mean?" I question and then Thorfinn gets serious. "Drago Bludvist is a madman without conscious or mercy. A few years ago he attacked a Chieftain Summit, only Stoick got out alive. Don't tell him otherwise he will go ballistic, also he will wonder how we got this info." I can see sense in his words.

 I continue on with my day and go to bed but can't sleep cause I am agitated so I patrol the village. "Can't sleep las." I hear from behind me and look to see Stoick.

 "Yeah Hiccup somehow got a message to Thorfinn about the visitor today. He said if we don't get a message tomorrow to tell you." I say and he just ponders.

 "Well it must be someone infamous then. I won't ask since he said not to tell me unless you don't get another. Come on I will check the docks with you." He says and we continue.

 After that I am finally able to sleep since I got that off my mind.

 The next day I awake and go to Thorfinn.

 When I arrive I see a Terrible Terror taking off. "Well what's the news I ask him as he opens a letter." He is a little surprised that I am hear but doesn't react.

 "The note says: Drago left without taking much note of anything I can think of. There wasn't much hassle and everything is back to normal. From Hiccup." Thorfinn said and I breath a sigh of relief.

 Hiccup is safe that is all that matters.
